Is it possible to integrate intercom live chat with a React.js website?

Hi,I am using the intercom API list all contacts (endpoing /contacts)The API call responds as expcted with two problems:it ignores the per_page parameter. I tried 1, 5, 11 and other values. It does not paginate, ignoring the starting_after parameter. In the screenshot below please notice that pages.next.starting_after that was returned is the same was as was sent. I tried different API versions, including 2.11 and unstable Postman Screenshot 

How can I have different partners each have a widget and then tag each distribution endpoint as a tag so I know where volumes are coming from per widget?Example:Brand Apple Brand OrangeBoth use an intercom widget with our company, when the message is sent in, I want to be able to identify which brand I am getting the message from, Apple or Orange. Thank you for the help!

Usually, reaching out to Support isn’t very fast, so I’ll try asking the members of this community instead.I’d like to create an audience, but the audience tool isn’t exactly what I need—it doesn’t let me select all the viable fields within Intercom.For example:Users who received WhatsApp campaigns through our company’s WhatsApp Business number. Users who replied to any WhatsApp message using specific keywords. Users who were transferred to a specific team inbox. Users with a conversation attribute marked with a specific value.I’d like to use these criteria to create an audience that I could leverage in a future WhatsApp Business Outbound campaign.

Hello, I'm trying to search for a contact using contacts/search endpoints my request is     "query": {                "field": "email",                "operator": "=",                "value": email,            }, This is working when testing in your site https://developers.intercom.com/docs/references/rest-api/api.intercom.io/contacts/searchcontacts. But when I try to do it on my codebase I receive this error Error with Intercom request for org 362 -- Response from url: https://api.intercom.io/contacts/search is status: 500, message: {"type":"error.list","request_id":"0044dun34918mvul4n10","errors":[{"code":"server_error","message":"Server Error"}]} do you know what could be wrong? Can workflows in Intercom handle conditional branching? I'm looking to create workflows that adapt based on user behavior or attributes. For example checkout, if a user clicks a specific link, they should receive one message, but if they don't, a follow-up should be sent instead. Does Intercom support this kind of dynamic flow? If yes, how can I set it up effectively? Any tips or best practices for conditional workflows would be appreciated!

I’m finding that the inconsistency in the notifications is making them unreliable. Apparently, even when the notifications setting is on, we receive notifications only when we’re not “active”. Since I have the Intercom tab open all day, I go in and check the income messages a few times a day but I would still like to receive a notification whenever a ticket has been assigned to me or whenever I am mentioned (hence my notifications setting) so that I don’t make “our customer” wait a while to be answered. Is there anyway I could receive notifications for all my mentions and assigned tickets regardless of my status (active or not)? Thank you

Hello, As soon as one of our customers creates a new ticket from a tablet or ipad, it does not follow the usual workflow and therefore arrives unassigned. How can we rectify this? Thanks 

Hello,I faced with unexpected experience when I cannot to capture video in Intercom messenger using iOS SDK since 17.2.0. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?My steps:Update iOS SDK to 18.2.0. Run the app, check that there is Intercom’s warning “Add NSMicrophoneUsageDescription...”  in Xcode console. Add NSMicrophoneUsageDescription to Info.plist according to Installation guide, step 2.  Run the app again, check the message is not printed. Open Intercom messenger, start a new conversation. Press a green plus icon. It opens an action sheet, choose Camera. The app asks only for camera permission, not microphone. Allow camera usage. Camera opens → only photo capturing is available, not video. Change SDK version to 17.1.2.  Run the app, repeat step 5, press a grey camera icon.  The app asks for microphone permission. Allow it. Camera opens. → Both options, Photo and Video, are available for choosing. Update SDK to 17.2.0, repeat steps 5-7. → Again, only photo capturing is availa

How does everyone set up their intercom inboxes and assignment rules when you have to support customers in different time zones? We are trying to assign tickets to our support folks from customers ONLY during the times we are 'contractually' obliged to For example, if a customer is located in APAC and opens a ticket during non-APAC hours, we want that ticket to 'stay' in the inbox and get assigned to anyone. However, we want the other inboxes to still auto-assign tickets to people who are 'active.' Is this possible? We don't have dedicated team members for each inbox, but the same team works on multiple inboxes.

We create a lot of test accounts to test things in our app that have absolutely nothing to do with Intercom. However, every single one of these test accounts counts towards our MAU in Intercom. Has anyone created a custom code or other workaround to block these users from showing up at all? I previously asked support if there was anything and they said I would have to build this myself. We have a test environment, but these test accounts occur on our production environment as well.  Honestly, it is very upsetting since I know competitors allow you to blacklist certain domains within your settings so none of your data is disrupted by your internal tests.

Hi!We are integrating the Intercom API in order to send email messages to our users from our App, and we're already being able to send them, being received, checking the seen status, etc..., ​We would like to use a custom template when sending our emails, but we're not able to achieve that.We've trying creating a new template, and when sending the email from the intercom page, it works (email is received with our custom style) but when sending through the API, we can just select plain or personal, but in both cases, the standard style is applied.We're not aiming to do anything really special, just using some custom Google fonts and customising the colours of the buttons. Thanks a lot in advance. Cheers,Diego.

Intercom's API only allows me to select either the Plain or Personal templates when sending an email through the API, is there any way to send these messages using full HTML?

Hi team, I am a new developer, and I need your help.I have a website for users with domain app.xxx.com, and a support website with articles support.xxx.com. I am setting my page articles to private access, so if the user is not logged in, they will see the message "Unable to load this article, you may need to sign in first" with the button url.I am looking for a way that after clicking the button url, it redirects from page support.xxx.com/en/articles/yyy to our login page app.xxx.com, after login it redirects back to the page articles support.xxx.com/en/articles/yyy. i can do that if i add query return_to = support.xxx.com/en/articles/yyy. But each page will have a different url, is there a way i can get the current url address and set it to the button url?

I just signed up for Intercom, and am having some issues.Within my own intercom dashboard, when I click the chat/messenger button to get help from Intercom itself, the chat window appears to try to open and then promptly disappears. Watch this screen capture. Not a good first impression if I can’t even get customer support from a customer support company. Ha.   With my own site integration, when i visit it (even from a separate computer) I get the attached screenshotted window when i click the messenger button, as a visitor.
