Hi all, I’ve a scenario, we have 1000 customers and those customers are divided into 10 people/group, so I’m looking for a rule which can automate the process of assigning the chats to correct person/group. For example, If someone from pool 1(100 customers) starts a chat it should land into a specific team. So I’m looking for attributes which can help setup this in bulk. Currently, I can apply a condition where company name is X or companyID is X then it lands into specific team, however, it won’t let me add all of them in one go by separating them with comma or ; or anything else. Any help would be massively appreciated, thank you!

If I’m on paid plan and I can use Workflow feature limit, so I would like to know that whether Intercom limits the number of rules or triggers I set live?

Hi We are facing an issue with intercom update .  after we fire this API a redirection happened sometimes we missed the API, after we add a delay (before redirection) it looks the problem solved but we can’t relay on delay. as i check the document i can’t see if this a async action. or if i can get a call back. So could someone please guid me how can we fix this problem?  Thanks in advance

I am trying to implement the localization of the Intercom messenger by domain, based on this article: https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/2631808-install-intercom-with-google-tag-manager. I have multiple domains with the same GTM.I created three tags for each domain, and as a custom attribute, I added "language_override" with the correct language. However, it works inconsistently. When we test this feature, sometimes the language is set correctly, and sometimes it is not. We have tried it in many browsers, devices, and on the BrowserStack platform, deleted cookies, but we could not achieve consistent resultsWhen I check in the console, the "window.intercomSettings" "language_override" attribute is set correctly: {app_id: "xxxwdq", language_override: "en"}.Here is screen of my tag configuration. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?Thank you!

We have been in the process of setting up a custom bot using custom actions. Yesterday this worked like a charm, following the docs: Today, this “Custom Action (using API)” option is no longer present for any bot in any of our workspaces. We only have 4 and they’re all in draft mode. We’ve subscribed to the Custom Bots Add-on. This was working at most 24 hrs ago.Have we done something to disable this? Is it just broken?

I cannot set a product tour live. It stays in "Draft" and I cannot click "Set live". It tells me "Finish your tour before setting it live" Trying for hours now.

Hi! We are using API method to update companies.However, these become thousands of discrete requests, is it possible for me to craft a payload containing all company data and send this in a single request? 

I'm wondering if this may be a bug, but I can't seem to find anywhere else to report bugs. When I use intercom-react-native 4.0.1 and running it on iOS Intercom.present() works and displays help and displaying articles like this also works: await Intercom.presentContent( IntercomContent.articleWithArticleId('5747692') );However, when I try to display a collection using the following code:await Intercom.presentContent( IntercomContent.helpCenterCollectionsWithIds(['3860234']) );The collection fails to display and we get the following error in the XCode output [Intercom] INTERCOM ERROR - 'Each object in the array' must be an NSString and can't be nil or empty We've rolled back to using v3.0.5 of intercom-react-native and the collections display is working as expected with that version.

I would like to include estimated business size as found in the user profile with my NPS export. Currently when using the NPS export function, it appears ‘ canned’ or standard format, I can’t add in fields? Do you know how I can review NPS data by customer, including estimated business size?We have this field populated from Hubspot datascreen shot below for field reference - I would like to see this with NPS such that I can better understand NPS by business type

When evaluating the headers of our Help page, help.caredove.com, the results come back indicating a missing header for Strict-Transport-Security. I used Probely’s Security Headers page for this test: https://securityheaders.com/Is this something that I can change in our Help page configuration? If not how can I go about getting the header changed?The scan shows up 2 additional missing headers, Referrer-Policy & Permissions-Policy, but those are relatively new and do not penalize us as much at this time. Thanks, rob

Android Intercom SDK causes a crash in our app due to differences of the Jetpack Compose version. This issue has already been posted here, but has been marked as solved without actually being such. Since the issue is still present in version 14.2.0, I’m creating a new post, which hopefully will get more attention. Intercom Android SDK v14.2.0 still depends on Jetpack Compose 1.3.3. I am currently making some changes in product tours I already have setup, after editing all the steps I click “save and close”, but the changes I made go back to the original. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello I need help iterating through and attaching contacts to a defined company.I can do this by manually calling the API but need to iterate through an away.I found https://github.com/intercom/intercom-node but am having problems properly configuring.  Once Configured I’d be able to pull list of users that have current segment and pass them through attaching a company. Any help configuring/walking through basics of the intercom-node library would be very helpful.

Hi all,We are currently setting up product tours for our platform and we are running in some issues when it comes down to switching pages.We use a combination of ajax loaded pages and real redirect to new pages. The ajax loaded pages work fine. But when I’m redirecting to a new page to continue the tour the tour is reset to step 1 or sometimes step 2.We already checked if the selected element is available in the new page and also set the “navigate to” in that step.Has anybody any idea?And another strange thing: after restarting the tour again it works fine ...

Hello, I currently created a segment called Inactive Users which basically are the ones who aren’t active in the last 30 days and I have around 10K+ users that I want to directly delete permanently from Intercom. I checked this article https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference/deletecontact but since I am not a technical person, I was wondering if its possible for someone to guide me in the steps needed to get the job done.

I am trying to search for a user based on an email using the v2.8 intercom API. If I retrieve a specific contact using this URL https://api.intercom.io/contacts/63e271ce28fe8babf612b417/code>I get the contact object as expected. If I then use the email of the response to search for that contact like sohttps://api.intercom.io/contacts/search/code>with this body{ "query": { "field": "email", "operator": "=", "value": "my email" } }I get the following response{ "type": "error.list", "request_id": "0000i0aso7mmifvpqc1g", "errors": [ { "code": "not_found", "message": "User Not Found" } ] }Any hints on what the problem is?    

My team sometimes starts a conversation to send an outbound email to a client to follow-up. When doing so, multiple iterations of the contact will show up sometimes when typing in the email address. Some iterations will only send a chat and others will send an email. If the outbound message goes out as a chat, the client will only see if they log back into our site and the chat pops up. The email after 3 minutes does not trigger. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Either by disabling the ability to start a new conversation through chat, or to trigger the outbound chat to go to their email?
