Hi, The Last Seen property does not show the correct time when listing the users. As we can see from the screenshot. There is a green circle which means the user is currently online: If I open a user profile, the field last Seen says the correct thing: Just now : For the same user there is also a problem that he does not receive a Post message from Intercom, even if he was really logged on the page. I'm thinking if that could be the reason that his data are not properly updated by Intercom... Could you please explain why the date is not updated?Thank you.

All my article URLs have <domain name>.com/articles/<id>-article-name. I want to do away with the ID value in the URL and change it the name of the article only.  We maintain 9 accounts/business and want to have standard URL as per the article topic and not maintain IDs for every account. How do i update the articles URL for every collection or handle the redirection?  I have pinged on chat support but no reply.

I am trying to see if there is a way that I can A/B a product tour using Series. Which message will they get first?Since it is an in-app post on the same page of our product, I am a bit confused about what entry rules to add.I have used multiple AND's and OR's on Series started, disengaged, completed, etc. as an entry rule to make sure the message that is relevant goes first. We want to set up a rule to automatically close conversations when unresponsive, but would like to first send out some pester messages to the customer to confirm resolution. E.g. "Is there anything else we can help you with?" sending after X hours of unresponsive, then closing if still unresponsive. Would like to prevent teammates from doing this work manually. Is that an option?

Is there any way to improve the look of forwarded emails to the inbox? Intercom seems to collapse email threads and replies into each other which make it hard to interpret the flow of the inbox. Signatures, images and attachments are also difficult to read/access in plain text view via the Inbox.

Hello !I want to send posts using filters. But I noticed that if I set the post live and then match the filter in the app, I never receive the post. I only receive it if I exit my app account and then sign in again. Do you know why the message isn't send unless i sign in again? (just in case it helps understand the problem : i'm working on a mobile app and I used a "when" condition so that the post is send when the user load a specific screen)

Has there been any change to copying and pasting images from a conversation back into a conversation? If I open an image in another tab or copy an image directly from the conversation I cannot paste back into the conversation or notes.

I created a series with a "rules" element, where I have a "current page url" as a rule. But underneath I'm getting "126 users are in your audience right now" and a list, where a lot of the users have never visited that URL. The wording is quite confusing: "If you set this Series live, they would enter it, as well as new people that start to match your rules." I'm not sure if all the people would be thrown into the series and tagged, or if the audience shows ignores my rule, and only people who visit the URL I've mentioned will be tagged.

It's supposed to be after 3 minutes of no action, however, while testing the bot and choosing an option, the conversations get closed.  Another problem, the bot doesn't show up on my phone but ist does on another person's phone.
