Is there a way to revert back to the old inbox?

Hi!I was using gradle :dependencies to find out the Compose version Intercom 1.5.0 is using and noticed that it depends on several Accompanist libraries v0.28.0, for example:com.google.accompanist:accompanist-flowlayout:0.28.0com.google.accompanist:accompanist-systemuicontroller:0.28.0com.google.accompanist:accompanist-pager:0.28.0According to the Accompanist docs, for Compose 1.4.x Accompanist v0.30.1 should be used as different versions might cause unexpected behaviour or crashes. An example of this was raised in this issue where the crash was caused by differences between Compose 1.3.x and 1.4.xAs a sidenote, could you please include the compose version Intercom is using in the release notes or docs?

Hi, I am building an integration inbox app. When I tried to get the access token / eagle token without authorization, and always got error 401. I see inside the documentation that there is no explain what kind of authorization that we can use to get the access token. I’ve ever tried using Authorization :  Bearer using the code that we got and Basic method using the client_id and client_secret. But I still got error. Please help, what should I do. Thank you. 

Is there any way of setting the messenger to floating so that if somebody is reading the instructions they can move it out of the way of entering data? 

I’m using the 2.8.2 version of the app, I used the access token to connect to company account, but it seems like none of the api’s working, there was a thread on the scroll not working https://github.com/intercom/intercom-java/issues/185 but in my case the scroll api doesn’t seem to respond either as I get the same response “io.intercom.api.NotFoundException: The requested resource does not exist; check your path and try again”. did anyone run into similar issues? if yes how’d you solve it?

My app is live and well working on devices. Recently, I found that PlayStore strip resource based on density of devices and generate apps for different screen size of devices. Thus, there are many devices which my app is not working and crashed on loading some resources. I need help attributing which custom bots / series drove salesforce leads/opps to measure full funnel performance. I know you are able to update lead source but we are unable to change that field to be anything beyond “chat” as it will break out full-funnel attribution dashboards. In an ideal state  - I’d like to map a conversation attribute (that would be unique at the bot level) which we would sync into the lead-source detail within Salesforce. I’ve tried this, but it does not appear its possible to map conversation attributes at this time.Would appreciate any ideas as to how we can track this with these limitations.

I worked for hours on a new Series draft yesterday, built out all rules, emails, etc. and it was all saved. Came back to it this morning, it was fine. Now the majority of the elements are gone/missing. Emails (all but the first one) are missing, no rules. It's like it rolled back 24 hours. Help!

Hi there! I’d love to hear how others in the community are surfacing all things onboarding data to their Support Teams who answer requests through Messenger! We use Messenger as our primary support channel today and I’m looking for inspiration to see what types of data, tags, views, automation, you name it people are finding value in today.  This was spurred by the fact that we’re implementing a brand new onboarding platform (GuideCX) and have a nice little integration w/ Intercom setup through Workato.

We have a dedicated team that is handling conversations escalated to them by T1 agent. This means these conversations have already received the first response. I'd love to be able to set up a rule like this -> If a conversation is assigned to X inbox then Apply SLA. Ideally, I would like to skip the " When" when setting up this rule but not sure it's possible. The reason why is that those conversations are not considered " new conversations''. Do you have any recommendations on how I can achieve this? Thank you

We're checking the option to create a Case in Salesforce with the help of Webhooks Ticket Topic (Whenever a ticket is created in Intetcom, we defined a custom logic to create Case in SF based on webhook payload).One item that hinders our test is that in the webook Payload We're getting the alphanumeric Id (the one which appears in the user url) of the Contact. Instead we're expecting the 'User Id' value from contact (the 10 digit numeric Id) which we already added in SF contact. Any option to get that user id value in webhook tickets payload?

Hi There, We have just moved across to Zoom Phone for outbound calling and we do occasional outbound calls to customers and want to do it from within Intercom. Has anyone successfully use the Zoom Phone Smart Embed app to build a simple embedded dialer within Intercom?Or any other way to make it possible to call from within Intercom using Zoom Phone would work as well of course. Unfortunately Intercom cannot store the tel: string in the phone number attribute, which is pretty strange!! Or even better it should automatically add it to all phone attributes, then you could use any dialer of choice. Thanks,Jens

Hi there, We are currently setting up our NPS scorer within Intercom Surveys. But, we are having trouble figuring out the best way to send this survey to a limited amount of customers each day (so, in batches). This is because we want to have an idea of our NPS score throughout the entire year, and not have this survey sent out to our full customer base on the same day. Because this wouldn’t be representative if the satisfaction on that day is lower than usual.  We do want to keep everything in one survey to make sure the Survey Report is insightful for all NPS responses. I hope this makes sense and that someone can help us out 🙌

How do you filter web sessions to sessions that occurred in a specific timeframe? Right now it seems that web sessions are all time, but we are interested in pulling a report of users’ number of sessions in the last 30 days. Thanks!

Hey, I’m trying to use the Article API but I got some problems when I get lists of collections, sections and when I try to match this with articles parent_id I have a structure like this:When I request the `help_center/collections` endpoint I receive 2 collections “Untitled collection” (id: 3941383) and “Example collection” (id: 3941384) Ok, now I get the list of sections `help_center/sections`I should get "Subcategory" and "Subsubcategory", but when I do this request I receive an empty list And now when I request the list of articles `articles` I get all articlesFor the article “Just another article” (id: 7228002) I get parrent_id: 3941386 and for “Test” (id: 7227829) I get parent_id 3941389 and parent_type: collection My question is,Where are my sections? Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug in the Intercom API?

Hey! Our clients can't copy text or links from the messenger. We use iOS SDK. Android users are fine. Reported to support about a year ago. Any ideas, may be we missing someth? 😐

Hello,I have noticed that the API does not return the same created_at value for Conversations when using API 1.3 compared to API 1.4 and later versions. The endpoint I am using is:https://api.intercom.io/conversations/{id}I noticed this when retrieving Intercom data via Segment.com, which apparently uses API v1.3, and Stitchdata.com, which uses API v2.5.To investigate this further, I tested the API request for the affected Conversations (which make up 10% of my total volume), and the dates returned changed when I incremented the API version used. Can you please explain what could be causing this? Were there changes in the API which I’m not aware of that could be affecting the results?Thank you for your assistance.

I have set up some rules that send notifications to specific Slack channels that we use internally, when a conversation has not received a reply within a set time period. I found these rules Paused this morning, where I had set them live myself (and notifications were working). Does anyone know if there is a log of user actions on Inbox rules that would help me figure out which one of my team did this? 

Hi there - I’d like to get an email each week of the users and companies in custom filtered lists in the Contacts section of Intercom. For example, which users or companies are slipping away each week? I feel like there’s gotta be a way to do this but I can’t figure it out. I get the daily emails which include the default company slipping away logic, but I can’t figure out how to modify that.
