Reg. Intercom component - url not loading

Hi Team, We have our app in intercom, where we have customised component with a button of action as sheets and url given. { type: "button", id: "start-survey", label: "Let's begin", action: { type: "sheet", url: "https://url", },} When we use our app and send this component in a conversation, the mail is also sent. When opening our app from the mail and clicking on the button, the url is not loaded. This used to work fine previously. We are getting the following error.Can we please get help regarding

Safe-area issue in reactjs pwa

I'm using Intercom in my React.js PWA,but the tool's default styles don't account for 'safe-area's, causing issues on devices with notches, such as the iPhone. Is there a solution for this? // padding: env(safe-area-inset-top) env(safe-area-inset-right) env(safe-area-inset-bottom) env(safe-area-inset-left); Adding the style to the “body” element would solve the problem, but custom styles aren’t available.

Salesforce Auto Create Cases: When Is Case Created?

Hello! I’m new to our Intercom/Salesforce Integration and have been asked to troubleshoot an issue. In our Salesforce integration we have cases configured to create automatically and automatically assign Intercom teammate as the case owner. We are seeing some cases created where the owner is assigned correctly, but other times the case is assigned to the owner who installed the app so I’m trying to figure out why this is happening. I'm wondering when exactly the case is created during the process of a conversation being started and then assigned to a team member. If there is lag time between when the conversation is created and a team member responds to take ownership, could the case get created during that lag time? Or does the case only create as soon as a team member responds? It makes sense to me if the case is created while still in the Inbox that it gets assigned to the person who installed the app, but I can’t find documentation anywhere that confirms that. Can I add data from instagram to the user profile when someone is sending a DM?

connected IG and intercom and if someone send a DM it will open a conversation. But I cant figure out how to add the profile information to intercom’s right menu like profile link or number of followers.

Modal in an custom Inbox app

I’m building a custom Inbox application and would like to know the best way, if possible, to open a modal within the app. For example, in the native Intercom Shopify app, a modal is triggered when the agent clicks on 'Create Order.' Can anyone share the most effective approach to achieve this functionality? I’ve read the documentation and can only see an iFrame style approach for Messenger apps, not Inbox. Need assistance with custom attributes

Using intercom’s messenger-js-sdk I am currently passing custom attributes during Intercom instantiation like so ``` Intercom({ app_id: appId, user_id: userId, name: userName, email: email, created_at: createdAt, tenant_id: tenantId, tenant_name: tenantName, tenant_role: tenantRole, app_environment: appEnvironment, }); ``` The custom attributes are already set within Intercom itself as shown in the above attached image. However, when testing it out the custom attribute is not being populated. I’ve checked the user data payload sent during the ping http request, all data is supplied appropriately. Any ideas what could be the problem ?

Include Company Name and Email Address in Slack Message?

Is there a way to include a lead’s company name and email address in messages sent to Slack via the Slack integration and Intercom workflows? The old (deprecated) Intercom Convert Slack integration did that, and we are now replacing that with the current Slack app/integration, but we need to retain that functionality. Thanks!

Custom Actions API in Intercom always takes the first message as the input for the request body, regardless of subsequent messages

I have a Custom actions API in which I have used the messageBody variable in my post request, however, when the flow is triggered on user’s message it always picks the very first msg that user sent in intercom chat widget and passes that to the post request and ignores all subsequent messages. In every subsequent request to my API the first message is being passed in the request body
