Can I embed a survey within an email so the user does not have to click on any link? is there any app for this?

I would like to add our privacy policy to the messenger for all of our clients to see. How that could be done the best way through Messenger? Am I able to add hyperlinks somehow to our team intro etc? Any suggestions or ideas are more than welcome! 😀

Hello, Many SDKs allow a URLSession to be injected (and thus configured) into an SDK. Auth0 is such an example. A recent security audit has indicated Intercom is persisting chat information to disk. We'd like to be able to use an ephemeral URLSessionConfiguration on iOS to prevent Intercom from persisting anything to disk. As it stands we have to assume Intercom uses URLCache.shared and clear that manually, which is a non-ideal workaround. Can you please allow for URLSession to be specified by the app implementing the SDK?

Can I use www.make.com to create one? How do I edit details from the UI? It appears I cannot create a company? So I used www.make.com to add a company from a spreadsheet, but since its not associated with a contact I cannot view it. I don't know how to link a contact to a company through the UI either?  Any suggestions? 

I have the same values in tags and segments, I just need to be able to see this info on the lead record but cant figure it out!Any ideas?

I am getting this message in settings: "Intercom isn’t installed for your Android app yet" . In the iOS portion, I have the correct message: "Intercom has been installed in your iOS app". I have followed the instructions on adding the latest React Native wrapper and the `displayArticle` method works as expected. On Android, this method will display a white screen with a message similar to "Something went wrong, try again". Is there a solution to this issue?

I set up a test series to send emails and in-app posts to one specific email address - that is me - so that I could test how everything looks. When setting the series live, I get the error "Please finish creating a schedule" The problem is that I don't want to schedule any of the messages, I'm ok, with any day, any time, since I set all messages a few minutes apart - and I want to receive them one after the other in order to test how each email or post looks. Why doesn't it let me set it live?

Most of the screenshots look fuzzy. It's really strange because if I actually click on a screenshot within an article, it opens up nice and big in the next tab and looks super clear, so why in the articles is it not showing up that way?

We have a series set up with multiple waterfall conditions. The first condition in the sequence successfully sent an email. BUT despite the other conditions being met - the related emails have not been sent, The situation in the second condition is the same in the remaining 17 conditions

How can I add a new path for my custom bot?

We receive service booking requests via multiple sources that route to Intercom Inbox via a noreply@company.com email address. However, when a customer service agent comes to respond to the inquiry they have to reply to the message with the original noreply@company.com email before being able to switch to their own email address, i.e. team.member@company.com. Is it possible to remove the need to respond to a message via the original (noreply) email address before being able to switch to the CS agents' address? Also, side question (and this may require me to ask a separate question in the forum), is it possible to prevent the entire conversation thread from being sent via email when a CS agent responds to a client booking request? Thanks in advance!

My team only hears the notifications of the conversations that are assigned to them, but those that are unassigned are not ringing and this is affecting our indicators.Attached image of the settings

Want to use the code editor that is available in e.g., Outbound - Posts. However I don't seem to be able to get much out of it. I assumed html would be rendered but it does not.  The code editor is meant to be used if I want to write in large letters in some other color, is that correct? I have trawled through Intercom's support pages but have not been able to find anything specific to this. A ton of other articles but not this 😉  I have attached a screen shot of what I am referring to.

I configured Data Hosting Region in my iOS app and since then i'm receiving an error "Something went wrong, give it another try".When i remove the IntercomRegion field from Info.plist, at works again. Any suggestions?

I'm currently using React Native and I noticed that the customization options only impact the header on web. My app currently uses a dark color theme and the Intercom Help Center is only shown with a light theme. I would like to customize it to at least be dark, but it'd be great it I can match it to my app colors.  Is this possible?

It seems the only way without infinity loops in series is to build one series out for many instances of the survey. The enter more than once options have promise but don't quite fill the need yet. And the event trigger only allows for last survey date without letting you select a specific survey. As NPS is most beneficial if you can track it over time is there anything on the roadmap for this?

Ever since the update of the Intercom Inbox, our Timer wasn't there. We are having some delays in receiving our inbound chats as well on our website.

Here is what she told me specifically regarding this: "I still have not received an invitation from Intercom. ------ tried sending it again yesterday (several times) and nothing. I've tried signing in (using the work email that the invite was sent to) and it says the account doesn't exist."

For one of my teams, the sound goes off for new messages consistently.For the other team, which is for premium users of our app only, the sound does not go off consistently, meaning I miss my SLA/FRT on it. Do you know why this might be happening?

Hi there, We have implemented Intercom in our SaaS-platform. Our goal is to reliably track users and use the product tours feature. We don't currently use the messenger. The platform is a SPA with only signed in users and we did our installation in accordance with the docs. It's been succesful and we have seen users being tracked. However - we have been tracking our users' login actions using our backend as well, and this way we see that only a fraction of our users is being tracked. Differences vary but no more than 25% of real users seem to be tracked. We know that our original stat is correct because we have examples of users signing in and being tracked correctly by us, but not appearing within Intercom. We suspect that intercom may be blocked with our users somehow, but the fact that this happens to most of our users has us concerned. Does anyone have experience with this, and are there any known workarounds?

I have completed Messenger web integration and set a Custom Bot live, but when I go to test it on our trial webpage the Custom Bot does not appear.

In the picture attached it says I need to add a tour available for the inbox. Im not sure what that means? I already have a few tours built out within the series in addition to others build outside of the series. Any help would be appreciated!

We have enabled the messenger onto one of our applications. This application can generate a URL that can be shared externally outside of the company. Is there a way to hide the messenger from being displayed based on URL schema? Example scenario:Application is opened (m-intercom.com)User views a specific area of the application (m-intercom.com/user/XYZ)User clicks a button to generate external link (m-intercom.com/external/XYZ)User provides external link to users not in our Intercom instance There is a way that you can manage the chat and messenger bot to specific conditionals but it seems to still display the Messenger widget? In the example above can we mark the messenger to not be displayed "if URL does not contain "user""?
