When it opens the chat it just goes directly to chatting with a user - not the bot...

I am trying to create an interactive product tour (click and drag, etc) for a webform builder. Does Intercom support this? From what I have seen and tried so far, it looks like Intercom can't do this? Thanks,Greer

One of our users asked for an option to not receive any of our info messages. Is there a way to unsubscribe single users from receiving those?

Has anyone else experienced the Intercom launcher opening on page reload at all?  We're seeing this with only some of our platform users in Chrome (11/10/2021 Version 94.0.4606.81) For some users there is a 404 call to a specific endpoint that appears to be related to articles from Messenger? It looks like when the 404 for happens, there's a successful API call to open the intercom module, which means that for some users when they load the page the intercom launcher is expanded automatically.  This makes it hard for users to use our product without having to minimise Intercom all the time.

I'm trying to get Intercom to forward conversations to Zendesk as tickets. Both using the ready-made app integration and Zapier, attachments work but they load the attachment content from Intercom's CDN and the link includes an expiry timestamp (e.g. expires=1633516164, which is an unix epoch timestamp). This expiry timestamp only allows viewing the image 30 minutes after. Is there any way to bypass this limitation? We're not able to bring the Zendesk users to Intercom so that they'd be able to view the conversations there. Thank you.  

I'm trying to set up a new email to our future new users, but I can't seem to work out how to make that rule.  I don't want our existing users to get this email, only future users.

I have made a Custom Bot that is started from a conversation for our users. This is to triage support issues and does not include the Task Bot at all. From what I am gathering, because I am using a Custom Bot and not a Task bot, a rating will not be prompted to the user. From what I am reading there needs to be one response as well as 250 minimal characters. I ask 6 questions during the ticketing process so I don't expect the issue is under the character limit.  Is there any way to guarantee that a chat rating will be sent? It would be great to have a "Prompt a chat rating" or "Whenever a chat is closed regardless of Operator Bot, send rating = True or False"

Hi. I'm currently setting up an onboarding experience by using banners for each step. Building it with Series was super simple, but as with Product Tours, the real experience is clumsy and laggy. For example, banners are not updated after success events have been triggered, displaying banners is sometimes delayed and sometimes needs a refresh, which is much to ask from a single-page application. Has anyone else tried this approach before? Any ideas on how to make it more seamless?

Hi our use case is we want to use WhatsApp with Intercom for automated two-way messaging. We have set up octopods and we can receive WhatsApps from a mobile number in our Intercom Inbox. How do we use our existing custom bot to receive the WhatsApps in our Inbox and respond but the response goes to a Webhook. We will accept the Webhook in another program and convert the response into a format that WhatsApp can accept and then send a WhatsApp via the Conversations API back to the mobile number. This way we can automate responses to conversations programmatically.

Our "users" are "people" with individual contact details (emails, names), but our subscriptions are associated with a company. So, one subscription may have several users. And, those users can be associated with multiple subscriptions!The simple way to handle this seems to be to associate the stripe subscription with a company rather than a "person". We could develop this on our end via the API and some custom properties, I guess? Any thoughts ?
