We made a new workflow live under “Customer opens a new conversation in the Messenger” with a custom Welcome message. However, the message is not appearing as the welcome message in the Fin AI Agent → Overview → Preview Answer bot. The message only appears in the preview while in the workflow. No other workflows are live. Thanks in advance!

For the last couple of days, my team has been traying to connect our Instagram ccount to Intercom using the app, but everytime the message “An error occurred authorizing access to Instagram” appears and the connection isn’t available. On the facebook popup everything seems to be ok and Intercom appears as a connected app on facebook config. We didn’t have any problem while connecting to facebook, and there seems that there isn’t any aditional information regarding the error that could help determine the cause.  Anyone has any tip or clue to what to check for? Thanks

Environment:Intercom iOS SDK v17.1.2iOS v16, v17 STR: for us it reproduces if a conversation has a lot of messages (100 one word messages would be enough to reproduce the issue) open Message Composer using any available method select conversation that contains many messages (100 one word messages is enough for us to reproduce), you may notice the hang after this step type some message and send it

Can you please turn our intercom back on? We support thousands of volunteers and charities, the finance team missed one small invoice of 16 dollars which we have paid today, we have paid for our account for the year until march 25 and all the accounts and invoices are update to date. Your system is now automated to deactivate it, but the fin bot will not reactivate it. Please reinstate our account now.

Pipedrive app does not sync properly after several attempts. Intercom only shows to re-install. Is there something else to try, or is the app not working well at the moment?

I previously had Intercom installed on my website, but I recently removed the application. However, I'm still experiencing an issue where the Intercom code continues to load, causing significant delays in page loading times. Despite uninstalling the app, I'm unable to locate the files or code responsible for calling the Intercom script in my database or codebase.I've thoroughly searched through my files but can't find where the Intercom code is being loaded from. This lingering code is negatively impacting my site's performance.Can anyone provide guidance on how to completely remove all traces of Intercom from my website? Specifically:Where should I look to find any remaining Intercom code snippets? Are there any common places where the Intercom script might still be getting called from? What steps can I take to ensure Intercom is fully uninstalled and no longer loading on my pages? Are there any tools or methods to trace the origin of the Intercom script that's still loading?Any help

I have a couple of HTML Email Templates, and also tested Intercom’s own just straight out of the box to make sure, but… In the composer these are missing the Divder and Spacer options.  I’m attaching a screenshot of the missing options and the other showing what it looks like if you use one not based on HTML.To get my dividers or spacing, i’m literally having to do it with code blocks and i’m going crazy and that’s not sustainable for my team either who do not know how to code.  Social Links also appears to be missing, but I won’t use intercom’s anyway because of the lack of built in styling options.Please advise.

I have a dropdown menu that opens once click on "Actions," but when I use the tooltip and I need to click on the intercom icon, the dropdown menu closes and I'm not allowed to place the icon where I want.  Any solution on this case?

Sometimes intercom associates conversations with the wrong companies. How can I correct that?  Product Documentation says:Conversations and tickets are associated with companies in different ways: Conversations can be associated with multiple companies. They are associated with companies through the conversation participants. When you search by company, we will find all conversations that have at least one participant from that company. Tickets can only be associated with one company. You can choose which company a ticket is associated with when it’s created and change it later in the Help Desk. We will find all tickets that have been explicitly associated with the company you selected.

I’ve set up an email collector in a Proactive Support message to invite site visitors to sign up for our newsletter.This works, but all it does is send a message to my inbox with each user’s email address.How can I set up automation to populate the email address into my external Ghost blog as a new subscriber, and not have the message appear in my inbox at all?We already use Make (Integromat) which I figure can be used to orchestrate this integration?I’m just not sure how to trigger a Make scenario each time the email colector captures a new address in Intercom

Hi All, I am Emmanuel Katto. I'm trying to use Intercom's user segments to target specific users with personalized messages, but I'm running into some issues with segmenting based on custom attributes. I've created a custom attribute 'plan_type' that tracks the type of plan each user is on (e.g. 'Basic', 'Premium', 'Enterprise'), but when I try to create a segment based on this attribute, it doesn't seem to be recognizing the values correctly. Specifically, when I try to filter by 'plan_type == 'Premium'', it's including users who have never had a premium plan. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
