Our users are experiencing issues with page components being blocked due to the fixed position of the Intercom chat icon. Could we make the chat icon draggable so users can reposition it as needed?    

Because Conversations and Tickets seem to have different data sets. I want to create a very simple report that says:> Show me where Agent A, has uniquely closed X number of Tickets & Conversations.I want this on a dashboard. How do I accomplish this? Because when I try to make it, I can very obviously see there is a large(not a trivial one) divide between the counts of “Resolved Tickets”, “Closed Conversations”, and “First Closed Conversations”. I just want it under a single umbrella without having to make 3 unique reports. Is this possible? 

When I release a new version of my app,  I want it to go out as an announcement. The Post feature allows me to send it out as a popup to all of my users, but I also want to add the post to my news feed. How can I do this? 

I have questions about “Frequency and scheduling” and the option “Send whenever the person matches the rules”.My configurations rules Limit to once every:12 weeks  Keep sending it until: the message is stopped  Send: on any day, any time Questions#1. What happens if the user presses the X (cancel) in the top right corner of the NPS question? The message is closed.#2. When does the same user get the same NPS again?-Will it appear 12 weeks later?OR-Will it appear when they log back in from the app and see the NPS again?#3. Is it possible to set up a rule in the intercom app, for example: if the user cancels the NPS flow, I'll show the same NPS flow to the same user again the following week.-Is this possible?-Where can I create this rule?Intercom flow 

I published an article title “FAQs” under a collection called “customer support.”In messenger, the article title appears but there is no content in the article.Only when the “Open in help center” button is clicked does the article show up. I want the article content to appear directly on the messenger.Thanks!

Hello,I wrote that in the comment of other topic, but I think better ask separately, so again:I’m wondering if it’s possible to trigger the startTour method only once.In my case, the user triggers two actions with one button. One action in the system second is the tour.I want to show the tour only once, and the next time the user clicks the button they just use the feature.I did that because when a user triggers an action they enable a feature that needs to be toured. How can I assign owner to a company? We are a B2B business and our reps are each assigned to a group of companies. We can assign owner to contacts but those change often and we need to segment companies by their account owners. Thanks,

Hi, i want to trigger a custom action when we are creating a new conversation from Intercom on this screen. Once we fill the email, we’d like to trigger a custom action and retrieve data from our API. We already are using that custom action on workflows. Is it possible. In the available actions, there isn’t the option “Trigger custom action” for this screen.  

How do I use Smart Replies?

Having to first search by External ID, then grab the correct Intercom-provided User ID and then calling DELETE seems like a lot of steps to be able to delete someone when you already know the External ID. Is there a better way? Can a better way be made? Doing one call to delete a contact's data instead of three would benefit Intercom too, right? 

I’ve been trying to log in on the intercom business app. After entering my credentials, It says it will send a code but I never receive it in my mail. I’ve tried 5 times today. 

Hi! I’m starting to explore using the API to serve help center articles is a way that gives me more control over design. Are there any examples of other sites who have done that -- or documentation?Context: The help center doesn’t really meet a few key needs -- most importantly being able to add a sitewide disclaimers/disclosures. Ideally, we’d put them in -- or just above -- the footer. And we’ll need to update them from time to time.At present, it seems the only way to add them is to do it article by article, but that approach pushes related content out of view, and creates some real headaches if we ever need to make updates.Is there a beaten path to follow when it comes to making help center design your own?Thanks! 

I had issues with IG integration - messages did not appear even though all the connection and permissions were correct. I decided to uninstall the app to install it again. Now it says that I need to buy a premium account. How is this normal when IG is a free app based on what Intercom says.

Hi TeamI have been testing the integration of Jira into Intercom.   I can see that the integration is for conversations, however not tickets?  Currently when a user reports a bug, we create a ticket tracker that can have multiple conversations associated.  We would love to see this ticket tracer then been linked to Jira, so the development team can work on it, and only have one touch point in JiraCurrently, if 5 customers report the same bug, it means 5 Jira Bug reports, when it is actually only one for the development team.How does everyone handle this?
