How do i query the deleted/blocked users via rest API?

We are using the Salesforce app through the marketplace, Also we have mapped some Intercom attributes with Salesforce custom fields on the Intercom. We have a lead gen process where consumers are providing us with qualification information so our customer success team can interact with them. We are using Zapier to feed this data into Intercom. We want to be able to crate events for these new customer records (such as Calendly events and the information from the lead form).  (As best we can tell), Zapier allows for the creation of events for Users but not for Leads. Looking at the Lead vs. User definition, Leads are a more accurate description of these consumers. However... if we can't use Zapier to append events to leads... is there a good reason we can't use User records to track these consumers?

We have a community site and in addition to showing Intercom Articles automatically in a chat session, we'd like to also display links to relevant community posts ​that match the customer's question.

A client of us would like us to add Identity Verification to their implementation with Intercom, which is done through Google Tag Manger. I've come across this page: https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/2631808-install-intercom-with-google-tag-manager.Which explains how to install intercom itself. It also notes you're able to add an user hash to the Install event. However, its not clear to me how this hash gets to the Install event in GTM, since this is generated in the backend of the application (.NET in this case), and we dont manually send anything to Intercom, since its all done through GTM. Are there any resources that explain how to make sure this hash is added during the Install event (with a backend in .NET and the installation of Intercom in GTM)?

It would be great if we could create a ticket automatically without requiring the user to click a Reply button from a bot. Use case:We have a 'connect integration' button in our app that sends an Intercom event. We'd want to trigger an automated message to the user that we're working on it AND automatically create a ticket in that message.

I've set up events within my workspace but when I've gone to check on how they are doing - I've found that they are blank; why is it? Have customers not triggered them or? What does the recently used mean?

We want to use Intercom Product Tours for one of our domains, but our client would not want the chat Messenger feature. Is it possible to configure Intercom to still have Product Tours working but remove that Messenger? Thanks in advance!

Hey y'all, I'm trying to merge leads into users but have difficulty getting this done. Here is my use case. I run an E-Commerce store; when customers check out, they do not always create an account or sign into an account to make a purchase. This is a guest purchase. But I want to ensure our support team can still have all their past information on hand. The way we have it set up now is through Zapier. When an order is created from WooCommerce, a user is created. This means that I now have a user with all the attributes of Name, Email and Phone. But at the same time this customer most probably has spoken to us through the messenger as well. Meaning we have a duplicated record. Our leads tend to have their Name, Email and Phone too. When a Lead makes a purchase, they should ideally be merged into the User. How can I get it done? Hi, we work with small business customers so make extensive use of the company layer in Intercom. It's quite usual that a single person is on multiple companies with the same email adress, but therefore has unique users in intercom (unique IDs, companies etc, but same email adress).  Is there some practical way of sending a newsletter to only unique email addresses? Currently we have customers complaining that they get our newsletter up to 10 times (as they're on 10 different companies).  The only way I can come up with is each time having to download the entire user list, remove duplicate email users, re-uploading with a tag, and sending only to tagged customers. A lot of work for our content team each time they want to send a simple newsletter! Johan

We use custom bots to provide some information before someone chooses to speak to a person. This is across most of our pages, but I have a different Custom bot that I would like to kick in if a person accesses Intercom from another of our webpages. This is important because the bot will end by assigning the query to another team in Intercom (and this seems to overrule the inbox rules set up). Is it the 'new conversation' Custom bot I should be using? I thought it would be straightforward to do this by using Rules, but I've tried a few different things and it still only shows the original custom bot, not the one I have created. This means the queries are then also assigned to the wrong team. I've created an Audience rule 'Current page contains...', but this didn't work. I also added 'does not contain' to the original Custom bot as well, but this still didn't fix it. Can anyone help? Thank you

If I can set it on creation, I feel like we should be able to update it.  It's very inconsistent because the UI doesn't even allow setting a label. The model has 'label' but it doesn't seem to update.

I would like to archive a large number of users but keep their conversations. Archiving a user causes the conversations to be lost. I can archive a single user conversation but I can't find a way to do it in bulk (10,000ish users)

Help! I am applying the following "Last Seen exactly 2 ago" and then "Last seen more than 1 day ago and Last Seen less than 3 days ago" why is it returning a different number of users since both filter groups are targeting users last seen 2 days ago?
