We are looking to open Fin up to internal employees (sales, onboarding, CSM’s, etc) to help answer product questions. We have generally used a Slack channel to answer these questions. So what I would like to do is find a way to auto send the teammate’s question to that Slack channel if Fin can’t answer. Any suggestions on how to do this?Attached is the Workflow I had attempted, where “Get more help” sent a notification to the Slack channel, but it didn’t show up as messages normally do. (Screenshot also attached of how it came through.)

Has anyone been able to create all chats to tickets automatically when they are submitted AND also transfer the required conversation fields and company specific data to the ticket this way? We would like to introduce the Customer Portal to our customers, and they would like to see all their interactions with us. Since the Customer portal ony supports Tickets, this means that we would like to automate the process of changing the chat into a ticket once they are submitted. Unfortunately, currently, when you automate this, the conversation data required fields are not taken into account and also company data in not synched over.Anyone has found a workaround or solution? Thank youKristine

Whenever we schedule a post from Intercom, user receives a push notification and opening it leads to a crash.It was working before we updated Intercom to 17.0.0, previous version we were on was 16.5.5. Two questions on the Intercom webhooks (https://developers.intercom.com/building-apps/docs/webhooks - Are they all located the USA? - Are canvas kit webhooks from the same IPs?

Hello,I am lucky enough to be sitting on a lot of emails around 100,000 from conversations that we have had through email. My main goal is to figure out how we've been solving our customers' problems. I’m thinking about using FIN to help make sense of all this data and hopefully teach it to understand how we resolve different issues so that it can make suggestions and learn.I am wondering if anyone has attempted to feed FIN conversations and how that has worked out or if there is a better way of doing this. I may just take the previous year’s worth of emails and attempt to upload as a PDF. I know this data is useful.I have been looking for a way to import the conversations into Intercom but it does not seem possible. If anyone has been in this situation before I would love to hear how you tackled it.I’m really open to suggestions on how to pull this off or if there’s a better way I haven’t thought of.Thanks,Jon

All xcFrameworks on Intercom github have invalid signature hence apps using Intercom SDK can not compile at all

I am wondering why this error would occur for different users attempting to send messages via Intercom Chat to different customers. Trying to find out some troubleshooting steps for our end-users getting this error when messaging customers.   

I tried to send personalised email to my user and used event metadata with some parameters into email.I created data attributes, new event with metadata  Triggered series on this event Created email, and inserted event parameters there, but the problem is that when I receive email, value from event metadata custom_attributes are always empty.Is there any way to fix it?Thank you

Can Fin AI bot authenticate a user and allow the user to perform certain actions specific to the user?  I’ve explored custom objects and actions but it seems to me that anyone using the Fin AI chatbot would be able to ask questions related to it. For example: Retrieving order info, requesting refunds, listing all my orders/products specific to the logged in user. Thanks 

Hi, we want to translate the incoming messages (manually or automatically) with our custom API. We already have a translations API on our system, and we want to use it. I don’t know which is the right approach. Should be using Custom Actions? should we create a Custom Intercom App? The initial idea is to translate a selected incoming message to English calling our API and generating (if it’s possible) a new message that is only visible the atender (no customer visibility). I know we can use the auto-detect language from Intercom to get the source language.Could you give me some guidance of how we can do that?

HelloWe are running into this error since this morning on the conversations end pointhttps://api.intercom.io/conversationsThis was working fine before for months and we didn’t change anything on our end. We are running 1000’s of api calls a day so the errors are running in the high thousands since this morning.  Anyone noticed anything ?

Hello,I’m working on a workflow for a chatbot using an API. My issue is simple, this API is returning content from our API that I need to display on Intercom Messenger.It’s working fine but with an issue: line breaking (\n) are ignored. I tried with <br /> but it wasn’t my best idea → the “<br />” will appear in the conversation. I checked the API response in the custom action log, the API is returning JSON as planed, with some \n or \n\n. They just disappear when the content is used in a message in Intercom Messenger. Any idea to fix this ?

I can see how to forward emails out of Intercom. But how can I make sure that when the conversation continues externally, then I don’t get sent all the conversations into Intercom?
