Is it possible? Does anyone have something similar setup?  I don't want it to 'create new leads' i want it to leave a note or link on a deal every time a message is sent via intercom. I am being told by intercom this is possible and now being told it's not possible.

How to fix misaligned icons problem, I'm importing the library in a project written in Electron v8.0.0 and angular v9 so how to solve the problem of not aligned icons in the first screenshot? adding a simple css rule on buttons seems solve the problem (2nd screenshot)align-items:center;I can't change the style because it's inside an iframe, how can I solve the problem? maybe is caused by the default stylesheet rules of the old chrome version inside electron 8 ? please help!  

I have a custom object called "Orders". When the user clicks "Cancel Order" in a bot I use a custom action to get their list of orders that can be canceled. Once the user finishes canceling the order, they can click "Cancel Another Order" which will then run the same custom action again to get their list of orders that can be canceled. However even though the custom action's response now has an empty array of orders, the order from the first response is shown in the conversation. How do we clear out the orders array on the conversation with each GET from the custom action?

I have two different places my app takes effect: Main web and Chrome Extension I want page view tracking in the main web app. But, I don't want page view tracking in the chrome extension installation. This is because it's implemented as an IFrame, so the page is always the same and provides no value. The chrome extension activity is tracked by custom events, so I am still covered there.

There's no mention in the docs how is pagination supported. Trying to add query params per_page and/or page has no effect on the response. I would expect it to affect the page size and the page of results that is returned.Notice that in /conversations, paging works with ?start_after query parameter and this is no in accordance with the API doc.

Is there any way to remove users/people from companies people list. I know that we can do it manually but there are many companies that we want to edit all at once with an api endpoint like https://api.intercom.io/companies/:id/members/:user_id/p> 

I have managed to follow the intercom documentation in terms of installing Google Tag Manager and Intercom for 'Logged Out Users'. However, I am having issues understanding installing it for 'Logged in users'. Every time I get someone on support, they disappear for hours at a time and it's getting very frustrating.  Can anyone help? More than happy to hire someone to walk me through it.

It would be nice to be able to create tickets through the api. For example, we need to create a ticket for the sales team in intercom when a user registers in our system. How could this be implemented?

Hi Community, I've been playing around with checklists and am wanting to set up a choice of two onboarding checklists for anyone signing up to our app.  The idea is that they hit our welcome page and are offered two buttons - Learn more, or Get Set up. This covers the two jobs that people come to our site to do. On each button sits the code to trigger the specific checklist they select. My issue is that I can't find a way to stop the checklists popping automatically. If I turn off the rules in the checklist, it doesn't pop at all if you use the sharing link. If I have rules switched on, the checklists pop automatically before I have time to get them to press their button. Anyone come across this or have a magical idea that will allow me to do this? Would I possibly create an event based on the pressing of the button? (That seems a bit asynchronous though) Thanks,Brent

How do I get the specific author ID for Articles API?

I'm building a custom bot that automates order refunds. I have set up a custom action that gets recent orders and puts them into the order custom object that maps to people data. This works fine.  The issue is that when I show reply buttons from object data in the bot flow, I am never able to change what orders are shown after the initial 5 are shown. Once the person has orders in their custom object data, those are the orders that are always shown, regardless of what orders were fetched by the custom action.  What I expect to happen is that the orders shown are the same as the ones fetched by the custom action.  I have already verified that external_id is mapped correctly so that there are no duplicates.  I have also tried to map orders to conversation data and NOT people data in order to force refresh the orders when a new conversation has started but that does not work. It seems that the orders must be stored on people data in order to use in the bot workflows.  For additional c

I am testing the intercom chat with a Dev account.We want to test it before buying it.I am able to popup the intercom box, but I am not seeing the input text to write a message (see the attachment image)Any idea why we can't send message ?

I'm using the Cordova SDK to natively integrate Intercom messenger into my iOS & Android mobile apps. I'm having issues with Identity Verification for iOS Users, always throws an error.  My app is using Ionic Framework with ReactJS. So far I've only noticed this error on iOS, with many Users. Please see the screenshot. It's in Ukrainian, but it basically said, ops, something went wrong, we couldn't load any content, please refresh. Refreshing doesn't help. :)  This bug was seen on iPhone X / Xs / 12 / 13, and iOS 15.6 - 16.1.1. So likely this isn't related to a specific OS or device.   Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated! Thank you! 

I have made a custom action that makes a GET request to one of our services. The form looks like this when filled in: However when providing test values, spaces are (imo incorrectly) mapped to +-signs. For example when i enter: I can see the request at my service is coming in with a value like "Collegekaart+&+gebouwen". Even when i provide the parameter as an URL-encoded value it does not work.Could someone help me?  Thank you in advance.

I want to look at my time-to-close metric, but I want to make it not include snoozed time. I would be ok with doing it manually by seeing time snoozed and doing the math. Is this possible?

I have a push notification that I want to send on the Sunday 7+ days after an event occurs. I have an exit event that could happen at any time.  My scenario: So a user enters the series on a Friday. It waits 7 days which puts them on the next Friday and it schedules the message to send on Sunday (2 days later). On the following day, Saturday, the exit event happens. Will they be removed from the push sending? Or will they still get it because it was scheduled? I want it to not send FYI.

Hi all. Would anyone be able to assist me with intercom code - identifying logged-in / v logged-out users on Kajabi?

With the API or from the UI, I can create custom data attributes. These attributes can have one of string, integer, float, boolean, or date values. However, I need to store a list of values in a field.  For example, a user (contact) can be in many teams at once in our system. But with the above model, I can only have one team at a time.  What are the possible ways to implement the above functionality with the API/SDK? Should I use tags, or something else? Thanks in advance.

I cannot hide messenger either by condition or just by turning it off, we have embedded the code rather than using GTM so not sure if that affects it. Any ideas? I am trying to turn the messenger off for a certain segment but couldn't get it to work so to test I turned it off completely for all users but it still shows.

Hi there, our company need to create post to show to our users and there are lots of limitations on their creations. For example:I would like to change the font colour to stand out some parts of it.I would like to change also the text to different sizes, like 14pt, 18pt so we can make some parts more important than others, at moment we just have H1, H2 and other.Also I couldn't align images with text, I only see options to get it centred or full size.Space between paragraphs and lines, cant be changed neither.Change button sizes.I am sure I will find some more issues as much as I start working on it.Thanks for your time.

If I wanted to have the intercom aligned to my service environment (Prod, Stage, Dev, QA ..) can I have multiple instances because I want to keep the user data separate is there a way to keep the content(checklist, template ..) replicated from one instance to another

I don't like the way emails are formatted when we respond back to our customers. My email signature is messed up, and the formatting is all wrong. Can we customize this?
