I am new to Intercom but have used other platforms before. We just migrated close to 400 articles, and am wondering why is article editing so basic.Here is what I am looking to do, maybe I just have not found it yet: Duplicate an article: Looks like th only option is to highlight everything on the page and copy/paste. But when you do this not all of the formatting comes through ok Text color - Just Bold and italtics? really? Why can’t we have some color options for text Embedding other than video - I would like to embed widgets from other platfoms like supademo.com to show click through demos, but it looks like only “known” video urls are accepted. Why not accept anything that allows iframing or embedding? Looping MP4 - I would like to have an MP4 that loops, autoplays so it can demonstrate features. Hi,I want to set up automation where I'll be sending emails to my clients thanking them for purchasing a subscription. I sell the subscription using Stripe. I've connected Stripe with Intercom. I want the trigger for sending the email to be the purchase of the subscription by a new client. I'm setting this up using the 'series' option in Intercom, but I'm having trouble choosing the trigger. On the list, I have the option 'Created subscription', but I'm not sure if this pertains to Stripe as there's no information indicating it's a Stripe trigger. Additionally, I have 'Stripe subscription period start at', but choosing this I'm not sure if the email will be sent immediately after the subscription purchase.I'd also like different emails to be sent depending on the type of purchased subscription. With the 'Created subscription' option, I have the ability to define the subscription name, in my case, for example, 'Starter - social media' (I sent an example in the screenshot). But I'm uncer

Has anyone found a simple solution to create an embeddable form for Intercom rather than build one ourselves?We like using all the functionality of intercom but prefer not to use the messenger as a form and just have a standard one instead. Or link out to one. Thanks!

Your docs state AND operators can have upto 15 filters.

Hi,I am using webhooks and trying to identify an event of ‘conversation.admin.opened’ when a lead replies on a closed ticket but it doesn’t seem to trigger it. the odd thing is that it works on one workspace but not on the other.

Fin’s ability to understand content is great for support but we are wondering if we can use it for acquisition on the public website also.  It seems like it could short cut creating and managing lots of individual custom questions etc. which could be valuable for small teams.  The idea would be to train it on various website pages and also PDF type content. Not sure how we could have it pursue a goal of booking demo/signing up rather than “resolving” a question.

Hey everyone,What I’d like to do is create a new contact field called “App URL”. Then I’d like to autofill this information based on data from another field. For example, if email contains company.com.au then I want the App URL to be “app.company.com.au”.Alternatively, is there a way to simply get the current page URL to use in an outbound message Action?

I want to know if there’s a way to redirect a LEad / User to a new URL as the final step of a Series. The URL it’s part of my own website/app. 

I am trying to find a “standard” out-of-the-box data model provided by Intercom for: Users/Contacts Accounts/Companies I have inherited an Intercom instance with a ton of custom fields.  I need to know what the “standard” fields are in the data model so I can clean up the custom ones! Thanks

According to the API documentation, something like this should workPOST{    "message_type": "comment",    "type": "user",    "body":"<h1>hello world</h1>",    "intercom_user_id":""}but instead I get a "user is an invalid value for type" error - even though the API explicitly says that it is. I do note that the page linked only has an admin note reply as an option in the dropdown. Does that mean that it is not possible to post a reply on behalf of a user?  Would appreciate any help here.

For an Android app that targets API 33 and that includes FCM for push notifications, what is the advice on requesting the NOTIFICATION permission?My usecase: We have a tab in our app that when pressed, calls Intercom.client().present(). While the user is viewing the HelpCenter, the user could start a customer support chat. This is an ideal moment to request the NOTIFICATION permission. The user just sent a chat message and likely expects a notification when there is a reply.Is there a way for our app to know when the user sent a message so we can request the permission? We want to send contacts down different paths depending on their actions. We have created a post and then two separate paths, one for if the contact clicks a link the other path for if they open the post but do not click the link. We are not sure if this will work as intended. Any help is greatly appreciated 😎 

So I built a few automated workflows within Intercom (eg How Does It Work, FAQ, etc..).They’ve been online for a while and I’ve analysed the most used paths, etc.Now I want to alter the paths, add new branches, remove underused ones, .. you catch my drift.Problem is, one major change is I want to interject add a new path after the first question. There doesn’t seem to be the option to create a new path in between existing paths.Or do I redirect all the current answers to a new path, then loop back to what is now my first automated response, and afterwards delete all the first paths? If that makes any sense.TL;DR: can I squeeze a new message between the ‘start’ of a workflow and it’s first response, once it’s already been made?

We had a situation where an email was sent inbound to our support email. It included 2 parties. From - original sender CC - 1 person To - our support Client wrote 1 e-mail which arrived. Then client wrote a second email with the same From and CC, but the subject line was different. It seems that what happened was the client created 2 separate e-mails and they merged into 1 conversation. Is there any specific use-case where this can happen? Or is this a bug of sorts? I sent this to intercom support, but also curious if I am missing the reason why something like this could have happened. 

I want to make sure some articles are only visible to users from specific countries. What properties can I use to make it happen?

Our team has been having an issue sending an Outbound Post for an important feature update this week.We started seeing some issues with a message we set live on Wednesday, August 23th (users are not receiving push notifications for this message, despite the setting being enabled), and yesterday (Thursday, August 24th) the outbound issue seems to be getting worse. We set a new message live yesterday that should have been sent to 600+ people based on the filters, but none sent after 29 minutes. After a full day, only 50 had sent (out of 600+).It's important we're able to communicate with our messengers in bulk right now as we had major feature releases planned this week that are now being blocked by Intercom.We’ve reached out via chat and email, but haven’t heard back from the team. Anyone else experiencing major Outbound issues right now?

Tooltips appear but they are not animated when they are set live although they are set to be animated and I have triple checked that they are.
