We'd like to have NPS attributed to user/contact records in Hubspot, and I'm not seeing how it can be done. I am wondering if the NPS score is or can be attributed to an Intercom user so that we an maybe sync it to Hubspot with the Hubspot Data Sync plugin. Any thoughts, input or help here is much appreciated. 

We are facing a critical issue with email notifications sent to end users who contact the our support team via email channel. The automated outbound email notifications are not working properly, causing severe disruptions.Issue Details:In some cases, no notification is sent to users upon ticket submission. In other cases, there is a 24-hour delay in sending the "Ticket Submitted" notification. Occasionally, there is a 20-minute delay, and rarely do users receive real-time notifications. We are planning to roll out the Intercom ticket management system to our customers. However, due to this critical issue, we cannot proceed with the launch until it is fully resolved.We have already followed up with multiple Intercom support team members over the past 2-3 days, but responses have been delayed or absent. I’ve looked at help articles and other questions like this, but can’t find a solution. Every image that I upload into a product tour post comes up with an error (see attached image).I tried reducing the file size to 281px minus the line height of my text (per this article) and that didn’t help either. Any solutions for this yet? Is anyone else out there experiencing or not experiencing this? Would love your help/feedback!

Im generating a nonce-value on my CSP Header using netlify, and while Im seeing in my CSP header that the nonce-value is set, when inspecting the HTML, intercoms script tag does not contain the nonce value. Can someone provide some insight into how to get intercom to initialize with the CSP Headers nonce value, or is that not possible?

We track reports for article views on a weekly basis on a different platform, and as of this morning, all article reports have changed. I have waited an entire day, and 0 response as to why this has happened. We need reporting to be accurate to build on published content. Has anybody experienced this? Is the reporting simply not accurate? Is there any feedback from the intercom team that can help get this sorted? Can we possibly get support please

I am wondering if it is possible to update either a Lead Data Attribute field (People Data Attribute) or Qualification Data field based on if the field is null starting from when a visitor sends a message.  For example, setting custom attribute “Chat ID” with value “ID” from the Conversation Attributes section when visitor sends their first message. Custom attribute “Chat ID” from Qualification Data“ID” from the Conversation AttributesOr as an alternative, if its possible to use a data field from Conversation Attributes in sync settings for Salesforce (currently I do not see any of those fields in the selection list in the settings).

Workflow → “If customer has been unresponsive”  Problem Statement:- When a conversation hasn’t been assigned yet to an agent and the Lead/User/Customer is still interacting within any of the path(s) within a Workflow, but they suddenly become unresponsive after X minutes/hours/days, there currently isn’t a way to make the attached Workflow (see screenshot attached) to close the conversation or nudge the Lead/User/Customer to continue through the Workflow’s path.- The Workflow attached works regardless of if the customer is interacting with a Bot/Operator or a human.Currently, a member of the Intercom Support team confirmed to me that there is no option in Intercom to differentiate between where a customer is in the workflow, so the attached Workflow automation will happen at any time a customer has become unresponsive in a conversation.Example:- User A opens your Intercom Messenger and clicks on “Send a message”- User A My Product Idea:- 1. Hi Intercom team,we at Center just doing our initial integration with your product and running into some problems with iOS SDK. In the documentation we found the following:“Surveys don't currently support real-time mobile events, meaning your app users won't receive the survey immediately after the event happens. The survey will only send when a user update is triggered: A user launches your app, A user closes your app and then opens it after a few moments, or By updating the user via our mobile SDK methods. ”So in our app we are trying to present Intercom survey at a specific point in time when a user performs a specific action. We did create and registered a specific event for this. According to the documentation above, a user update should force the survey to be presented. However, no matter what we tried, it did not work for us on iOS. It does work on Android though. Can you please clarify if this functionality is supported on iOS? Hi there! I have created a product tour and I’m struggling as it won’t get any impressions from external users.  I created a product tour with a similar configuration as many other times before (in which I had no issues). The triggers used are:When to send: (empty)  Where to send: contains “keyword”. Using one keyword included in the URL of interest.  Audienc: UsersAfter this I get an estimated 85k users that can see the product tour. However, after 2 weeks I got only 11 views from just internal emails in the company. So I’m not entirely sure on what’s going on. I have deactivated all other tours in case there could be any conflicts. And using this same sonfiguration before I got thousands of views in just hours.  Can you please help me with this? I want to send email with attachment to customer. Conversation should be created, when email is sent.I am using REST Api Message endpoint with flag create_conversation_without_contact_reply: true.Everything works fine except I can’t add an attachment.Is there any way how to add an attachment to message?

I can see the timestamps of when messages are sent, but users cannot. This would be useful to demonstrate first response times to users, and have a way to record the timings of the messages. 

 We need to create a flow that after a while if my teammate does not respond it is escalated to another person or team, I don't know if it is possible to do it through rules

I want to exclude users from a series who are currently in a certain other series. Is 'has entered' the other series adequate or do I also need to specify 'have not completed/disengaged/exited' the series?

I’m reconnecting with some customers and when I open a new conversation(email) Grammarly isn’t working. If I reopen the new conversation with the customer the same way I get the email I started👍, but now Grammarly works for the conversation. Mac, Chrome, Grammarly, and Intercom are all up to date.

Hey! I am trying to set up Fin for our WhatsApp channel but am running into an issue:Within the Messenger it is pretty straight forward to initiate Fin to respond and then allow a human handover because every conversation/topic/question is in a different thread. However in WhatsApp you only have one thread. If a user therefore asks a question, Fin responds and hands the conversation to a human and the user then has a new question, Fin is not automatically triggered to answer. How can I work around this? Is there possibly a way to treat messages that are sent after one day of inactivity as first-messages?  Thanks for the help!
