My custom action have one API which is not returning few fields when they are null. I want to map this attributes with my Custom Object's attributes as null when API Response do not have this attribute values. But, instead it is throwing an Error. Is there any way to show the Null Values in the custom object attributes when mapped field is not available in response of custom action API.

These are issues found on versions 4 and 5 of Intercom React Native https://github.com/intercom/intercom-react-native. On Android, when the Intercom.presentMessageComposer() method is called the text input does not show up. The user has no way to enter a message to interact with our support team.In addition, there is no longer a close button (‘x’) and the user cannot go back to our app the way they entered. Tapping the back button takes the user back to the intercom messages list and tapping it again logs them out of our app.Android: Text input does not show up and missing close button (‘x’)On iOS, when receiving Intercom notifications, and the app is backgrounded, tapping on an Intercom notification opens a new chat modal opens on top of the existing chat, causing a stack of modals to appear. The user needs to exit all the modals to access their previous screen.  

I want to know if in the intercom I can send a cadence of emails where the sending of the second email is triggered if the user has downloaded the file from the previous email?

I moved all of our transactional emails to intercom, but it’s a real issue that we can’t use a workaround for people who need to reset password if they have unsubscribed. 

Is there any way to see which pages the customers most starts news conversations via messenger? I did not find this information in the custom reports.

As well as asking customers for a conversation rating when the conversation is closed, I want to be able to add a task bot that also sends customers a short message about a new feature. Is there any way to do this without having to manually send it every time? 

Hello everyone, Our company uses Intercom to make marketing campaigns. When we send them in Post format we can disable the replies but when they are in Mail format it is not possible and we have several replies from customers. Does anyone know how we can block these responses? Thank you Paola

Hi there,I would like to push full conversation body data via a custom action towards Zapier (webhook trigger).The reason why I would like to use custom actions is because I only want conversations that were initialized with a bot. The moment the conversation is assigned to the team, the custom action would send the full conversation to Zapier. In Zapier, I would then like to summarize the bot conversationd and post it as a note into the same message for the support agent to easily understand the conversation.The custom action I created seems to be successful, but the Webhook trigger in Zapier never receives the POST request from the custom action.Also, I don’t find a way how to get the whole conversation as data into JSON?I presume i need to use the “conversation_parts” object, but not sure how?Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi, I’ve been trying our Fin demo and it has been intriguing. Thanks!I take all Intercom questions from our customers and pop them into the demo to see which get answered. I find a lot that are not answered have simple answers, so I add an article to the appropriate collection and publish it.  So far, I don’t see Fin picking up the answers.  For example, someone wrote “Do you ship internationally”. We had an article that said “We only ship to the US”.  I added more to that article to include the word “internationally” but Fin still says it doesn’t know.Do I have to manually select something to get Fin to retrain?

Is there a way to send a follow up email as a reply to a previous email in a series?Example:New lead enters the funnel > We send an email via Series > If no reply after 3 days > Send X email as reply to first email creating a thread > If no reply after 7 days > Send email as reply to the threadMost email automation services (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, etc.) offer this but I’m struggling to pull this off with Intercom. 

Hey there, 👋  We are 18 members in our team and none of us are getting sound notifications when we get live chats from certain people (for example, when we receive chats from our company team members) and definitely not getting sound notifications when we receive emails to our unassigned inbox. All our notification preferences are set correctly, please see the screenshot below. And all other inbox notifications work well.  All of us are using the Chrome browser on Mac computers, and browser notifications are allowed. Tried chatting with live support to solve it, but the solutions offered weren't helpful (clear cache and set a rule to auto-assign everything to a different inbox (not ideal, we can't use)). We are sometimes missing our SLA's because we miss some of these emails we receive, and it's becoming more and more disturbing every day. What can we do to fix this? We just want to get normal notifications for everything we get. Thank you.  

I have browser notifications turned on for Intercom, but I don't hear the notification sound/noise. What's going on?

HiOur support site is fairly standard and uses wordpress but Fin won’t import it. https://help.fliplet.com/ any idea why? I also tried https://help.fliplet.com/help-center/ but that failed as well.We’d love to be preparing ourselves when Fin becomes available. It worked successfully on our dev documentation at developers.Fliplet.com so I am wondering what is wrong with the above site.

I am trigger a bot from a button on our website. We have several buttons on the same page that should trigger the same bot. However only the first button is triggering the bot, all buttons have the same attributes that we are triggering on. i e the same queryselector. Is it possible to make it work on several buttons?

Hi all! I am looking to send an automated outbound message every time a new team member signs on for the first time welcoming them to our company. Ideally, each time somebody with the tag “new nurse” signs on for the first time, this message would be sent to their inbox giving them a brief introduction and some best practices. I don’t want it to show up for anyone who currently has this tag, only new nurses that are starting in the future.Is there an easy or easier way to accomplish this? I was brainstorming and I suppose I could also create an alternate tag that only new employees get, and then manually remove it once the message goes out? In short, I want to automate an intro message that will only go out to new employees joining our company. Any help would be appreciated. 

Are there ways for a user to use the search feature and offer more filtering options by using particular nomenclature/formatting to present more specific options? Adding quotations, adding a plus sign, or other features within Intercom that I can update within the articles themselves? Thanks for your help! 

How do I check bot data?  i am trying to see what volume of customers go into the a specific bot 

I am using Audience Targeting for my articles so that only our users can see the step-by-step guides. If there are no articles visible to visitors and leads, and the users are not signed in the Help Center home page will provide a standard message that says “Empty Help Center This Help Center doesn’t have any articles or collections in it yet”  If they are instead directed to a specific article, the message tells them to log in to view, but doesn’t redirect them back to the page they were trying to view. This seems like a confusing user experience - how are others using Audience Targeting to show articles to only users?

Hi everyone, I’d like to send a CSAT rating when a ticket (not a conversation is closed) is there any way to set this up?I tried something with the custom bot but unfortunately it doesn’t work because I guess of this rule “ The conversation includes at least one message from both the customer and a teammate" and in ticket there is currently no interaction (messages). Or maybe I’m wrong and conversation rating can only be triggered for conversation and not ticket? I’d appreciate your help!Thank you
