Im trying to install the Messenger app in Salesforce Community. I found this old article but it seems incomplete. Im wondering if I could get help with this integration. Hello,I’m looking for any possible ways we might be able to create a Hubspot Ticket from within Intercom.Our use case is this: our Support Team directly supports our customers via chat and email in Intercom. If an issue is identified that requires Engineering help, we create a Ticket in Hubspot for Engineering to pick up.I’m looking for solution so that our Support Reps don’t have to keep a tab open in Hubspot to manually create tickets.Any possible ways to do this?

Hi,I have created the GA4 setup using Google Tag Manager using this setup configuration. When I run a test in Preview Mode in Tag Manager, all I get is the Tag not firing because {{Event}} which comes up as value gtm.js never equals the Trigger values.Followed this setup: https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/6990698-setting-up-the-ga4-integration-with-google-tag-manager#h_9e4beabb3dIs there a step I’m missing that is not in the documentation on the link above?
For the last couple of days, my team has been traying to connect our Instagram ccount to Intercom using the app, but everytime the message “An error occurred authorizing access to Instagram” appears and the connection isn’t available. On the facebook popup everything seems to be ok and Intercom appears as a connected app on facebook config. We didn’t have any problem while connecting to facebook, and there seems that there isn’t any aditional information regarding the error that could help determine the cause. Anyone has any tip or clue to what to check for? Thanks
Anybody achieved to transfer Intercom conversations to a Hubspot Company's profile?
Pipedrive app does not sync properly after several attempts. Intercom only shows to re-install. Is there something else to try, or is the app not working well at the moment?
Hello,I'm trying to setup inbox app to add canvas content with inbound email details for replies from 3rd party service (we need from name / reply to address as it's always forwarded from the same email and appear as conversation under same contact) It's visible via "raw email" in web UI(in this case forwarded@email.com is always the same and we need to get Alex and alex@email.com) But looks like API has no access to those fields (it only shows subject/body and author email, which is always the same) Is there a way to access those fields via API?Thanks
Hi there, We're in the process of setting up company data on Salesforce to sync with Intercom so we can target specific customers using fields such as 'subscription expiry date'. I'm then unsure how we would target just the main contact of that company to send the comms to? We can have many users of our platform within 1 company. There is a field in Salesforce which has the main contact details on within the company record. Can I link via there?

Hi, I was wondering on how do I route to specific article vai custom domain. I have setup so that we can access intercom page via our domain /support, do I do it in the same way with redirect rules via Cloudfare so that I can reach specific artcile via my own custom domain path etc. /support/some-article → Intercom Article?
Hello! We have successfully implemented Intercom as part of our Qt for Android application. All integrations were done on the Android side and it is working fine. One issue is that our app is running in complete fullscreen (transient action bar and status bar - WindowInsetsControllerCompat.BEHAVIOR_SHOW_TRANSIENT_BARS_BY_SWIPE ). However tapping on the Intercom launcher, calling Intercom.client().present() brings us into home view with both action and status bars visible. Is there any way how to pass a parameter to intercom so that it loads in fullscreen with the same options as the app?We do have some limitations on native Views and Activity management in Android when doing things through Qt.
I’ve been trying to log in on the intercom business app. After entering my credentials, It says it will send a code but I never receive it in my mail. I’ve tried 5 times today.
I had issues with IG integration - messages did not appear even though all the connection and permissions were correct. I decided to uninstall the app to install it again. Now it says that I need to buy a premium account. How is this normal when IG is a free app based on what Intercom says.
Hi TeamI have been testing the integration of Jira into Intercom. I can see that the integration is for conversations, however not tickets? Currently when a user reports a bug, we create a ticket tracker that can have multiple conversations associated. We would love to see this ticket tracer then been linked to Jira, so the development team can work on it, and only have one touch point in JiraCurrently, if 5 customers report the same bug, it means 5 Jira Bug reports, when it is actually only one for the development team.How does everyone handle this? Hi,My company uses Salesforce Account Teams. One of the roles is “Client Success”.I would like whomever is assigned to that role, to be considered the ‘company owner’ in intercom, so that incoming conversations / tickets will be auto-assigned to that person. Putting it another way, I wish there was a field in intercom called “Owner” and I could assign that team to that owner. I could not find such an intercom field. Perhaps this can be done with a custom field + automation workflow?

In the past, we used to send interactive PDF documents to customers when we required their signature to perform actions in their account. These documents allowed customers to fill in their details and sign electronically via chat or email, without needing to download any additional software.
