I want to create an article and upload an image on it with API but I don’t know how.I can create an article with title and main text so far.I think Intercom has hosting service and can store attachments and upload from it, but it looks like there is no such service.How can I upload image or attachment with Rest API?If you have an idea, please tell me.

Hello everyone,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, working on an application that has thousands of users, and I need to regularly create and update these users in Intercom, at least once a week. The problem is that the current Contacts API doesn't fully support bulk updates and comes with some significant limitations:It requires my app to track whether a contact already exists before performing a POST or PUT request. The API rate limits are very restrictive, especially for medium-sized user bases (166 requests per 10 seconds). It also requires storing the Intercom ID for updates, which isn’t ideal since my app uses an external ID for users. Additionally, the manual import process requires mapping each attribute, which is cumbersome and prone to errors.Given these constraints, I’m looking for a better approach or solution to enable bulk creation and updating of users in Intercom. Hi,I am using the intercom API list all contacts (endpoing /contacts)The API call responds as expcted with two problems:it ignores the per_page parameter. I tried 1, 5, 11 and other values. It does not paginate, ignoring the starting_after parameter. In the screenshot below please notice that pages.next.starting_after that was returned is the same was as was sent. Hello,I faced with unexpected experience when I cannot to capture video in Intercom messenger using iOS SDK since 17.2.0. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?My steps:Update iOS SDK to 18.2.0. Run the app, check that there is Intercom’s warning “Add NSMicrophoneUsageDescription...”  in Xcode console. Add NSMicrophoneUsageDescription to Info.plist according to Installation guide, step 2.  Run the app again, check the message is not printed. Open Intercom messenger, start a new conversation. Press a green plus icon. It opens an action sheet, choose Camera. The app asks only for camera permission, not microphone. Allow camera usage. Camera opens → only photo capturing is available, not video. Change SDK version to 17.1.2.  Run the app, repeat step 5, press a grey camera icon.  The app asks for microphone permission. Allow it. Camera opens. → Both options, Photo and Video, are available for choosing. Update SDK to 17.2.0, repeat steps 5-7. → Again, only photo capturing is availa

We create a lot of test accounts to test things in our app that have absolutely nothing to do with Intercom. However, every single one of these test accounts counts towards our MAU in Intercom. Has anyone created a custom code or other workaround to block these users from showing up at all? I previously asked support if there was anything and they said I would have to build this myself. We have a test environment, but these test accounts occur on our production environment as well.  Honestly, it is very upsetting since I know competitors allow you to blacklist certain domains within your settings so none of your data is disrupted by your internal tests.

Hi!We are integrating the Intercom API in order to send email messages to our users from our App, and we're already being able to send them, being received, checking the seen status, etc..., ​We would like to use a custom template when sending our emails, but we're not able to achieve that.We've trying creating a new template, and when sending the email from the intercom page, it works (email is received with our custom style) but when sending through the API, we can just select plain or personal, but in both cases, the standard style is applied.We're not aiming to do anything really special, just using some custom Google fonts and customising the colours of the buttons. Thanks a lot in advance. Cheers,Diego.

Hi team, I am a new developer, and I need your help.I have a website for users with domain app.xxx.com, and a support website with articles support.xxx.com. I am setting my page articles to private access, so if the user is not logged in, they will see the message "Unable to load this article, you may need to sign in first" with the button url.I am looking for a way that after clicking the button url, it redirects from page support.xxx.com/en/articles/yyy to our login page app.xxx.com, after login it redirects back to the page articles support.xxx.com/en/articles/yyy. i can do that if i add query return_to = support.xxx.com/en/articles/yyy. But each page will have a different url, is there a way i can get the current url address and set it to the button url?

In certain situations, we may need to focus specifically on the data from a single column in a chart. Rather than adjusting all the chart filters to isolate that column, it is more efficient to perform a drill-down on just that column.  

Starting Android intercom SDK 15.10.2 and even in Latest 15.10.3 and 15.11.0, In Andorid messenger if a Workflow has been already triggered, it always remain there, No other Workflows get triggered afterwards.Eg. If Workflow-1 is trigger, then Workflow-2 is never triggered, even for the Rules of Workflow-2, We always see Workflow-1.This was fine until 15.10.1.  Kindly resolve this ASAP.

The app sometimes crashes when adding video content, even after adding Media3 alongside the existing com.google.android.exoplayer:exoplayer. Crashes have reduced but still occur on various devices. Intercom SDK version is 15.11.0

Currently, custom actions are available in the settings to Fin or workflows and helpdesk. We'd like to add actions that are available only in workflows and cannot be accessed through the helpdesk. Separating these two options in the custom action usage setting would be very beneficial.
