3 days before the free trial ends, we send users a payment warning telling them we'll charge their credit card.  People who unsubscribe from our mkt emails don't get this warning. That's a big deal.  How can we send emails even if users unsubscribed? The audience rule "Unsubscribed from Emails is true" gives 0 users :-|    Thanks!

Hi,We upgraded the Intercom SDK on react-native to 5.1.1, however we found a very strange crash. On a screen we use https://github.com/react-native-picker/picker and when the picker is opened on Android the app will crash. We found that the Intercom upgrade from 4.0.1 to 5.1.1 was the culprit. I presume it’s something to do with the underlying Android SDK which was updated. Once I create my product tour, I cannot makes content/word edits, because there is no save button! It might be because I have it pointing at an element to click, so once I select that step, it pushes to the next page, not allowing me to “save” my edits on that step. Can I suggest a “save and continue” button to capture that pages changes?

Hi there,I am building a Product Tour that walks users through a multi-step form. I have certain optional fields that I want the user to be able to fill, but not obliged to fill, e.g. Apartment/Suite/Building # for address.If I set the step to Next or Done button, they can’t fill in the field.If I set the step to Fill in the Field, they must fill in the field.How can I manage this use-case?Thanks,Peter

Hi - we offer a free tool that assigns a unique download URL for the prospect that stores in a field in Salesforce. I’d like to be able to match the lead in the chat by email and then pull their download URL for them from their record in Salesforce. What’s the best way to achieve this? We have the field syncing from Salesforce to Intercom currently but not sure how to pull the information into the conversation once they provide their email. TIA!

We have embedded Intercom into our developed app (let’s called it Venus in this case), and when we reply our users through Intercom, how do users see mobile push/notifications on their phone? We’ve installed Salesforce App in our Intercom and have created a custom form so that users can create cases from Inbox. However here we’re facing a difficulty as we  need to tag an opportunity lookup as well while creating a case in our Salesforce org. But in the custom case form , only text and picklists are available, not able to add lookup. Please help in identifying an option to fetch and add opportunity lookup as well.

Hi there, I have a single page app. I’m having some issues being able to set up series or subsequent events on the same page.The behavior I want:Welcome post Dismiss or click a link in the post Launch a product tour on the same page without any other interaction. I’ve tried two ways:Launch post and then product tour in the same series. The issue that I’m having is that when I dismiss the post, the product tour does not launch without a page refresh. (The post AND the product tour is on the same page). Launch post, click a link in the post to a the product tour (show tour anywhere link) or insert the product tour directly (displays the product tour name and description with a link).  The issue that I’m having here is that when the user completes the product tour, the post pops back up.  Is there something I’m missing here?Why won’t the product tour launch without a page refresh? Why doesn’t Intercom treat a link click as a dismiss? Or is there a way to do this? I’ve tried tagging and h

Message goals should be able to target segments or allow for the same filtering and/or options used to build segments. Limiting users to just one binary goal creates a lot of bad reporting for us. Has anyone found a way around this?

Hi can I use a custom action and/or custom object in a series (not in a bot).  ex.  I would like to send an email after fetching data from an external API using a GET request.  This action will be triggered by the user’s place in the series, NOT by them sending a message to us.

I have a problem with `io.intercom.android:intercom-sdk:15.1.0`. When a new in-app message appears, it's hidden "under" the navigation bar. Switching to another tab fixes the position on the screen (I think it calculates window insets). I've tried setting bottom padding, but the behavior is still similar (2nd gif). In our auto-onboarding series unresponsive users get tagged with ‘unresponsive’. We want to contact these customers by phone. Can a Hubspot task be created (e.g. call customer) on a company level once the company got tagged as ‘unresponsive’? Any experience between Hubspot tasks and Intercom would be really appreaciated!

Hi Everyone!  A bit of context:  Our proprietary software allows super admins to log in as the customer to help troubleshoot account issues our customer may be facing. The issue we’re running into is that Intercom Messenger appears in the instance where the super admin has logged in as the customer. Any knowledge articles or messages that are shared with the actual customer are marked as seen because the super admin has visibility into it.   Question: Is there any way Intercom can differentiate that our super admins have logged in as the customer and keep any articles or messages in “unread” status until it's viewed by the actual customer?  Has anyone in the community faced a similar issue that may be able to point me in the right direction to find a solution or workaround?  Thanks in advance!  V
