When adding the contact names to the bottom of our outgoing email it automatically double spaces the information.I have also tried to type it in word as single spacing and then copy and paste into the email template and it still populates as double spacing. Look forward to your suggestions. Wendy

How can I get a user into a series repeatedly?

I have integrated intercom in React Native using official github libraryhttps://github.com/intercom/intercom-react-native/p>and it works great, but when user open messenger for the first time it displayed in default style (blue color). after that it detect the custom messenger color (changed in Intercom settings) and displayed it as expected. I hope you will find time to help us to fix this issue. Issue similar to https://github.com/tinycreative/react-native-intercom/issues/232/p>

Hello.We want to report an issue with the ‘@Intercom/intercom-react-native’ for old ios devices (iPhone 5s, iPhone 6). The transition effect is incomplete and it does influence the appearance of the header component in a chat.As a pod dependence, we do use the ‘“Intercom”, ‘~> 10.3.5’' version.

While I can setup SLAs, etc. I'm thinking of some way for there to be a call-to-action (e.g. an email sent/forwarded) to make the team aware as they may not be in Intercom 24x7

I'm using the REST API to Search for Contacts/Conversations, with filter condition on the updated_at timestamp.  What I need is to find all Contacts having updated_at on 2022-11-09 UTC (i.e 1667952000 <= updated_at < 1668038400, in which 1667952000 is 2022-11-09T00:00:00Z). However, no matter how I build the query, either using the simple equal operator (as per Intercom's doc about search & timestamp), or using the complex AND/OR/</=/> operators, I always get some results having updated_at on 2022-11-08. It looked like to me that when truncating the timestamps to date, the server used my timezone (UTC+10), so instead of giving me results between 2022-11-09T00:00:00+00:00 and 2022-11-10T00:00:00+00:00, it gave me results between 2022-11-09T00:00:00+10:00 and 2022-11-10T00:00:00+10:00. This is an unexpected/unwanted result for me. Is there anyway to fix that?Thanks

Hi, i want to change a lead to a user via changing the role by updating the contact, in the past before the contact model when you converted a lead to user it was optional to copy over the id (external id) if you gave it the email as id, this isn't possible with the contact model.​so in short my problem is:leads always have id'swhen changing the lead to user the id staysupdating the external id to null or empty doesn't remove the id only updates it (with email present)

I just upgrade to SDK v14. Now, every time a user logs in, I see some debug logging from the Intercom SDK. Looks like some leftover print() calls that were used to test the new color customization features. Can I integrate Zendesk into the custom bot so that I can offer our customers to either chat with an agent or create a ticket in Zendesk via Intercom?

We want to server a 3rd party apps for our customers and we recently have one customer having issue authorizing through OAuth with the Europe region. Since it's hard for us to test this, is there anything we need to do besides changing the authorization url when customers want to connect to a European data region. (E.g. do we need to create different apps with different client Ids and secrets for it?)

i have been trying to solve this problem for a while but can't seem to find the cause. though here and some things i found out the might helpif someone was testing the current versions of the app without deleting the older version before recompiling it keept working.despite working on past versions of the app going back now will lead the the same results. 2b. it's possible the issue was also pressent of older versions of the app without anyone noticing but i have gone back to all versions i have access tothis is only about push notifcations them selfs the rest of the funtions remain funtionalpush notifications send directly from fire base still work like expected.

The task bot is asking for the user's number.  But it's not suggesting the article even though the user posted the exact article title ( This was me copying and pasting a help article name into the chat). Hi there! When creating a series, Is it possible to have the series respect Mon-Fri days only? For example, If they are supposed to receive Post X but don't come online within three days send Email Y, is there any way to make it "Come online within three business days"? We are a B2B company so I don't want to bombard people for waiting two days on the weekend, but still want to be timeline and engage our customers. Any ideas / workarounds welcome!

I would like to connect my email ID with Intercom so that I can get all the mail in the intercom. I do not know the process please help me out.    

It could be done manually e.g., with a multipole choice but I would very much like a default Yes/No option that will allow us to send users down different paths based on their answer. Also it would be useful to add user separate user attribute based on the reply.

We have a "customer" who is committing theft of IP. I am trying to download the entire history of this customer's time on the website, which I know is timestamped by Intercom but we are only shown a small snippet on the customer profile page. Does anyone know of any way to download a more complete history of customers? What I love about Intercom's tracking is it shows dates and times. This would be really helpful.
