We use Hubspot as our CRM and we have integrated it with Intercom in order to sync our customer data. In Hubspot it appears that the sync is on, but our customers are not being synced into Intercom as users. Any tips for getting this set up? Thanks!

I set up a Custom Object and Linked it to *both* the Person and Conversation objects, as stated in this article. In the Visual Editor, when I select Save reply... I don't see my attribute under the Person object and I don't see the Custom object.

Looking to integrate Intercom's product tour within our application. The application front end is built using web components. A technology that uses a concept called shadow dom. All images are served by downloads.intercomcdn.com and the robots.txt of this subdomain blocks them from indexing by search engines. As a result our pages look broken in search engines

Is there a way to create a bot that identifies the users Client manager (who isn't on intercom) and send that conversation directly to their Client manager?

I would like to push conversations to a Google Sheet in case the conversation is assigned to a specific team inbox.I can do it in case a tag is added to this conversation via a webhook, but I couldn't yet find a way to add this tag automatically. I looked for it in Intercom inbox rules as well as on Zapier. Thanks for helping out!

We are trying to set up a banner on top of our help center page, where it says to be aware of scams for more information click here and send our customers an FAQ regarding scams. We don't understand how to settle up the banner in the URL we need. TYVM

We serve 3 regions and therefore have 3 different 'book in a call' links based on timezones. I want to be able to create one dynamic content block for 'booking in calls' and insert it into all of my emails (rather than having to replicate the same dynamic content block into every email we send). Then anyone creating emails can use this dynamic content block, and also if the links or regions change, I only need to update it in one place.

I activated a survey in intercom and when I set the rules, it was supposed to send to around 300 users based on the rules I set. However, when I checked on the reports, it's showing as "0" sent, am I missing something? The survey has been live for 5 days.

How can I make the messenger widget open automatically after scrolling 50% of the page or after specific time?

Let's say we have a financial services platform (as an example, we don't). Let's say that platform uses Intercom and let's say our company wants to generate a message to all of our users when a certain event occurs. That's the broad use case. An example would be ABC stock just hit $100/share.  This "outside" event occurs, and maybe a notification is sent outside of intercom (via email, or other ways). Is it possible for intercom to "listen" for this outside event, and when it is heard, to take action by generating an in-app message to the end user via messenger? Essentially, an event happens on platform A (stock hits $100 and triggers a message) and we want users of platform B (intercom) to receive a message about it in their messenger inbox.

Hi,My colleague asked me (amongst other things) for a programmatic export of "email opens" from Intercom, on an individual contact level.What would be the best way to accomplish this?I've looked into the API endpoints, but the "messages" endpoint has no documentation and other endpoints aren't very suited for 'bulk' exports. I've also looked into the 'export' endpoint, which allows me to do a bulk export, BUT only emails sent within the selected time window are included in the 'receipts', and if a user opened/clicked after the time window this is not in the report, and the time window is limited to 90 days.The combination of this makes it very hard to export a complete overview of (for example) email opens on an individual level. I hope there's a good solution that suits our needs.Kind regards

In V1.1 for permanent delete we have: api.intercom.io/user_delete_requests. In V2.7 we have DELETE: https://api.intercom.io/contacts/id>. Is the permanent delete from V1.1 doing the same thing as V2.7 simple delete - it is a permanent delete? Thanks ..

5 years ago when we installed intercom into our suite of web and mobile applications, our custom messenger launcher would display the total number of unread messages as a small red circle near our custom launcher. This was a great way to let someone know they have a message waiting. However, I've realized it disappeared, and am having a very difficult time bringing the red circle with the volume of unread messages back so it is displayed near our custom launcher.  My investigation did reveal that we were/are using the "old" version of messenger, so I upgraded one of my test workspaces to the new messenger, hoping that it would resolve the issue, but it did not. That said, the "messages" icon inside the updated messenger DOES display the total unread notifications, but because that red notice isn't visible when the messenger is closed, the user does not know a message is waiting. Help! Thank you

I have configured product tour for my SaaS application. I am triggering start of the product tour with my application's frontend with JS API Intecrom('startTour', 'tourId'). Product tours will be shown to some of users. And I want to have custom logic in my application for users who completed product tour (navigate user to another page or show some different text). So I need to detect if user completed product tour. Is there any way to track that user completed all steps of the product tour? May I have some JS callback for that event, for example: Intecrom('onProdcutToutCompleted', { ... some custom logic })? Or may be there are exist other ways to catch event of finishing product tours? Thank you in advance!

Our SaaS product is spread across different environments, which receive code at a different cadence. Env A gets a fresh deploy on Monday. Env B follows on Tuesday and so on. How can I configure Product tours so it can dynamically decide whether a new application version has been deployed or not in that environment? I do not want to trigger a tour if the feature is not yet available.
