Hello, I have 2 tours set up for 2 different sections in our app. We want to launch both tours through the Intercom API.  One of the tours is on a dynamic link (we have a parameter in the URL). In order to be able to build this tour, we set the build on link to an instance of the dynamic link ( with a parameter that was generate by our app when we entered that page ). After configuring the tour, when we went to that specific page ( that now had another parameter) and wanted to start the tour via API, nothing happened.  Can you please help me with this issue. Thank you,Ionut

Hello, We have a site and a mobile app. Our future vision is to stop native app development and instead, develop the website as a Progressive Web App - which behaves like a cross-platform mobile app on mobile devices. If we go this route, will our existing Product Tours (and other intercom features) automatically work on mobile devices? Please advise. Thanks!

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to work around having to make 1 request per company to receive their segment.list object. I just discovered the Scroll API addition, it is great. Am now receiving my companies in 11 requests instead of 987. Would love to have that functionality while making other requests. As it stands you need to provide a company id to receive a segment.list. Wondering if there is a way to perhaps provide a scroll page instead? Or better yet, add parameters to Scroll API requests to include full segment.list objects during Scroll API Companies requests. Thanks! 

I want to be able to target people who have reached one URL (the account set-up screens, which are all on the same URL) but not yet reached another URL (which is the post account set up URL). I've looked at creating a Series with an Entry Rule 'Current Page is not...' with that URL being the post account set up URL, but I'm not sure if this is the right way of doing it? Can someone recommend the best way of setting this up please? thanks,Joe

In order to better organize a series, I'd love to see more guides functionality + the ability to add a text field as a simple label. I'm working on creating a large "push" series and another acquisition series, and they'll be long and complicated.The guides will help line up and visually organize the blocks, and the text labels will help label large sections of blocks.Both of these together will help with viewing and creating the series, introducing and explaining to colleagues, and searching and editing an ongoing series.

We have custom bots on our website that are getting spammed bombed from Middle Eastern and Asian countries. Blocking those visitors is not working. I can't set a rule to not show the messenger without affecting the Messenger for valid visitors. Does anyone have experience with this?

Hi all! We're attempting to set up a flow by which Users/Leads are tagged with a specific tag when a conversation with them is closed (that tag is then used to add them to a Series). I'm not seeing a rule trigger that supports this flow. Would we need to set up a custom app with the conversation.closed webhook topic? Or anyone have a good workaround for what we'd like to do, which is "when conversation closed, tag user with X"? Thanks!

I want to trigger entry to a Series only after a user has visited a certain URL. If I enter that as a Page Rule in the Entry Rule, it still shows below ALL my users as in the "audience" for this series. I'm thinking that means they are just eligible, but still won't enter unless they visit the designated page. Am I correct?

I have a product tour for a new feature announcement which I don't want to fire on the entire customer base, because we will launch the feature to 10%, then 30%, then 100% of the customer base. I know that Intercom can track usernames but 10% means 10,000 users and I can't manually specify all 10,000 to Intercom or upload a file to Intercom. At this time, I think I will turn off automatic product tour firing and our UI layer will have to see if a user is in the 10% and then fire the product tour on the page. Unfortunately, it shall need to remember who has vs. has not seen the tour. Or is there another way possible? Even on the option above, when the feature is rolled out to ALL users - if I turn on the automatic product tour firing, it will fire a 2nd time for ALL users; correct? I wish for that to not happen. Unless I delete the tour and then build a new one for the next feature rollout.

Hey there! I tried to invite people to my workspace and it says; "We've prevented your workspace from sending email, including invites, as your workspace failed our workspace review process. Please contact customer support or visit our Help Center for more information.". However, I didn't send any emails nor do anything that broke the terms? I even reviewed the Help Center page and it didn't really help with what to do if denied. I've reached out to Intercom Support 6 hours ago, and I'm still awaiting a reply; I completely understand that it takes at least 2 days for them to reply. Yet, I'm still stumbled on how we failed the process?

 Right now we are using Intercom for support and Pipedrive (CRM) for general account management. I'd like for our Customer Success team (who does support and AM) to move to using Intercom solely and leave Pipedrive for our sales team mainly.  The reason for this is that at this point our CS team has moved so much of what we do out of pipedrive and into Intercom. The only real lingering thing we use Pipedrive for is to have a viewable record of emails sent to our users in case any of them emailed us directly (which happens on occasion).  I know there's the option to have our emails forwarded into Intercom, but that's not ideal either because there are plenty of emails we all get personally that don't need to be managed through intercom (and shouldn't necessarily be public).  Basically I'd love to find an app that plugs right into a Intercom user's contact page and shows a record of any emails sent to that user's email address through gmail so that we have

I'm asking because an Intercom support person mentioned that tours only fire once based on the targeting criteria, but if you can add a tour to a bot, it seems like they should be able to be manually initiated by the member/user.  Thanks!

Hello, I have created a Zap to do the following: 1) User creates Calendly appointment2) Filter: Calendly appointment must have X event name3) Lead is created in Intercom However, when I then sign up properly on our side, it is creating a separate user despite the emails being the same and we have then have a lead and a user both with the same email. Is there something we are doing wrong?

As unlike when you duplicate the Campaign into Series, you are not given the option to stop people from entering the old Campaign as it does not automatically recognise that the Series is a like-for-like. Would you add a 'signed up before' date to the old Campaign and a 'Signed up after' date to the new campaign to do this perhaps? Any help greatly appreciated.

I am migrating my Campaigns to Series and I have some issues : 1) Why can't I use Segments as Series' and Emails' Goals anymore ?2) Why can't I select "Event is increased" anymore in the Exit Rule of a Serie ?3) When is the starting point of "Match within X days" when we talk about Series Goal ? The entry in Serie ? The exit ? Or the last email ?4) How bad is to link two entry rules one after the other ? Thanks for your insights

Title pretty much covers it, but it would be convenient to have the Qualifications of a user available in the app. Right now it doesn't seem to be available at all in the app, and when it becomes available it should be at the top of a user record.
