Hi, New to IC and have set up a Custom Object. My thinking was first to push data to the Custom object from our Bubble app as soon as the data changes in the Bubble app. However, according to https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/6298280-setting-up-a-custom-objectthere's no API yet to use for pushing data from my Bubble app to IC, right? So, I guess I need to create a Custom Action that then can be used in a Bot to in real time retrieve the data need? Best, Peter

I have a need to cleanup my contact list. I would like to delete all current clients and import a new list. (we do not have an API integration and manually load clients)My thought is:1)Export the current list and save off.2)Copy the export list to edit Contacts, Segments and Tags3)Import the new entire list into IntercomCan anyone tell me if this is the BEST way to accomplish this?  

I have a client file in the Leads folder and want to send marketing emails to them.I have finished composing the email but the result is still not sure how to send, because I am stuck in the setting rules "When and where to send". I don't understand how to set the rules here.This is a new customer, has not logged in or interacted with my website. I need to send an email asking them to sign in. What's wrong with the email notification that has been sent but no one has received it? 

I find it odd that the “news” feature is not searchable.Does anyone know if search can be enabled for “news”.As someone who is evaluating using Intercom for our SaaS product, I had a hard time finding the Intercom news Public site: https://www.intercom.com/changes/enWhere I am unable to search or click on certain tags to filter the list of news by category.

In Messenger setting page.  In production. I want to show a two line welcome message. In settings page, it seems great. But, in production, it show me unnecessary scrollbar and it make unnecessary word break.  I wonder if this is intentional or a bug and would love to see it fixed. If it is intentional, it would be nice to have the option to make the scrollbar thinner, or to adjust the font size of the welcome message.  안녕하세요 👋도움이 필요하신가요?

Hi there,Need to improve SEO of my help center homepage, so that need to customize the meta description / titles tag's.

We use the Outlook Calendar app for leads to book demos. There has been issues over the last few months where sometimes it will work (show availability for the sales team on a round-robin basis) and other times, it will not work (show that there is no availability). There has always been availability across the team, we’ve checked that everyone has the right settings, availability and that our calendars are still connected but we still have the issue. I’ve tested in incognito mode, on a different device, on a different browser and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it permanently? 

I setup and added Acute Feedback on my Intercom project as above image. But in Mobile app that using Android SDK 15.1.6, the Acute Feedback button is invisible.Could you please help me check this problem? How can I fix it? Thank you

Hi there! All messages failed with this error  DeviceTokenNotForTopic   Is there any guide on what we should do to fix this error when series tries to send a push? Please advice how to fix.  

We process incoming file attachments that can be delivered into our service in a variety of ways.One common way is that external clients will send email attachments which we then need to process. We have a dedicated inbound email address intended for them to send theses attachments to, and it works great when they do that.However, its also common they will send the attachment by email to our customer service address.It should be simple for the agent to then forward the message with attachment to our dedicated inbound email processing address.But I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do this in Intercom? Surely its possible to forward an email that we receive into the Intercom in-box?? Is there any other ways to get the file attachment to a separate email address so it can be processed?

In a workflow on my website, the bot asks if the user wants to choose between A, B, or C. Assuming they select option A, I want to send an email saying: "Hello, since you chose option A, we are sending you the link for option A."How can I make this work?Is it done with Custom Object?Do I need to use the API?

My automated message is a post set as "format - large", "sent as - show the full message". Therefore, the expected behavior is that every user should see this message pop out in full on their screen without having to open it. However, the stats in Intercom shows a 77% open rate. How is that possible? Shouldn't the open rate by 100% since this message is supposed to pop out in full on its own? Thanks for your help!

Do push notification work on a iOS simulator? I have not been able to receive one despite going through at the steps required to setup push notification for  a React Native iOS app. 

Intercom only sends country (example united states) but not city or state (Los Angeles, California information back to salesforce. Is there a reason the integration functions this way? Is this an unfinished intergation?  Intercom What gets pushed to salesforce

Hi, When I preview a tooltip in the edit section, it shows up how I want it. But when I save and close then preview, it shows up large, cutoff and highlighting another area instead of the selected button. First image is how I want it to show up, the way it does in edit preview mode. Second image is how it shows up after saving, closing and previewing.  

We’re seeing a LOT of crashes with iOS SDK as of late and even after upgrading to the latest iOS SDK of 15.1.4Main three for sure are the following areas:IntercomColors.accessibleActionColor.getter IntercomSDK_IntercomNexusSocket resetConnectionTimeout outlined init with copy of (String, Any)Seeing about 100+ of these a week from our users.I can’t attach the logs as the question won’t post if I do. But I have a lot that I can supply.

Previously, User contacts were only created in Intercom when they first logged into our platform. Because of this, we could treat the First Seen field as a reliable indicator of the first time a user actually logged in. Knowing the time between “signed_up_at” (i.e. user provisioning) and “First Seen”(i.e. user login) is very useful. We are making some changes which means we will pre-create users in Intercom via API when their accounts are provisioned. Users created via API have First Seen automatically populated as the time they are created in Intercom. Is there a way to null this field, or otherwise reset/overwrite/etc? I guessed at “first_seen_at” as the field name since it’s not listed in the docs. Anyone else have this issue or solved it a different way?

Hi,We are upgraded to GA4 and the site already captures data in GA4, we would like to set up the tag manager to capture the INTERCOM event like someone “provided email address” on the chat will treat as one conversion and would track that in Google Analytic and also pass to Google Adwords as successful conversion.I go through the articles about setting up tag manager in GA4 and am still a bit confused, I only need to keep track of the event of “provided email address”Does anyone have better instructions on this matter?Thanks,  

I’ve followed the react native android push notification setup (https://developers.intercom.com/installing-intercom/docs/react-native-push-notifications) however I am receiving the following build error when building my app.  android:exported needs to be explicitly specified for element <service#<<my package name>>.MainNotificationService>. Apps targeting Android 12 and higher are required to specify an explicit value for `android:exported` when the corresponding component has an intent filter defined.Has anyone experienced this and what is the fix?

Hi all,I hope you can help.I created a number of outbound email messages to enable us to reuse them across different campaigns.When i made the series, I use the feature ‘Copy existing message’ feature which i then used to add the various rules.I made some changes to the base email messages and wanted those reflected in the series - but i can’t see a way to do that without manually editing the email in the Series rather than a way to sync an update etc.Is there a way to update a series by changing the email copied? Or do i have to update every series manually? Thanks!

Is there a way besides setting up specific rules or bots to give users the opportunity to close conversations within the messenger / conversation-overview?Thanks in advance!
