According to the documentation I can only filter and get data from the first page or get all data without filter.But, for example, I made a I posted the request at https://api.intercom.io/contacts/searchand it returned me that I have 8 pages with 50 contacts each, and that they were created with a certain date. But I can only access the data from page 1.So I tried to use the post request to https://api.intercom.io/contacts?per_page=150to be able to reproduce the json that you demonstrate in https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference/ -cursor paging. But instead of the 8 filtered pages it goes to 62 unfiltered pages.

Hej, currently we are using the intercom-client v.2.10.4 to create a new contact with the role 'user'.In the version 4.0.0 the API has changed but I cannot create a user with the call 'client.contacts.createUser'.How can I migrate our project so, I can use the latest version of the intercom client?

I would like to view all conversations in the last month from the customers with "VIP" tag. How do I go about doing that?

Right now I see that I can attach the PDF, which creates a link that readers can click, but I'm trying to determine if there's any way to have the PDF show as an embed that they can scroll/read through directly. (See attached for what I'm looking for.) For context: our previous documentation center consisted of these beautifully designed PDFs and infographics, and we don't want to lose them in the transfer. The only workaround I have found is to export the PDF as jpegs and then insert the images one by one...but this causes the text on the PDF to appear extremely small, to the point of being unreadable. 😞

I spent hours (2x in a row) creating a Product Tour and it's nowhere to be found. The first time I created my Product Tour, I selected Preview at the bottom of the window and received a message that my changes may not be saved so I canceled out of it and then BOOM - the page lost all setup components and I was unable to get back to the create screen.  I tried again thinking "this time I wont preview it before it's saved and closed". I spent over 2 hours making the same Product Tour again, selected Save & Close, and then... gone. It's not in Intercom at all! The ONLY thing I can think is that I forgot to add a subject/title (it's kinda hidden up at the top and isn't required), and I was not prompted to do so when I saved it - but that's it! If that was the reason, wouldn't the tour be saved as a draft as "Unknown" or something for the title?  I hesitate to work on them again in case it doesn't save again.

Is there any way to force users and companies to be included in segments and lists before they have logged in? We want to mail people who sign up for our trials but never login.

Hello folks, I am planning to have the both launched once users click on a certain CTA. Ideally, I would want the survey/form launched as soon as they click on the CTA. Is this possible?  If not, and I have to rely on launching the bot first, can the bot subsequently launch the survey/form?  Thank you!

Occasionally, our customers send us direct emails that need to be converted into tickets. If we forward them to our support email address, then we can’t transform them in the name (and email) of the customer who sent the email. How can we do it?

Hey there 👋 We're thinking about using Intercom for transactional messages instead of SendGrid. However we've run into a security issue that we haven't been able to solve yet. If we send emails with highly sensitive data (for example a password reset code/link as mentioned in your blog post) then anyone in the team who can access Intercom messages could hijack the customer's account using that sensitive data. That is not acceptable. Is there any way we can mark certain parts of the message as sensitive so that neither the Intercom UI nor any data API/export exposes them? Thank you, Marc

Where are the sticky issues that I can check? Are there any reasons they wouldn't display? Is there a specific setting needed to get them to display?

If I enable "New messenger" for test workspace (which I created from my prod workspace), will "New messenger" be enabled for prod one too?

Currently, I am working with a client have million of records(contact, conversation, team, admins etc and they want to export these records to a remote Database where they want to consume the data on their own way. So I am fetching the records using the API and it has a limit of max page size 150. If we want to export around 4.3M records then it will required around 28667 https calls and a huge amount of time. So is there any way to increase the page size or fetch the records in bulk using the API ?
