Tag conversations by different partner widgets?

How can I have different partners each have a widget and then tag each distribution endpoint as a tag so I know where volumes are coming from per widget?Example:Brand Apple Brand OrangeBoth use an intercom widget with our company, when the message is sent in, I want to be able to identify which brand I am getting the message from, Apple or Orange. Thank you for the help!

Option to Disable Spam Filter

Don't pass by—give an Upvote if you want to ensure your clients' emails don't get lost in the spam folder!The built-in spam filter often flags legitimate emails as spam, making them easy to miss. This is unacceptable, especially since there's no option to disable it! Please add this feature as a matter of urgency.

Question Regarding 2-Way Text & SMS

Hi there, We’re currently using another provider, but we’re interested in moving over to Intercom. We like the UI difference, and the ease of usage throughout the app. However, I noticed when I text the number I call, it doesn’t send a text message to the “ticket”. Would I be able to get the calling number, work with the SMS texting number? Otherwise, it seems a bit impractical to communicate with clients, where they don’t know which is our actual company number. For example, should my website have the two numbers listed? That comes off a bit misleading. What’s a good work around?

Intercom config body doesn't accept email

I'm being prevented from putting the email in the body of the intercom web message, every time I try to put it in, I get: POST 403 (Forbidden). Why is this happening? Can't I send the email? Issue with Opening Intercom Chat via Push Notification on iOS (React Native)

Hello, I’m experiencing a problem where the Intercom chat does not open when a user taps on a push notification on iOS. I have implemented the Intercom React Native plugin as per the documentation, and the messaging functionality works perfectly. Do checklist open up in new webpages?

Hi, I’m setting up an onboarding checklist for new users. Users will have to go through multiple pages within our app to complete the list. I did a test run but the checklist is not opening up on the sequential pages after the initial launch. How can I make sure that the checklist is opened each time the user goes to the next page? Or does the user have to manually open the list each time he moves to another page?

Callback feature request

When a customer is on-hold and requests a callback it would be nice if there could be a way to prompt them for what there direct dial number is.  As we have Partners calling in from huge companies that all use the same outbound caller ID.  If we could prompt them for the direct dial number it would insure there call back is received.

Redirect back to page articles after login

Hi team, I am a new developer, and I need your help.I have a website for users with domain app.xxx.com, and a support website with articles support.xxx.com. I am setting my page articles to private access, so if the user is not logged in, they will see the message "Unable to load this article, you may need to sign in first" with the button url.I am looking for a way that after clicking the button url, it redirects from page support.xxx.com/en/articles/yyy to our login page app.xxx.com, after login it redirects back to the page articles support.xxx.com/en/articles/yyy. i can do that if i add query return_to = support.xxx.com/en/articles/yyy. But each page will have a different url, is there a way i can get the current url address and set it to the button url?

How to avoid capturing specific pieces of user data

Hi,  We have intercom messaging via our web app (react application with intercom/messenger-js-sdk). We’d like to log in our user so we can retain conversations with them, but we don’t want to track their location or page views, is there a way to stop collecting this information?  Thanks!

Messenger button disappears on intercom site immediately after clicking!

I just signed up for Intercom, and am having some issues.Within my own intercom dashboard, when I click the chat/messenger button to get help from Intercom itself, the chat window appears to try to open and then promptly disappears. Watch this screen capture. Not a good first impression if I can’t even get customer support from a customer support company. Ha.   With my own site integration, when i visit it (even from a separate computer) I get the attached screenshotted window when i click the messenger button, as a visitor. Everything is setup as correctly as I can figure. Any idea why the full welcome / start a conversation options don’t exist? Website is www.lumatone.ioThanks.Matt

Reports - allow drill down on only one of the columns

In certain situations, we may need to focus specifically on the data from a single column in a chart. Rather than adjusting all the chart filters to isolate that column, it is more efficient to perform a drill-down on just that column.

SwiftUI application using Intercom SDK cause slow launch time

We’re experiencing a slow launch time in our SwiftUI app, about 35% of the slow launch time is caused by Intercom initialization.  The stack trace indicates that multiple functions within the Intercom SDK, especially the initialization processes involving IMCCrashHandler, IMCConfig, HomeConfig, and HomeHeader, are contributing significantly to app launch latency. The UIKitCore and CoreImage components (like UIGraphicsImageRenderer and CIImage) invoked through ICAssets.backgroundImageViewWith also add processing overhead, which may impact the performance during launch.Here is the full stack trace given by XCodes tools:dyld start1. Hello, As soon as one of our customers creates a new ticket from a tablet or ipad, it does not follow the usual workflow and therefore arrives unassigned. How can we rectify this? Thanks

Android app using SDK version 14.0.0 suddenly crashing when opening any collection of articles

Our Android app is suddenly crashing for any user that tries to open a collection of articles inside Intercom. SDK version 14.0.0. Opening individual articles seems to work fine, just not collections.We have a pre-release version with Intercom version 15.10.3 and this does not crash, but this is not helpful for the thousands of users on the old version. I don’t see anywhere saying SDK 14.0.0 is deprecated. Also, iOS is working fine. No changes have been made our side. Workflow triggered by "Customer sends any message" not working on whatsapp

I have two workflows:1. One triggered by a whatsapp conversation (Customer sends their first message), where the final step is Wait 23 hours: If anyone sends a message during this time, the workflow will end.2. Another triggered by Customer sends any message (for various sources, including whatsapp).It is happening that after the customer answers the first workflow during the wait (so the workflow ends), and then sends another message, the second workflow is not being triggered.It is very weird because this same system works for other workflows triggered from messenger.¿Is there a reason why the second workflow is not being triggered?

When A customer replies to outbound

In the Rules there was the option “When - A customer replies to outbound content”. This is not available in the workflows. It is only partially available where you select “Client- Has replied to post.”where you need to point out every post, by name.While in the rules it was for all posts, situation that helped a lot with the assignment of the responses to the posts.It would be much more useful to have the ability to assign the conversation if the client responded to a post is “true” instead of having to add multiple audience rules for every post.Below, I have added the example from the old automations, as you can see it is very simple, it handles all the Posts.And the workflow version where we need to point to every post that we want to include. So in the end it is not an idea, basically it is a request to import this option from rules to workflows, as it was very useful. Thank you.
