My goal is to use the Intercom API in order to fetch conversations (of my project).I've created a new app on my personal workspace; generated a new token and tried to use this token to access the conversations; I used this API ;> https://api.intercom.io/conversations/p> I get back this response -{ "type": "error.list", "request_id": "000229afga31flof5mqg", "errors": [ { "code": "api_plan_restricted", "message": "Active subscription needed." } ] }Looking at this page - https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/v2.0/reference/error-codes/p>I seems like this issue mapped to `The API is not available on this App's Plan` I don't understand what it means; which subscription are we talking about? how can I fix it.why is this API not available on my new App?

We have SaaS product built using React. The issue is when the components gets re-rendered (it disappears and appears in just milliseconds, not visible in naked eye ofcourse) it breaks the product tour and it points to the top left corner and literally pointing to nothing.  What I think is happening is that, the component disappeared then since the Product tour couldn't find the element it will just point to the top left corner, but that's just in milliseconds. Stopping the elements from re-rendering could be tough job for us but possible, so I'm asking if this is possible to fix or any workaround.

For instance, our platform has the "chat" section, the "admin" section, the "main" section, etc. On each one of them, I want to show the relatives articles on the Articles Search app in Messenger. It doesn't make sense to show the "chat" articles in the "admin" section. It could work like the banners, posts, product tours rules.Thank you

I am really struggling to use the News feature, so I am wondering if someone could share some tips for using it. We have many different products, and users can subscribe to just one of them, or all of them, or anything in between. When we want to publish product-specific News, I never manage to target people so that they get all of the News that are relevant to them. This is because News is deviating from the tried and trusted way of setting audience rules for other outbound content. If a person is in one Newsfeed, they can't be in another!So for example a client needs to see news for product X and product Y. If I publish news for product Y (targeting all users of the product) and then publish news for product X (targeting all users of that product), the client will only see the news that are at the top of the newsfeed list. Hello, I would like to find an example of PHP or JS code to use Canvas with Intercom.We use Intercom for communication with visitors to our site and our LMS.We would like to be able to insert dynamic information at specific times.For example, when a student connects to our LMS and needs to follow a training course.We would like to be able to send him an automatic message indicating the link where to sign his attendance sheets and the link to join his virtual class on video.This information is personalized for each student, so we need to inject it at a specific time for a specific person, but without them necessarily being registered on Intercom. I went through the documentation and it seemed to me that the Canvas answered this request.But when I try to create an APP and use Canvas options I get stuck.I have well informed WebHooks to configuration pages in PHP on our site and nothing seems to work. Would you be kind enough to offer me an explanation and/or a small piece of code to start

Need urgent assistance please -  Our bots have a button prompt that asks something along the lines of: 1) Do you require immediate/urgent support2) Can you wait for an email  I need to report on how many customers clicked on those prompts, who they were, so we can build out certain events and data from it. I also want to be able to report on how long it took our internal support team to respond to those customers (high priority SLA = 10 minutes, and "email" SLA = 1 hour) for example  Checked all report options and articles but for some reason this does not seem to be an easy thing to report on? I removed a teammate and reassigned his conversations to other teammate. However, these conversations are still in the unassigned state, and the assigned teammate cannot see these conversations in his own list

Can I set up Automatic away mode only for particular teammates? Not for everybody

My company recently changed our main website's domain and I would like this to reflect in our help center, as well. If I change my domain in Intercom from educate.ABCtest.com to educate.123demo.com, will all of my articles automatically redirect to the new domain? Or is there a manual way to redirect these in intercom?

The launcher covers necessary functionality on Mobile.How can I disable it from showing only on Mobile? Using properties and segmentation will not work for us as our users using both mobile and desktop. I want them to see the launcher on the desktop but remove it from mobile.Thank you!
