i am trying to test a series created, with two active user emails. when i add the emails like this, feedback says no user matches. is testing only allowed for 1 user per time? is it only one account or all? because, it the user results come up when i only add one of the emailils.

Hi, I have embedded the Intercom script using Javascript. When I checked the Intercom setting configuration, everything looked good to me. But when I tried to init Intercom messager, I got an error "Invalid user_hash". Then I tried to check the user_hash value in the setting and compare it to the value in the dashboard. It's all the SAME. Why I still got this error?

Hi, We are using Conversation data a lot and I enjoy creating custom reports based on them. But I'm missing the possibility to filter the conversations based on the data. Let's say I want to list all the conversations that have a specific value in Conversation data in a specific time period. I was not able to find any way to do so.

Hi, we have an issue with Intercom cookies. We've observed this situation: Intercom runs in our website (e.g. https://webapp.customer.com.Intercom creates a session cookie for subdomain (.customer.com).The cookie is included in all requests for our website pages. In some cases, the cookie can contain values similar to "0xABC". In these cases, we've seen at least one Azure cloud server reject all requests that include this cookie. Apparently, by including a text similar to "0xABC" the request is considered suspicious by Azure. The result is that this breaks our website, and the only way to continue accessing the site is to delete the cookies. So I wanted to ask: Is is possible to configure intercom so that the format of the intercom cookie is different (e.g., an hex string that never includes "0x").Is it possible to specify the value of the intercom session cookie?

Hi everyone Our application is deployed on the web and used by some customers with tightly regulated browser settings. Would it be possible to use the javascript SDK to connect to intercom through a reverse proxy so we don't need to ask our customer's tech teams to allow-list intercom's various API and SDK addresses? Many thanks

When I search using equals ("="), results are returned but that isn't viable as the URLs may change. When new users signup, our registration process identifies a customer's value. We are looking to round robin higher-value customers among a specialized Sales Team. None of the customers have reached out to us at this point. Currently, the only way to do this is to use a Zap that identifies high-value customers and sends a message on behalf of the new user into Intercom in order to trigger the round robin. Any ideas will be greeted with smiley emojis!

It isn't a preset option but every time I manually input my info in accordance with the API docs, I get an error. Can provide more information if anyone else is interested in troubleshooting this.

Currently, we send the little default survey (with emojis) after we close a conversation with a customer. I'd like to replace that with a customizable, branded email instead that asks for feedback and can also include a couple of relevant pieces of content. What's the best way to do that? Do I have to use a third-party app? I feel like I should be able to use Intercom's email messaging service to send triggered emails (when the convo closes) without having to go the third-party route, no? Thanks in advance!

I created a tour to link from a feature announcement post. The post will send. However, when I use the "use tour everywhere" link for the tour, it takes me to the correct page, but I don't see the tour. However, the tour in Intercom will count the view. Settings Are: Show your tour automatically: Turned OffUse your tour everywhere: on and there's a copy-able link. (I've triple checked the URL - copied from the website as well as copied it from the Post that works) Frequency and scheduling:Send once, first time the person matches the rulesStart sending immediately Never stop sending Any day, any timeI checked to ensure the settings were the same as another "linked tour" (that works) that we've used in the past.

It seems like the Tour code from Intercom loads before my page So, when the pointer looks for the element to point to, it's not there yet.  This can't be a unique situation. Every SaaS has dynamic content.  Please help? :-)
