Hello, I want to create a tour to show a post to our users.However, there's only "insert image" and "embed video" options. So, I cannot add buttons or choose reaction type like we do in outbound posts. Is this intentional? I like that tours can be tested easily and triggered programmatically in our code. Apart from the full functionalities, what other benefits does outbound post have over product tour post? Thanks in advance!

Hello, We use conversation data attributes and webhooks. We need to be notified when one of our attributes is updated. However, webhooks do not send any events when a conversation data attribute is updated. Do we need to configure something to receive an event when the conversation data attribute is updated?

Currently our application pushes events to users as they occur. I would like to automatically add a specific tag to the user when some exact event happens. Is it possible to do it from Intercom settings?

First, I create a job using https://api.intercom.io/export/content/data/p>I receive a job ID.If I retrieve the data as soon as it's available, there's no problem. (retrieving the data is using https://api.intercom.io/download/content/data/my_job_id. However 24h later, the job identifier doesn't work anymore. I get back an internal server error (500). The documentation says data should remain available for download for much longer (several days). Also I didn't launch a different job in the meantime, so I don't understand why the data retrieval is broken.

Anyone know any table editing hacks? For example, how to merge columns/rows? I am not seeing any options beside a simple column/row table that you can format the text inside of. It would be nice to have further editing capabilities here. Thanks!

I have several people data fields or attribute the bot asks for to qualify a lead. This can be name, birthdate, phone number, etc. When a user inputs their information on the bot, the data is not showing up in intercom and I can't see it on my end. Why is this happening?? Pls help!!

I want to add a collection for FAQ's in our Helpcenter. But with the current limitations on article layout, I find it very hard to build something that is easy to navigate through for the customer that actually creates an added value. Does anyone have experience with this? 

We have some processes or flows that happen within a pop up in our app. This makes it difficult to target how a tour gets triggered to start.

I have the below rule set up, we send this Survey out 1x a week, so there is a chance that they get the email for giving us an 8, if they then give us a 1, and then a 9/10 - will this add them back into matching the rules "again"? Or does it remember the first time this user matched the audience and ignore any future ones?I don't want this email to go out multiple times, just the first time it matches, but the scores tend to go up and down and I am worried this will remove then re-add them to being a match.I hope this makes sense! haha.  Thank you!!

Is there an API endpoint that allows the creation of multiple contacts with one call, or does each individual contact creation requires an individual API call?

I'd really love to have more formatting options for our company's support articles. Being able to change font color, underline, indent, highlight, adjust font size - more robust bullet and automatic numbering options - adding text boxes and being able to adjust the background color. These are all things that would improve the readability of our articles.

Either the responses as a list or if they are available via the people entity?

We are looking to implement the messenger in a React Native app. Our preference would to be to show the chat as a screen in the app (with bottom bar navigation) rather than an overlay. Seems like this is not possible from the documentation. Wondering if anyone has found a way to achieve this?
