Hi,  We created an event called "Analyse_error", in order to detect every time one of our users encounters an error while using our solution. This events is well detected by Intercom and appears in the "rules" that determine when to launch the bot. For example, I can choose to send the bot to every users that encountered an error in the last 2 days.  However, I would like to launch the bot AS SOON AS the user encounters an error. That means, EVERY TIME, and AS SOON AS the event is detected.  How can I do so ?  Thank you for your help.

I want to send an email only to users who have visited a certain URL on our site in the past 7 days, but can't find any way to create such a group in either email rules or User filters. There is no Page Visited option as there is for some other messages. Am I missing a way to do this?

Could this be a settings issue with my web page or URL? Any help would be great.

Hi all, I'm trying to use Intercom to allow a Price Upon Request feature. We have a Shopify Plus website, and we don't want to reveal publicly the price of certain products. Ideally when someone hits a page with that product, they could press a button which would trigger the chat window - and the chat operator would receive information on which product (or page) they were visiting. Any thoughts on how to pull this off?

The current HubSpot integration works the other way round where leads from Intercom can be used to create contacts on Hubspot.

Right now we use Salesforce to manage our Opportunities. Opportunities are at an account record level, not a contact level (happy to modify it to contact level if I can get this to work). We use both SFDC and Intercom for our Customer Success Managers to manage customer opportunities. There's two things I'd like to achieve a. Ideally, with the Intercom and SFDC integration, I'd like to create segments of Opportunities in Intercom and send them targeted messages and campaigns in Intercom based on their pipeline stage in SFDC (prospecting, qualified, etc).  b. I would also like to create further defined segments of all Opportunities in Intercom based on their activity. So for example, I could view all my Opps in Intercom, sort/filter by web sessions, events they've done. If they reached x criteria based on product usage I could quickly update them in Intercom from prospecting to qualified, which would push back to SFDC and update the opportunity pipeline stage. Hope th

What happened to the intercom icon? we now have a magnifying glass and it looks like we need to pay in order to choose our own icon. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hi there, When I open one of my campaigns to "copy to series", I wait for it to load in the series feature, refresh the page and it it comes up with no blocks whatsoever.I've managed to do this for other campaigns, in fact the other campaigns it worked for were the same as this one, just in another language. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks in advance!Cris

Hi, I'm Reed, I can user GTM to set up intercom to work using the logged out users method. This also works when users are logged in. In both cases the messenger loads as expected.  But when I try to set it up designating the User ID, the messenger doesn't load. Looking at the GTM preview, the Tag Details show the firing status is Succeeded, and the User ID is what I expected, as is the Workspace ID. Firing Triggers is Window Loaded Trigger By the way, I'm using a Dev account to test this before loading on our live site. I've also tried using a custom javascript method to convert the User ID to an integer. Again the preview Tag Details shows the same results except this time the User ID is an integer (as planned.) Does this work? or is our only option to use an email? We'd rather not. But if we must is it possible to use the identity verification w/ GTM? Thanks in advance...

If you set an entry rule, I'm finding this only applies to the first email/chat/post scheduled immediately after that rule. To have rules apply to each message, I have to create a new rule before each one. Is this correct, or should the entry rule apply to all messages in the series?

In our application the language can be changed from "settings" and does not depend from device language. But your SDK choose language from the device settings and I have problem with that.How can I change SDK language?

Hi. I have a custom bot set up to engage visitors/leads. It triggers after 10 secs on our homepage URL. However, I am noticing that if I open/interact with the bot at all (whether I reply or don't reply) it won't then re-trigger/fire when you next visit the website. Why is this? I have tried a series of rule testing in order to get it to trigger regardless of site visits etc. and tested on a range of people and they have said the same. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm trying to use article rules to display only the articles relevant to a particular product. Not working as expected. Is it my rule or my Intercom config? My article rule uses the referral URL attribute. the URLs look like this: <product1>.<mycompanydomain>.com<product2>.<mycompanydomain>.com My rule specifies referral URL contains <product1>.<mycompany.com>. Should this rule allow users coming from the product1 URL to see the article?

Intercom allows the user to select an image but just after tapping Send the app crashes. I have a list of 176 users (IDs) that should receive a specific info email. Is there a way to insert the list to rules without adding rule one by one? Especially when there is a limit of 100 rules? Do I have to send two separated emails?

I've noticed quite a few conversations return a null time_to_admin_reply in the conversation.statistics object even though there are agent replies to the conversation in Inbox.  My assumption is that the time_to_admin_reply key would return a duration in seconds of the time from when the conversation was created until the first admin (agent) responded. Is that not the case? If not, why would a conversation with admin replies return a null value?
