We would like to use Fin or Bot to help customers decide which of our products are the most suitable for them. We only need them to answer 3 or 4 questions, ideally in a decision tree. Depending on how customers answer questions, we would recommend the correct device. and link them to the correct page on our website.Would this be best developed in Fin or Resolution BOT? Hi, can you please advise if Custom Actions can be used without HTTP/S request? We already send all information to us via Lead Data and would like to just display the buttons from the Lead Data attribute to the user.For example, in this case, if the user has an array of userid attribute lead data, then it should display a button with this userid (In our case it is not an array, so the button will be one)How to output this data for the user without requesting a get to a third-party site?

Hi, I’m trying to use a snippet code i got from your developer party, to search conversations between two epochs. Hey, I'm getting the following build error trying to integrate the React Native SDK with iOS builds. Android build works fine. I have tried the both ways (Automatic & Manual) of installation the sdk.Intercom package version : 5.2.0X-Code - 14.2React-Native Version: 0.66.4Node : 14.17.0

After upgrading from an older Intercom React Native version to the latest version (see details below) we’re no longer able to use the Intercom.displayMessenger() API to open the message composer with the logic mentioned in the docs here, which says:Then we’ll ensure the Messenger opens in the best place for each user.For example:If a user has one unread conversation, we open that conversation. If a user has no conversations, we open the composer. If a user has more than one unread conversation, we open the conversations list. If a user has no unread conversations, we open the last screen they were on when they closed it.The docs still mention the Intercom.displayMessenger() API, but according to comments in the code it’s deprecated and will be removed in the future. Currently calling the function seems to simply do the same as the Intercom.present() API. Our customer support team really likes the old Intercom.displayMessenger() UX and messenger display logic and would prefer to keep it

We are looking at adding identity verification to stop user spoofing on our mobile app and private sites. However we also use intercom on our public pages that have no userid or email as there is no logins. How do we handle this to allow conversations to be opened once Identity Verification is on, but there is no user/email to create a hash for?

We set up an SLA rule today, however, when testing by sending an email, the SLA hasn’t been updated/counted down. The example, our SLA is 1 working day. The ticket has been open for 2 hours, however, the SLA token still displays 1 day. How do we get the visual countdown?

This is what I need to set up:User #1 follows another user #2 (I have this event set up) User #2 posts something new ( I have an event set up in general when any user posts something) A notification goes to User #1 letting them know that a person they follow (user #2) has posted something new. Not sure how to make this work and connect these. I have a specific hand over process for Fin to complete when a customer wishes to speak to a member of the team. Part of this process involves collecting information about the customer through some basic questions.I have had multiple instances where customers get to this step and then stop sending responses. Fin then closes these conversations, and I never end up seeing them.In an ideal world, when a customer stops responding during a hand over, I would like Fin to automatically assign the conversation to a team member. If this is not possible, I at least want to prevent the conversation from being closed.Any advice?

Hi,I'm facing an issue with the teammate avatars in the Intercom messenger.Scenario: We have multiple chatbots for different domains, each managed by different teams with their respective teammates. However, I've noticed that the teammate avatars displayed in the Intercom messenger for my domains are not matching the correct team members. It seems to be picking avatars randomly, and I'm unable to identify the logic behind it.As this creates confusion for our users, I would like to understand how the teammate avatars are being selected and displayed in the messenger.
