Why is our median response time not matching the exported data?

We're using stitch and metabase to get a companywide reporting. So I want want to calculate our medium first response time. But the results doesn't match with the intercom report. How do I have to use the attribute `statistics median time to reply`?

Slack: After I initiate an Intercom conversation through Slack, why do I get an error message when I try to send further replies?

Slack: "Reply in Channel" click gives the error: "intercom: We couldn't find the user who started this conversation in Intercom." when the chat was initiated via intercom. We have 2 support workflows, workflow-1 works fine but workflow-2 doesn't.  WORKFLOW-1 (Works): Our app users send a message via in-app intercom messenger and it gets to our slack channel where the support engineer can click on "Reply in channel" to start a conversation. ALL GOOD WITH THIS WORKFLOW WORKFLOW-2 (Works partially): We want to send a new message (not reply) to a particular user, preemptively (without that user ever having send us a message first). We send this message via intercom dashboard... but then we want to continue any conversation on our integrated slack channel... So what we do next is this: 1) After sending this message to the user, we assign this conversation to our "Support" intercom team. 2) Only after this assignment, it pops up a message on ou

Intercom<>Salesforce - "bcc to Salesforce" function and new task subject lines

2 things: I&#39;m working on getting my team into Intercom, but before we can make the switch, we need to ensure that we can get Intercom conversations back into Salesforce. I know we can &quot;create a task&quot; in Intercom which is perfect, but the subject line in Salesforce for all of them is then &quot;Intercom chat with ...&quot; vs. what the actual subject might be.  We&#39;ve been researching and trying to figure out the best way to get the &quot;bcc to salesforce&quot; function to work how we need it to and are still coming up short. I know you can add people to the conversation in Intercom, but I need to be able to get the &quot;bcc to Salesforce&quot; to somehow work. And also, it is possible that the email the customer is writing in from does NOT match what we have on file in Salesforce, so I&#39;m not sure how to get those possibly connected to the same account. Any thoughts or insights on either of these is so much appreciated!

How do I retrieve conversation attributes via the conversation API?

Hi - I am writing a custom Bot that needs to gather up conversation attributes that have been set via a custom bot, and send them to our system to trigger an alert. It seems that the conversation_parts where these conversation attributes are being set are coming back in a &quot;comment&quot; conversation part without any body, and without any other structured data. Is there some additional API or trick I need to use to retrieve these conversation attributes? I am assuming it is possible, right? Help!

How to publish this special type of application?

Please give me some guide lines in publishing my app. In “submit for a review” page, we are expected to provide a “End- To- End” video, with installation step of the app, how it is possible to show the installation step even before publishing it? How to make my app available to only subscribed users? Is it possible to handle our payments externally? Is it possible to get some one to chat to have more interactive discussion ? (NOTE : I am trying to publish my app through my company profile - imaradevteam@gmail.com)

How to integrate Intercom Help center articles as embed on React application?

I tried to add intercom help center articles as an embed iframe on React. But it&#39;s rejected because of CORS issue. Can you add our website, so that we can avoid CORS issue? Or is there any work around?

Hiding a content_url canvas widget if there is nothing to show

Hey all, I have a widget that is using a live content_url to query our server each time the client opens up the intercom window. The widget works just fine, however I don&#39;t see an option to reply with an &quot;empty&quot; canvas or so in order to hide the widget. I am probably missing something... If I have found that I have nothing to show the user, I would like to hide the card with the live canvas result.. how can I do so? Thanks!

Embedded Typeform closing before user can click close botton

Have embedded typeform tha asks questions and redirects users to a calendly based on responses on the &quot;end page&quot; Issue is messenger is closing before user can click Open button to redirect to Calendly.  Any solutions?

Messenger > Salesforce {Company Name} Populating with "<Sent from Intercom>"

We have Messenger set to collect Email to start a conversation (we&#39;re only doing Visitor/ Leads - not Users yet), and to create a lead in SF. New leads created all populate the SF Company Name field with &quot;&lt;Sent from Intercom&gt;&quot;. Email is not much to work with - so maybe I&#39;m better off turning that off? Thoughts?

Intercom and PagerDuty Integration (via Zapier) question

We use Intercom for Support and PagerDuty for Engineering escalations. I would like to set up a Zap (in Zapier) that triggers when we add a specific tag (ie; Escalation) to a conversation - which would find the on call person. Based on my digging, it looks like there was a bug about 7 months ago that prevented the Intercom API from using the Zapier filters to select a specific tag. Is this resolved (not sure where the bug was)? I noticed an older article here https://www.intercom.com/blog/rapid-response-how-we-developed-an-on-call-team-at-intercom/ that says Intercom uses PagerDuty for their on-call escalations - how do they do that?

How to automatically send the whole intercom conversation to Gmail?

We need to automatically send some conversations from the Custom bot to Gmail. We have set it up via trigger. Whenever the client chooses the specific option for a custom bot, we ask him the details, and then we are closing the conversation and assigning the tag.  As a next step, we have set up in Zapier, that whenever this tag is applied, we send the email to Gmail. The problem is that not the whole conversation is being pulled, in the body field only the very first line of the conversation is being pulled. How to make it to pull the whole content of the conversation?
