Hi all,We have started using events to trigger transactional emails and it’s great that we can use the metadata to add content to the email.We want to add a list of things that are pending from the user. The list could be as small as one thing or as big as the user added to their tasks. How can we achieve this ? Ideally iterating over the list and just adding the text that was added to the event metadata. And yes, we’re aware that there’s a limit of 20 metadata parameters and that strings can be a maximum of 255 characters long.Thanks,Aldo

Hi, Carsten here. I’m trying to replicate the “median response time” under the responsiveness reporting page in the Intercom UI, but I struggle a bit to make it accurate, where sometimes there is 10+ minutes discrepancy. So I would hear if someone in this community forum can help a bit? What I can understand from reading other posts in this forum with a similar issue is the statistics_median_time_to_reply metric should be the only one I need to replicate the same number I see in the Intercom reporting, so I’m not sure why it seems difficult to get to match. The other posts doesn’t seem to post the solution to their issues either though. The calculations I’m doing at moment is:Get the newest version of a conversation id (qualify     row_number() over (partition by id order by updated_at desc) = 1) Then convert created_at to date and calculate the median on the median_time_to_reply.  date_trunc(day, created_at)::date as day, median(statistics_median_time_to_reply) as median_response_time

I have a survey running in our mobile app, with a fallback to email if users do not respond to the survey. At the moment users that submit the survey via email are unidentified. Is there a way to pass a long user info in the survey url to solve this?

I think the webhook body has changed when a user sends a message,For the first message a user sends, I see the below. The body used to have the user’s message, but now it’s null. Hello!Our team uses multiple teams to organize our workload based on tasks and communication channels. Adding language-based separation would create an excessive number of additional teams, making it difficult to manage shifts efficiently.We've found that:We cannot add "skills" to agents to designate the languages they should handle. Workflows do not support the "do not assign to" option.Is there an alternative way to prevent agents from being assigned conversations in languages they do not speak, other than creating separate teams?

We have noticed in certain circumstances it would be good if the customer reply didn’t re-open a conversation or ticket such as when a customer thanks us for our help. Its nice to hear that the customer is happy but we don’t want the conversation to reopen. I know I can set it so conversations don’t reopen at all, but this then creates a new conversation which is worse that one reopening. Has anyone got any ideas on how best to resolve this?

I have an api that sends back a json object with keys that may change every time the call is made. It looks like custom objects require strict field declarations beforehand, so I’m not sure how to handle this data. Ideally I’d like to store both the keys and values, as I’ll need both of them. I’ve found this report, but didn’t find the answer, so I’ll write my own example.We are faced with similar problem, after updating to version 17.0.1 from the version 14.0.7 (video in attachment). I can’t downgrade the library to the lowest version, due to we updated it to avoid another issues, which have been fixed in 17.x.  This issue is not reproducible on versions below 16.x.x. All of a sudden when trying to log in last Monday, May 20, my colleague and I were surprised to find that 2FA had been activated on our account, even though we never activated it ourselves. Since we do not have teammates on this account we are unable to get a recovery code. We then tried to reach out to the Support team via Messenger that same day, but it’s been 3 days since and we have not gotten any response. We are now locked out of our account with no way of recovery.
