Can a user re-enter a path in a series if they match that criteria? I'm trying to send a message if users haven't been seen in over 6 months and I want that to be recurring.

Our company is situated in Germany and has to comply with german data protection law. We are looking for a way to give the client a) notice about data collection through intercom and b) the possibility to opt in/out to that.  How do you deal with that topic? Which solutions maybe come out of the box from intercom?  Thanks for any thoughts on that!

After we built a Firebase Cloud Function that updates our Intercom records with some relevant metadata and connecting those bits using a shared userId I found that we had several long term users which never registered with Intercom even if that's the first thing we do on app boot. Is there a known issue where this might happen?

I am looking to build a Series that triggers a mobile carousel whenever a user presses a button in our app (regardless of whether they have completed the carousel before or not) The flow would look like this: User clicks on partner link in-app (event below recorded) > Open up mobile carousel (an explainer saying who the partner is, benefits, what happens next) > link to third-party partner website  However, all of the rules for Series seem to be based off: Count, first occurred, last occurred and therefore can't initiate this when the button is clicked  Is this an error in recording of my events or is there a solution to trigger series when the button is pressed?  Thanks!

How do I get conversations of a contact? There are methods for getting all conversations and all contacts? Should I loop through all conversations to filter the ones that belong to a given contact?

However, we are wondering how can we send the newsletter, from a specific email address, without changing all the workspace settings? TO manage our inbox, we use the intercom email extension. However, we want to use a specific email for newsletters. Hi there, Our main Series journey is triggered by the certain amount of days a user is away from a certain date. It's a mixture of emails/chat sending when x amount of days away is hit, as well as this also triggering tags being added which (using Zapier) then triggers an SMS using Twilio. We've had instances of users receiving messages at 12/1am at night. How do I set a rule to make sure a user only receives a message from us between certain hours? I can see you can schedule individual messages, but I can't see how to do this for a Series as a whole.

Ho do I create a link which leads to a certain section of a collection? We've noticed that the messenger size of the messenger looks very huge on a 13-inch laptop while it looks alright I a 15-inch one. Is there a way to set the icon and chat window to automatically resize based on screen size? Or what would be the optimum size that can set to make sure it's not too small or large for any screen.

Is there a way to ask customer's feedback on articles, except thumbs up/down? Ideally, if they didn't like it, customers should be able to give feedback if they didn't like the content or the way it was written.

I used the intercom widget to post a bug report over 4 weeks ago and my conversation still says it's "not seen yet". Not a good look Intercom.  So now I'm going to try posting here and hope that somebody here can graciously be of help.  25% of our weekly crashes reported are coming from intercom. And all of it is coming from: [ICMUserIdentity isEqual:]  Currently version of the app in the store has:Intercom SDK - 8.0.0Compiled on XCode 12.1Support iOS 11.0 and higher. The large majority of our users have migrated to iOS 14 - so its not surprising necessarily that 95% of the crashes are from iOS 14 devices. I have no repro steps unfortunately - just the crash logs showing up in Crashlytics and Apple. Please give me some guide lines in publishing my app. In “submit for a review” page, we are expected to provide a “End- To- End” video, with installation step of the app, how it is possible to show the installation step even before publishing it? How to make my app available to only subscribed users? Is it possible to handle our payments externally? I had set live a product tour. On Safari, when I click next on the first card of my product tour, it doesn't take me to the next card and the page gets stuck. Is this behavior expected?

Is there a way to do this? For example, I'd like to send an email out to a certain segment of users prompting them to join our beta testing group.  There would be a button in that email that says "Join Beta". When they click that, I'd like that user to be automatically tagged in Intercom so I can create a People segment for them. I feel like there's probably a way to do this, but it isn't obvious to me right now. We've gotten multiple messages from people spamming us. Sending inappropriate images too. Is there anything other than blocking the user that we can do?

The count is visible but can we drill down to identify who they are? My Series about re-engagement is complex with multiple messages spaced out over time and I'd love to be able to evaluate who the users are that matched the (re-login) rule that's tailing each message.

When I set the tag as 'users' for my product tour, it's shown to my existing users as well. But I'd like to show the product tour only to new users (first-time install). What's the setting or how can I help achieve this?
