I have setup a Series with a Rules block that will try to match the user for 7 days. One of the rules applied is if the user has a certain tag. The tag is something we apply manually, so those 7 days gives my team some time to add the tag as that's not done automatically. I thought that once the tag was added (and the user matched the rules), they'd move down the "Matched" path right away but it looks like Intercom will keep the user there for 7 days, and by the end of those days, it will move the user down the "Matched" path (or exit, of they don't have the tag). To me it would make more sense if Intercom checked for 7 days if the user matched the rules, and if they did, they would move along right away, regardless of the 7 days. If not, they would exit after 7 days still. Do I understand how this works correctly or am I missing something?

Is there a way to send an automatic Out of Office answer for an individual team member when their status would be set to "away" or "away and reassigning"? Would be very helpful to manage expectations of customers.

I want a list of all the contacts that I have open conversations with, in a person inbox or team inbox. I need to export that list to a CSV for use in our CRM.

I have been using snooze as a reminder button. Under what conditions is this snooze removed? I have noticed that if i reply to an already snoozed conversation, the conversation is no longer available in the snoozed section? does this mean that the snooze is no longer valid?

Howdy Team, Is there an existing solution for an in chat form that is triggered when someone wants to download a gated content piece? In this article by the Intercom design team, they discuss how an embedded form is a great solution but don't think this functionality exists for custom bots. Any insights welcome. How can i target articles by region? Do users need to be logged in to target them by region? We have set up custom domains for articles, including SSL. As per https://developers.intercom.com/installing-intercom/docs/set-up-your-custom-domain#section-how-to-configure-ssl-with-aws When we try to target articles to regions it seems to work for users already logged in but the article does not show up for users from that region if not logged in (or as they go to log in).  We can see the filtering does something... note the figure of 11,376 people who can see it.  

I'd like to split recipients in a series to receive slightly different versions of a message. It's not a test, per se, and I'd like to send a follow-up message for each version of the first message. There's no criteria for who gets which version of the message, it'd just like to split it evenly. So, an A/B test of the message doesn't seem to be the answer, since I can't tie the follow-up message to the specific version of the first email. A split test block seems like it would do what I want, but I don't want to upgrade just to test it out.  Any ideas?

Hello, Intercom community, I set live three different newsletters, but I cannot see them in the left sidebar when I am creating a new campaign. I just see an option that asks me if I want to show the unsubscribe link, but no dropdown menu with the three newsletters selectable. What am I doing wrong?

On our help center we have articles that have been rewritten and changed url, the link of the old articles is still available on some sites. The link of the old articles redirects to the new one. The problem is that on some links we end up with 4 redirects before reaching the right page. Our service is based on chatting with our clients. When they first register, they go through a non-intercom onboarding to our platform. Immediately after finishing registration and onboarding, a custom bot fires welcoming them to the platform. Once the client interacts with the bot, they get routed to an available agent via the round robin inbox function.  We want the client to be roundrobin'd when they first receive the bot message - not after they respond/interact with the bot. How can I do that?

Hello, we can't find a way to programmatically display an existing conversation in the Messenger, how to achieve this ?There seems to be no access like window.Intercom('showConversation', conversation_id).

Is there a way to disable the resubscribe option that displays after a person unsubscribes from an email since it doesn't actually do anything to resubscribe the individual in Marketo?

Where can I find the steps to setup intercom chat bot for logout users?

My workspace contains a few different teams with different workflows, metrics, and goals. Besides that, a lot of dialogues are closed because the ball is on the customer's side, and we don't need it to clog our workspace. So send the evaluation request because the dialogue is closed is a no-go. Because of this, the standard feature of Intercom asking the customer to evaluate the conversation is non-usable. What I would like to be able to do is the followingsend a request to evaluate the conversation based on the following parameters:1) Team to which conversation is related to (I want to evaluate only the work of the A,B,C teams and I don't want to confuse the user with the need to evaluate the work of team C since it is strictly operational)2) for how long has the conversation been in the CLOSED status (A lot of dialogues are closed only to take them out of the workspace, since the ball is on the customer's end)

We are trying a Custom Bot on a specific landing page, in tandem with an external widget that can connect to Intercom via app. When you interact with the widget, it opens Intercom and the Custom Bot appears - however, the bot currently also appears separately on the page, either over or behind the widget (depending on device). Is there a way to hide the bot from appearing automatically - so have it only appear through manually opening Intercom?

We use Mixpanel & Intercom, Intercom we can see only 3 users' data is updated with the Mobile information. While in Mixpanel we can see there are 68 users currently using the Mobile application. 3 version have been released for Mobile, according to mixpanel 21 users on latest version, Intercom only 3 users on latest version. Would like to know how and when the user data is updated in Intercom, is there any way to match the data for both Intercom & mixpanel?

One of my company's teams wants to work in our Intercom workspace but they need outbound email functionality that includes auto-follow ups for emails not seen and replied to. They are currently using Gmass for this. Does Intercom Outbound Messages, specifically emails, have an easy way to auto-follow up on messages not seen and replied to? I'd love to hear about your setup for anyone using Intercom Outbound Emails for this kind of scenario.

I am using Intercom Messenger Widget in my app to communicate with users and respond to their questions. Currently the only way I have identified to respond to the users is from app.intercom.com - I was wondering if it's possible to configure the Messenger Widget in a way that makes it possible for Admins to use it to answer to Users' messages.

In case the pointer for the next step in the tour is on a page different than the pointer for the previous step, while previewing the tour does not move to the that different page and shows the pointer for the next step on the same page. Is this a limitation within intercom or does it have something to do with how the pointers are set up?

We would like to use the option of having our outbound email coming from the email we used to sign up. For instance firstname@company.com. When we do this though, messages that our customers are responding to from our support team are routed to their Gmail accounts instead of Intercom. This is causing some customer service and support issues, to say the least. Any suggestions out there?
