For every conversation, every time a customer startsa customer responds toor when a team member responds it notifies me 2-3x times in the notification view of my iPhone. This is happening to all of us in our tiny team of 5x people. We all have iOS 14.x 

I would like to send "recommendation" emails to customers following a chat to summarize the discussion to be kept as a reminder of actions to take. Each customer will have a personalized email, so the design can be a template but not the content. What would be the best way to achieve this? Can the email be created/sent from Intercom or should I connect with Mailchimp?

I thought at first this was happening because they were messaging in using a different email (which happens frequently) but now I am seeing it happen with emails that are their actual account email as well. So for example I just had a person message in using the same email they use to login to our app just show up as a lead in Intercom. If anyone has some insight it would be greatly appreciated!

Building a product tour, I have created all the slides, but after the 3rd slide or pop up and click next, the correlating screen does not load, it stays on one screen for the remainder of the tour.

We're currently translating our product to several languages and so the user will only know certain terms from our app in their respective language. We are however not at a point where we can translate all our helpdesk articles. So people will search for something for example in Dutch and it will never show any topic, because the helpdesk it not localized. Did any of you run into this as well? How did you solve it?Also opened a chat with Intercom about this, but maybe someone has some experience to share. I know about the Lokalise integration, but it might be above our budget, maybe there is a different solution, via API or something.

I use dynamic URLs on my site but want to create a Product Tour that launches on every version of that URL. How can I do this?

Hi everyone, I have many series that has to be started sequentially one after another (A->B->C..)Right know, when series A "ends", I tag users with "START_SERIES_B", and I have an entry rule on B based on that tag. That works, but the problem is when users exits or gets disengaged from a series. They don't get the tag so series B doesn't start, and obviously the series chain stops there, and then those users doesn't onboard fully on my product. I'm thinking it 2 possible solutionsTag users when they are disengaged or exits a series: I've chatted with support and they said this can't be done by nowHave an entry rule that says "User has finished, disengaged or exited series X": I didn't find itAny suggestions? Anyone with the same problem found a solution? Thanks folks!  

When Campaigns are deprecated will there be a way to filter/search for who received messages from a certain campaign? How will I be able to view this information? We use this data regularly and this is very nerve-racking for us to not be able to access it

Hello, I have a user with conversations initiated by admins in our UI (with no user responses yet) as well as user-initiated conversations created via the Intercom API. When I query the individual conversations, the user's contact ID is associated with each conversation, as I would expect. When I query the `conversations/search` endpoint with a filter of `contact_ids = user_contact_id`, though, the only conversations returned are the ones initiated by the user.  Is that by design? I would expect that search for a conversation by contact_id would return ALL conversations that the user is associated with. If I'm going about this the wrong way or more detail is needed, please let me know. Thanks.

How do I access the next pages from of a search result. After the initial query to /conversations/search, with result spanning through multiple pages, how do I make the subsequent requests for the next pages?
