 My question is: Does this mean that this product tour will be seen by the users once every 10 days or longer, and it will only be seen up to 3 times unless they complete the tour? If they snooze the tour or close it immediately, does that count as one of the three viewing times? Thanks in advance,

Hi, I have a product tour that should launch from:  When I visit the page with the product tour id, I get a bunch of errors and the tour will not load? 

I'm receiving an event that I use as a trigger for certain Custom Bots. When the bot is triggered I want to set the value of a conversation data attribute automatically based on a metadata field of the triggering event. So far I've only found the option to use event metadata as part of the bot content or to ask for user input for the attribute, but no option to use the metadata directly as a value for the data attribute. Is there any way of configuring this in Intercom?

I am using the intercom-ruby gem to update all my contacts. I retrieve all my contacts with :contacts = intercom.contacts.allThen I try to update all of them (only the last_seen_at field with the date of today) : contacts.each do |contact| contact.last_seen_at = date_of_today.to_time intercom.contacts.save(contact) endThe issue I have is that everytime it works for a few hundreds of contacts, but at one point it fails with some errors. The error in dev is :ArgumentError: invalid byte sequence in UTF-8 Caused by: JSON::ParserError: 859: unexpected token at 'HTTP/1.1 0 Unknown Reason-Phrase Status: 0 Vary: Accept,Accept-EncodingThe error in prod is :ETIMEDOUT error The thing is that I have tens of thousands of contacts. Many thanks for your help !

I found with dynamic content how to change the text according to the right criteria (language) but I can't change the text on buttons, dynamic content seems to only be available for the subject of the email and the text blocs. Is there another way than to duplicate the email, and have 2 different emails to send ?  Thank you !

I'm trying to update a contact (type = 'user') through the API, and want to populate the User ID field. I found out that in the API, this is called the External ID (which is somewhat confusing, and the docs aren't clear). I have 2 scenarios:Scenario 1 - all goodI create a contact through the API and directly set the External ID. The External ID shows up in the User ID field as expected. I can change this via a new API request if needed. Scenario 2: 400 - Bad requestI create a contact through the API without setting an External ID. This works. Now, I want to update this contact and set the external ID. I get a 400 - Bad request without further details. If I remove the External ID field from the API request, everything works and I get a 200 response. I'm stuck with scenario 2, because I need to update contacts that I sent through the API earlier, without an external id. More infoIn both scenarios I'm making a post request and supply the Intercom ID of the contact,

I'm cleaning up our tag list, but it's such a pain to remove tags that are linked to messages as sometimes there are 40 or more messages linked to it.

I intalled intercom inside react app by copy pasting the javascript code insde the head tag as suggested in the documentation. We would like to migrate our changelog from Canny to Intercom News but can't figure out how to anti date legacy articles.  In the scheduling options, we cannot add past dates. Is there a work around to handle such legacy import?

Recently, my gsuite address got a bit overly protective and started to put the messages from the real users to the SPAM folder. Unfortunately, after I'm checking the spam in the email and marking it as NOT-spam, Intercom does not indicate those messages as an incoming one, even though the emails were moved to the inbox and not in the spam anymore. How I can make sure that after I move email from SPAM to NON-Spam folder, it will be properly recorded and attached to the relevant customer correspondence history?

Do wait blocks only let users through if they meet the rules? Mine meet the rules just get stuck as still waiting when I test as 1 min wait.or do wait blocks take a lot longer that 1 min even though 1 min set. I have been waiting for hours.I di think when testing wait blocks didn't work if they had no name. But that doesn't seem to fix anyway.
