Hello team! I would like to know if there is a way we can show the list of articles from out of intercom platform.  For example, we have our own FAQ articles in another platform (headless CMS prismic) and wanna show those articles in messenger. Thanks for reading and have a good day ! 

Is there a command or setting that allows you to make the pop-up message disappear when the user moves off the specific page you have created the rule around? Further to this, our users will all have a unique URL but will have the same extension (e.g. www.company.com/app/specialpage). So is there a way to remove the pop up once they move off the page that has the extension?

I'd like to manually reply to an Inbox conversation with a survey that I've created via Intercom's surveys tool.  How do I add my survey directly to my reply? To be clear, I don't want to create a link to the survey - I want the clickable survey to populate directly in my reply so that the recipient can complete the survey without navigating away from the conversation. In the old intercom version we used to have the hotkey (⌘+k) to add links to custom text. In the new Intercom version this is used for general shortcuts. Is there a new hotkey for linking in the new Intercom? 

I noticed that the Intercom update user API creates a new user whenever I call the `user update` with a non-existing user. And this is a behavior I do not want.​I found a workaround on the server side. Using the intercom-client Node library, I first try to fetch the user with the external id using the `users.find` endpoint. And if the user is found, I only then update the user.​However, on the client side, I am using the Intercom JavaScript API, and it seems that I cannot go with the same approach above as there is no `get user` option. So, what would be a good solution to only update the existing users and not create new ones on the client side? 👀

My partner and I have been assigning conversations to each other, but neither of us can find where these go. How can I find conversations assigned to me? I see an "Unassigned" but nothing like "Assigned to Me". "Your Inbox" has unassigned messages too.

Is it possible to limit the number of conversations per month that a company can have on Intercom?

We are unable to view unread messages on the intercom mobile SDK, and the loading spinner just keeps spinning. We have implemented the Intercom mobile SDK, version 7.6.1, but we are still unable to view the unread messages. This works perfectly fine in our Test workspace, and the issue is limited to the main/production workspace. Once I go in and manually read messages on the web interface, they then appear on the mobile SDK.

After installing the mobile SDK to the IOS app, whenever we post a mobile carousel to the app, the external link on the C2A button doesn't work, it only closes the pop-up. Any ideas what can cause this?

Hello everyone, I am working as a CSM in a small SaaS startup. We are looking for ways to automate the onboarding of our users without Intercom's Product Tour features. Did any of you try to onboard users using a combination of custom bots and articles with embedded videos? If so, what are the key points to be aware of? If not, which alternative did you use instead? For instance, we have a "Getting started" collection in our Help Center which contains the essentials for getting any new user easily onboarded. We could either rework it or create a completely new section with some articles specific to the onboarding. Any suggestion or idea is welcome!

Our website recently started trending and we have an influx of users coming in and typing the same questions. It's simple enough to answer but because of the sheer amount, it's difficult to maintain conversations and would be much easier if we could immediately answer questions that we already expect with a bot or something.

We've added userId to login attributes and also tested this in the examples app always error 409.

Can my users not access articles? They are part of the audience, but cannot view the articles when they click on the link?  Do they have to login somewhere to view the articles? How does intercom know who they are unless they login?

Hi all. We are trying to enable the integration with OKTA (firstly for SSO, secondly for SCIM provisioning). The problem we are facing is due to the fact that we have enabled a TEST workspace (separate workspace ID, separate url -> separate app in OKTA). The issue is the following:* If we enable SSO in OKTA only for the primary (production) workspace - the users will be authenticated when going to this workspace. But once they switch to the [TEST] one - they are being redirected to a login page where the are requested to login with their local user/pass (as OKTA cannot authenticate them).  COMPLICATIONS:1. If we create a second app in OKTA for the TEST workspace - the authentication will most probably work, but we will be facing other problems on OKTA side (having to administer 2 apps, 2 set of user groups and respectively - having to add/remove people from both apps).While at the same time the user base on Intercom is one for the both workspaces (the primary and the TEST one) and t

I'd like to show Mobile carousel to anyone who downloads and uses your app for the first time. (like onboarding screen - but only one time). And I followed this one to add mobile carousel in my app.And i can trigger mobile Carousel from button click action. However what i'd like to get is to trigger automatically and immediately after user launch very first time. But seems it's not working. I not sure did i miss something or something wrong with my configuration. Please help to suggest to archive this. Thanks. 

I have a couple of feature requests. First one is a small one but a small UI change each of my teammates ran into. It would be nice to be in the Inbox and not have to be "stuck" in a chat, meaning you have to be viewing any active chats when in that window. There have been many times when me and my co-workers clicked the Close button on the chat thinking it would just close the window.Second, It would be nice to have an exact timestamp on the chat messages because anything over an hour just specifies the timestamp in hours or days which is not very helpful for reviewing chat times for certain purposes.

Being a multi tenant SaaS, we need to be able to ask the user for a piece of data, similar say to how the Google App asks for UA so that we can identify them at our handler. How can we specify/craft this settings form for our app? The docs don't seem to highlight this aspect. Thank you!

We want to do email capture on our blog, which I'm clear on how to do, but I'm not sure how to segment those leads (and ideally users) into a group to which we send a weekly or monthly newsletter. How is this currently modeled and are there any examples of someone doing this that I could refer to? The ideal outcome here is that we combine active users and leads collected on our blog into a segmented group so we can send a weekly newsletter.

Can we create a report for companies that will churn? For example, if they have 10 active users and none of them are logging in, can I see that? Is it possible to create a report that shows companies that have users who have not viewed certain pages?
