I've been able to been able to edit Lead Source in Operator/Custom Bots, but can't find anywhere to edit this in Messenger. New Salesforce Leads from Messenger are all showing as Intercom - would like to change that.

Is it possible to send messages by just hitting enter, rather than ctrl + enter. I would rather be able to just send a message without holding two buttons, by just pressing enter. Then, if I need to add a new line, I will just press ctrl + enter to do so

On Series there only seems to be the option to add a normal custom bot. If it's created and I try and import it into the series, I can't find it in the search

There are no error messages, the button is disabled. Any idea how to fix? I asked already in support chat but the reply may take a lot of time. 

Even after archiving all our inactive users from Intercom Contacts, I still see those users counted under the billing. Can someone shed light on this, please? Thanks!

We're currently using product tours to inform logged in users about new features we've added. If a user hasn't logged in for a while, there's a chance there will be too many tours popping up and the tours might become annoying. I was thinking of adding the "Last contacted less than a day ago" but not sure if that also updates if a users sees a tour. So, for example, a user logs in, sees a tour, the "Last contacted less than a day ago" is updated, so they won't see the 2nd tour because they were contacted earlier that day. If they log in later that week, then they'll see the 2nd tour. I'm open for suggestions if there's another way to do this!

Can I, or should I create multiple series under one series? ie. I am using a series to introduce key features for first-time users. at the same time I want to a campaign reminding about the trial limitations and sign up. Can i do it under same series?

Hi all,  I'm interested to send an automated email on a weekly basis to new users as follow:On Monday at 13:00 I want to send an email to all new users who signed up since Thursday. On Tuesday I want to send an automated email at 14:00 to all new users who signed up since Monday.On Thursday at 14:00, I want to send an automated email to all new users who signed up since Tuesday. At the moment, I tried to create the automated email that should be sent on Monday, I managed to select the email triggered time to Monday at 13:00, but I didn't find a rule to create a segment of signed by specific days or time, only dates or days. I though maybe if I'll trigger the first email on Monday and I'll choose 4 days backwards it may work, but I'm not sure it will work as planned.  Your thoughts?

Hello, At the moment we use 7.1.0 iOS SDK and we've got hundreds of crashes with Intercom.setDeviceToken(:). However we can't reproduce this crash manually.​What could be wrong? Our method RemoteNotificationsCenter.setDeviceToken(_:) + 101 just pass deviceToken to the Intercom SDK.​​Here is stacktrace:And affected devices:Only once we caught this stacktrace:

Is it possible to send a in-app message to a visitor via api? Before they become a lead or a user. Or, is it possible to convert a visitor to a lead or a user via api then send them an in-app message? I'm trying to trigger an in-app message to a visitor after they fill out a form on my website. We are able to retrieve the Visitor ID using the provide JS and it looks something like this: IntercomVisitorId: [0dd41354-f701-4648-94ca-e24df88dadcc] But I don't know how to use this ID to target the visitor with an in-app message. Thanks!

I'd like to set up a bucket of outbound messages that could be loosely described as "delightful". So no specific purpose, just a way of engaging with customers on a more emotive level... celebrating quirky milestones, anniversaries, holidays and so on. In the old days I could have set up a folder of short outbound posts... .But now with Series I'm not really sure how any of this would work. The messages are related from a management perspective but do not run in a series. Seems odd to just have a bunch of outbound messages with no connection... at the moment i'm thinking i just have a common naming structure... like:Delightful | message 1 Delightful | message 2Delightful | message 3etc Does anyone have any good ideas?  PS. hate to be a hater... but this forum software solution is awful

From Intercom's help center, it says, "Video bots are muted by default. Visitors can easily unmute them by clicking the speaker icon:" However, the speaker icon is a really dark color in our video bot, so it's nearly impossible to see. In the help article below though, their screenshots shot the speaker icon being white: https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/2478656-personally-engage-your-visitors-with-a-video-bot/p> How can we change the speaker icon color on our end to be white? Thank you for the help!

I exported my listing of users and then replaced the existing USER ID generated by your platform, with the USER ID we have for the users. When I import this list back it has created new users. How do I replace the USER ID that was generated by Intercom without creating a New User?

I want to use Intercom for supporting our customers via email. We have set up email forwarding. We have noticed that sometimes replies from Intercom to emails get a message added as per this screenshot. Anyway to disable this? It leads to a confusing email thread for the customer.  Also wondering if anyone has a good workflow for forwarding individual emails to Intercom. For example, where a user sends a query to the email inbox of an individual support adviser, how can we make sure this is added to intercom?

This is very important for not only our business but also many others. Because, personal touch and starting a live-chat when a customer is around increases conversion rates drastically.  If we can find a way to list those contacts and measure how many contacts a certain support member reached out by starting a live-conversation, that would make a difference. @eric f11​ do you have an expert in mind to answer this?
