Hello!!We have been trying to create Intercom GTM tags for logged out and logged in users.For logged out users it was easy enough as we’ve followed the Intercom documentation and all good. However, when it comes to Intercom Logged In users tag, we’ve followed this documentation but are not too sure of that we should add in the variables (please see picture below) for it to track the correct values for each user. Is there some additional stept that’s not in the documentation that we should follow? Any data layer we should implement? Just to be sure we’re not missing anything.We’d be super gratful for any insight on how exactly this tag implementation should be done.Thanks a million!

We've created an intercom flow to collect our client's NPS feedback every month, and we create monthly reports with these NPS values.  The problem is that the monthly values change over time. Example: At the end of January we analyze the responses given by users and there are 10 responses, the following month February we consult the Intercom dashboards and export the raw intercom files from January and we already have 15 responses. This is happening because responses given later assume the date of submission to the user in the “received_at” field, and we can't use the “completed_at” field because most users don't submit the form, they just close it. Practical example in the attached image 17 responses in total7 were assigned to January7 assigned to December2 in June1 in August  Only 4 were “completed” and we see that the responses were submitted in February, but with the “received at” date in another month, meaning that the NPS values for those months have been altered. Could you revie

hi all,I have implemented intercom into my website, issue is intercom icon or messenger icon doesn’t show if my user uses ios/safari. They report that some of devices is working but most of them doesn’t show so it’s not stable at all for my business.I dont know what I do wrong here.I try to reach out intercom support but it’s bad they just like blaming back to me  something like thisI think intercom must work for mostly case (I know except for pretty old devices and os).Thank you

Hi all,After years of using Intercom to reliably email ~650 members in our organisation on a ~monthly basis, today we’ve run into a hiccup. Only ~270 members now show in the “Users” preview with no filters applied. There appears to be a new automatic filter of “Last seen less than 90 days ago” which does show in the Rules list when previewing the email, however when editing the email it doesn’t show, and therefore I can’t deselect it.FinAI support advises:“I apologize for the confusion, but the "last seen less than 90 days ago" filter is an automatic feature that can't be disabled for email messages. It's applied to ensure better engagement rates.However, if you need to include users who were last seen more than 90 days ago, you can create a specific filter for "Last seen more than 90 days ago" in your audience rules. This will allow you to target less active users if that's your goal.”I tried Fin’s suggestion of adding a filter for “more than 90 days ago” however this produces a list

I can manually extract this data from an exported conversation volume report, but is there a way to do this directly within Reports in intercom? If not, consider this a feature request.

I’m looking for a way to make sure the data in Intercom and Pipedrive stays up to date automatically. Right now, our sales team uses Pipedrive, while customer support handles conversations in Intercom. The problem is that lead details don’t always get updated, and sales reps miss important context from past conversations.I’d love to hear how others are handling this. Do you rely on manual updates, or have you found a way to sync data between the two without extra effort?

Hello, I have a custom action that is supposed to send a request to my server along with multiple url params attached.The problem is however, not ALL of the params are sent for every request. Yet, since they are declared in the Request section of Custom Actions the call fails presumably because not every param has a value. The questions are, 1.) are we able to set these params to be “optional” and I’m just missing the option? 2.) Why can’t Intercom just recognize that this param is empty, and input a null, or avoid the param all together and leave validation up to the server receiving side? AKA, my server.I just feel like this product is feature limited to the point its useless, at least for my use case. And yes, I have tried for hours to Google, watch Youtube videos, browse articles (even found this one), reach out to support (no response), and just plain ol’ trying things on my own before coming here. Hello Intercom team,I’m reaching out regarding an issue where videos uploaded to chat lose their audio during processing. The preview of the video shows sound, but once uploaded, the audio is missing. I have integrated intercom to our expo app. For iOS devices it’s working great but for android its not working and when we hit “Intercom.present()” it does open the sheet but in that we are getting “Something’s gone wrong Content could not be loaded”.I have added all the required permissions. For loginUserWithUserAttributes getting error : Error: ERROR - [HTTP 403] - Android SDK Messenger API is disabled for this workspaceIntercom.loginUserWithUserAttributes({email: email,userId: data?.data?.userId,name: data?.data?.username,})

Is it possible to add bcc to an outgoing email from Intercom?

We’d like to utilize CoPilot/Fin AI to analyze our articles housed in intercom when we receive external questions. For example, if a staff member is emailed a question, opposed to it entered as a support ticket, we’d like to ask the question and be provided a suggested response. Hi team,We're implementing the require-trusted-types-for 'script'; header in our app and have set up a default Trusted Types policy. However, the Intercom widget script fails on the following line:e.documentElement.innerHTML = t,withUncaught TypeError: Failed to set the 'innerHTML' property on 'Element': This document requires 'TrustedHTML' assignment. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to work around it while keeping Trusted Types enforcement?Thanks! 

Last week our number was ported and our customer support team is using Phone Calls through Intercom. We have to support teams and the caller is prompted to select option 1 or 2. Depending on their selection they are routed to the proper team which is then assigned to a teammate of that team. If the call is unanswered, it goes to voicemail. This has been working well for us however when a caller does not select an option and they are “abandoned in routing” they go to our default workspace assignee and remain open. How can I either route these to a team or automatically close these conversations?Any help is much appreciated!!

We’re looking forward to implementing WhatsApp for Intercom, considering the documentation on integrating the WhatsApp App with Intercom we have some concerns, we hope people who have already done this integration may be able to answer.We’re currently using the WhatsApp API for custom marketing messaging and authentication, it simple, it only redirect the user to our App, however we would like a way to see if the user reply, and if so, for our customer service team to continue the conversation, note that there’s no third party manager of the account, we call the API ourselves, the WABA is hosted on Meta directly, we hope that can be achieved through this integration, so in concrete these are our concerns:If we integrate WhatsApp, we’ll lose access to manually call the WhatsApp API for authentication OTP and marketing messages? Can the API still create new conversations with new users? Can the integration at Intercom see those message, so the Customer Support team see the entire convers

Hi there! Is there a way to ensure that a tracker/group ticket link is visible in all future conversations with the same user on Intercom? I can see that detail only in the first conversation which got linked, but it’s not visible in subsequent ones. This leads to duplicate users being added to the ticket, impacting reports. It would be very helpful if, once a user’s conversation is linked to a tracker ticket, that linkage attribute appears in every future chat with the same user. This should be automatic. I’ve reviewed the attributes information but still don’t understand if and how this can be set up automatically.  Any help will be grateful.  Thank you so much!

Hello, I need Intercom’s tax residency certificate for tax year 2024, could You help me? 

We’re having an issue where customers send us emails that are wider than the intercom email UI so they are cut off and the team is unable to read them. Our workaround is to either copy and paste the message into a different tab (like a Google doc) or reply CCing in our personal work address so we can view the email in gmail. Neither are great solutions.  It would be great if either emails were consistently resized appropriately or (for things we wouldn’t want to make artificially narrow like tables, which we get from customers frequently) we could “pop out” a message and make it whatever width we need in a pop-out window.

Is it possible have insert a “clickable” phone number into a messenger message, so a user on a mobile device can tap the message and call?E.g.When a query cannot be solved by a customer service agent via the chat, the customer service agent may say “Please call us” and insert the phone number into the message.
