What are disengaged users in my Series?

The tour builder overlays an area I need to click during a tour (even when minimised), can I reposition the tour builder so that I can click on the element I need to? Thanks!

Since the 27th of april, we suddently have a lot of errors on our website that all relate back to the intercom help articles we published. They all mention the canonical tag on this page points to a different language. Is there any way to fix this?

I have set up a push notification triggered by a backend notification, using the Intercom API that we call from an internal service. These calls happen every day around 3am, but we want to restrict sending the push messages during office hours. I tried using the "During office hours" parameter, thinking it was going to delay messages coming outside of that range. But testing it turns out that this instead ignores notifications completely if sent outside of office hours. Is there a way to set this up in a way that handles that delaying of messages automatically, or is that something we need to handle on our end to make sure we only send messages during the time period when we want to deliver them? I've included screenshots of my current setup if that can help:

There's a user whos not seeing the tour from the series they are in. on the stats, it says user has entered the series and has received the tour minutes ago. 

what is the difference between 'have viewed tour' and 'has completed tour'also, is it possible that someone who has completed a tour has also encountered failure with a tour step

I'm trying to figure out how to get Resolution Bot to return an answer in the chat window. When I preview the answer in Resolution Bot Answers, it works as expected. Hi everyone, i currently use the export job API to retrieve the message stats that we use to calculate series and messages performance metrics such as open rate, ctr, bounce and spam rate and so on. We do this by running a script on google apps script that has the following functions: Creating an export job with the desired (and user defined) time rangeAfter the export job is created, constantly check untill the job status is completedOnce the export job is completed, the export job is downloaded and written to a spreadsheet page, from which all metrics will be calculated. Since this process currently runs on google sheets, it is highly limited in terms of volume of messages that can be analyzed, as gooogle sheets has a high performance penalty when handling more than 50.000 rows,(our current row count for a full week of messaging is about 100,000 rows, which means that we can retrieve results for shorter-than-a-week intervals at each time) Aditionally, this format doesn't provide
