[SDK] [iOS] [Swift] [Crash] Intercom 13 and 14 crashes

Hello, Intercom team.I've encountered a serious problem when using Intercom ios sdk on the latest versions of ios 16.4 and higher, the application began to crash with an error when trying to open a conversation from the list of conversations in Intercom. (1)After that, I tried to update Intercom version to 14.1.0 but faced an even more serious problem, the application began to crash when opening the Intercom screen (after calling Intercom.presentMessenger()), including on older iOS versions. not receiving notifications on iOS app for react-native.

At the moment even after passing the token, we are unable to recieve push notifications sent via intercom into our iOS apps.a confusing thing which i could not clarify on the docs was does intercom needs the apns token or fcm token for the ios app. since we use firebase am not sure what intercom requires as its not clear on the documentation. the end result is we are not receiving any notifications, when a agent replies or chat is intitiated.react-native sdk version :"@intercom/intercom-react-native": "^5.1.1",have successfully added the right apns key and bundleId to the settings.

Error when trying to update to Intercom iOS SDK 15.0.2 via Swift Package Manager

Started getting the following error recently when trying to update packages in our Xcode iOS project with Intercom’s 15.0.2 release:x-xcode-log://3FB75066-095F-4338-BB55-70D7B84D9276 invalid URL 'https://github.com/intercom/intercom-ios/releases/download/<INTERCOM_VERSION>/Intercom.xcframework.zip' for binary target 'Intercom' Looks like it isn’t rendering the “INTERCOM_VERSION” properly there? This is preventing all packages from updating in our project, so I had to temporarily force it to stop at 15.0.1 (which has been working fine).Any idea how to fix?

Increased app file size after updating to recent Intercom Android SDK's

We are trying to keep our Intercom Android SDK up-to-date and therefore update it every few months. Unfortunately, the last two updates increased the app size by nearly 7 MB, which is a no go in such a competitive market where app size matters a lot. Therefore I would like to know if there are (1) plans to decrease the Android SDK size and (2) active monitoring about file size over the last few months. We will need to downgrade to an older Intercom SDK for now, so a fix would be appreciated!

Long time to fetch intercom-ios repository with SPM

I noticed that adding intercom-ios takes an awfully long time to fetch repository. Upon further inspection it looks like the repo is ~1.5GB in size. Swift package manager for some reason chooses to fetch the entire directory and therefore it takes an inordinate amount of time to download (over 8minutes).

Android Intercom SDK crash (FocusRequester is not initialized)

Hi!We started seeing this crash in the Android Intercom SDK (stack trace below). This was on version 15.1.0, we’re updating to 15.1.1., but the release notes for it only mention "Fixed an issue that causes image upload to fail when Identity Verification is turned on”, which seems like an unrelated issue, is it?Could you please let the team know about this and provide any timeline for a fix of the issue? ava.lang.IllegalStateException: FocusRequester is not initialized. React Native [HTTP 401] - Failed Identity Verification check

We have recently updated to 4.0.1Based on the docs, it appears we are using the correct flow of calls when we wither get a new sign-up or a log-inawait Intercom.setUserHash(userHash)await Intercom.loginUserWithUserAttributes({ email, userId })await Intercom.updateUser({...}) With the above, we get [HTTP 401] - Failed Identity Verification check, after the sign-up call. Interestingly it only occurs for a new user sign up. Login works fine. I have tried adding in await Intercom.loginUnidentifiedUser() before I call loginUserWithUserAttributes but oddly I then get the verification error on the updateUser call. Is this a bug or am I missing something from the docs?

Intercom iOS SDK (14.0.6) crash

Specific user targeting with push notifications

Hi, I’m working with a client that wants to use Intercom to send push notifications.Their users are connected to one another, ie. user x is connected to user y, but user y could be connected to user a, b & x.Can you help with these questions:Is it possible to target specific users for push notifications? Are push notifications sent to a user when they trigger an event if no audience is configured?   Are Intercom push notifications only designed for generic groups of users (audiences?)

The iOS intercom SDK (14.0.6) crashes whenever I try to present it using default present() method or present(.home) method. If I use present(.messages) it works fine. Previous versions of Intercom worked fine. Is this a known issue?

Also tested with all versions from 14.0.0 and they all crash when trying to present the Messenger.It crashes even when launched from the Intercom launcher.Note: the view controllers are loaded from individual XIB files and not from a storyboard. The SDK was installed through Swift SPM. *** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSUnknownKeyException', reason: '[<IntercomSDKPrivate.HomeHeaderViewController 0x11df35780> setValue:forUndefinedKey:]: this class is not key value coding-compliant for the key chatButton.' The weird thing is that we don't have a HomeHeaderViewController but our button is named 'chatButton' from where we launch intercom. Android SDK crashing on React Native app when using react-native-picker

Hi,We upgraded the Intercom SDK on react-native to 5.1.1, however we found a very strange crash. On a screen we use https://github.com/react-native-picker/picker and when the picker is opened on Android the app will crash. We found that the Intercom upgrade from 4.0.1 to 5.1.1 was the culprit. I presume it’s something to do with the underlying Android SDK which was updated. User data is getting mixed up

In the Android project I'm working on, we're noticing that user data is getting mixed up. Why could this be happening? Questions about mobile SDKs & workflows

Mobile SDKs: 1. We have embedded Intercom into our developed app (let’s called it Venus in this case), and when we reply our users through Intercom, how do users see mobile push/notifications on their phone? Can they see on lock screen? And what will be the text like, is it “New message from Venus” or “New message from Intercom?”Like:  2. Our users would like to send files via Intercom within Venus, can we create maybe like a short link in Workflow’s message, and when someone clicks it, it will direct the user from Venus to his/her email app and fill in email template automatically? Workflow:1.  We have created a workflow which is when customer clicks on messenger, workflow will be triggered. However, we want this workflow to be launched from beginning again every time when the same user clicks on messenger. How can I set it up?

Bottom padding without insets.

I have a problem with `io.intercom.android:intercom-sdk:15.1.0`. When a new in-app message appears, it's hidden "under" the navigation bar. Switching to another tab fixes the position on the screen (I think it calculates window insets). I've tried setting bottom padding, but the behavior is still similar (2nd gif). The content displays with the given padding, and after changing the tab, it moves up by the height of the system navigation bar.No bottom padding set:  After setting bottom padding:

React native crash on Android for latest version 5.0.0

When calling the IntercomModule.loginUserWithUserAttributes without an email it crashes because the IntercomHelpers.getValueAsStringForKey(params, “email”); line here is being called even if there is no email and there is no null check in that method: https://github.com/intercom/intercom-react-native/blob/9623a0c4822e91949d27357ef21df845cc91f38f/android/src/main/java/com/intercom/reactnative/IntercomModule.java#L139 . Same this would happen if no userId was passed in. Both values are checked to see if they are there, but even if they are not it still attempts to get them rom the params. It can be bypassed by passing in an empty string, but that is not ideal.

Bug with screen rotation on iOS

When launch button is visible screen rotation doesn’t work correct, content is rotating with wrong layout and status bar doesn’t rotate at all.

Jetpack compose crashes when adding intercom library

Incorrect Accompanist version in Intercom 15.0.0 (Android)

Hi!I was using gradle :dependencies to find out the Compose version Intercom 1.5.0 is using and noticed that it depends on several Accompanist libraries v0.28.0, for example:com.google.accompanist:accompanist-flowlayout:0.28.0com.google.accompanist:accompanist-systemuicontroller:0.28.0com.google.accompanist:accompanist-pager:0.28.0According to the Accompanist docs, for Compose 1.4.x Accompanist v0.30.1 should be used as different versions might cause unexpected behaviour or crashes. An example of this was raised in this issue where the crash was caused by differences between Compose 1.3.x and 1.4.xAs a sidenote, could you please include the compose version Intercom is using in the release notes or docs?

The messages list from 'Intercom.client().present(IntercomSpace.Messages)' disappear

Intercom crashes using Android SDK 14.1.0 on Jetpack Compose Version 1.4.0 when attempting to show the messenger
