What happened to the inbox rule trigger for a teammate response?  I am trying to set up an automation based on a teammate providing any response and that condition seems to be gone now.  Is it somewhere else?  Anyone have a workaround?

We use @capacitor/intercom plugin to use Intercom in Ionic app. According to logs device token is passed inside the plugin. And user is registered in Intercom. But without device token. So it is unable to send push notification to it

I have 2 custom bots that are set to when a customer opens messenger on 2 different landing pages. I have tried to utilize the "when currently URL is" and "when current URL contains" with no luck on either page/bot. When I recreated the bot and used "when customer visits your site" the bot works. Our marketing and sales team do not want the translucent pop up that this creates. they only want this bot to work if the customer opens the messenger. Is there something I should be looking out for? Maybe a simple setting or set up piece that I'm overlooking? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe I’m missing something super obvious, but I can’t find anything on linking Intercom to Amazon and eBay? We use eDesk at the moment for customer service and we were hoping to switch to Intercom due to better widget functionality for our website. But we also sell on Amazon and eBay so need a solution that works across all platforms we use (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Google mail inbox).I thought Intercom was designed for customer service, and Amazon being the largest online marketplace I naively  assumed it would work natively. Started a free trial and can’t even find a mention of Amazon on the support pages. Sent Intercom a message yesterday and have yet to receive a human reply (the AI bot is useless).Appreciate any help.Thanks.

Currently, the Intercom messenger sorts the messages by thread. After a period of inactivity, the conversation would auto-close, and any new interaction would start a new conversation or thread.Is it possible to keep the current conversation “open” forever, even when the user abandons a workflow or closes the messenger? (Similar to the experience on a whatsapp or FB messenger, conversations are threaded by Recipient)We want it to be easy for our Users (and Visitors) to refer back to their chat history, without having to search multiple chats.Thanks!

Hello,I need to be able to send a lot of notifications (around 40k) to my users as quickly as possible. Currently I tested to send around 25k~ push notifications but it took more than 5min to send all of them. How could we improve performance ? And have a shorter deliver time ? Thanks in advance 🙏🏽

Our users sign into our platform at an organizational level, not as individuals. For banners, this means we want someone to be able to dismiss the banner, but then have it reappear the next day or at the next login, to make sure everyone at the organization has a chance to see the important message. However, I only see weekly, monthly, or yearly options in the settings — is there a way to get this to happen daily or the next time the user is seen?  

I want to assign different profile pictures to my bots, but I can only upload one picture in the workflow settings. Is there a way to do this?

How do I differentiate conversations that are live from conversations that have been un-snoozed(Reopened). Currently all the un-snoozed(Reopened) conversations also shows up on the agents workbasket along with live chat and calls. It is difficult for an agent to differentiate between these. How do I ensure that un-snoozed (Reopened) conversations can be easily identified and routed to a different work basket. Would also want that these conversations get assigned to the same agent who worked on it earlier, instead of reassigning them to someone new.

I’ve been reading the guide for Create and manage multiple Help Centers and understand the concept is the ability to create more than one knowledgebase (KB), then have flexibilty to create an article for a specific KB or have it sit in multiple ones.This potentially could be helpful for us as we have a product where content can differ depending what other product it integrates with. So we’re thinking it we could have a KB for when our product integrates with payroll software and one for when it doesn’t.However I just have a few queries about the logistics of using this feature.I read that related articles will automatically ensure the URL with the KB domain remains the same. However what happens in an article in multiple KBs, and you click on a hyperlink to another guide? Will it take you to the same KB or may you be taken to the other KB?EXAMPLE: An article exists in Help Center A and B. Customer is in Help Center B. We're getting an error in our Android app when we attempt to call loginIdentifiedUser() The code is very simple and we can't work out why we're seeing this error. We have 2 surveys:one is fired via the JavaScript code `Intercom('startSurvey', 123456789);`... this is a stand-alone page where we inserted the code from intercom in the `<head>`other is an SPA where we use the `react-use-intercom` package and trigger `boot()` on a specific page using the `useIntercom` hook Our survey show on these pages as expected... BUT, if the user doesn't fill the survey there and goes to some other pages, the survey "follows the user" (i.e. the user continues to see the survey)... these other pages all have intercom code in the header for some other functionality like posts, banners etc. Can we restrict the survey to be triggered only on the page that is defined inside the survey setting? we use the following settings to configure a URL inside intercom:Trigger your survey automatically with rules > Current page URL contains "OUR_URL" RegardsAI

Hi everyone, I have recently setup a new workspace in intercom. I have added slack as an app to this new workspace. But I am getting an error saying that I have already conencted this workspace to the slack environment.That's because my other workspace is linked to the same slack workspace. Is there any way I can have the new intercom workspace linked to the same slack workspace? I could really use the help! Thanks a lot :)
