I am the new head of customer success at Blanket, a task management app built for multi-unit restaurant operators, and we just added Intercom to our web and mobile app. We're beginning with customer support, creating direct communication channels, and product tours, but as we learn more, we'll use it for lead generation too. Well, I have had used many CRM tools whether it is for logistics or e-commerce but I must say Intercom has something which I have never come around. Hello, My name is Josh. About 6 months ago I stepped into a new role handling all things tech for hybrid telehealth company called MyCounselor.Online. We help people Experience Christian Counseling That Works. We are a relatively small company, but with the onset of Covid we have been experiencing rapid growth. The CEO of the company started using Intercom before I joined to help organize support tickets, answer customer questions, and offer quicker and more proactive support. I have been tasked with overtaking the use of the Intercom system on our client facing website so I am looking to learn about how we currently use it and how we can better utilize the tool to help our clients and even bring in more potential clients. HELLOOOOO!🎉 I'm Mohammad, I am a phresh graduate from the university of Waterloo and recently started a new sales position right in Canada's little tech hub. I work at iVenuto.com and we are a software company that developed a visitor management application (ZAPINAPP.COM). What we do is automate part of the reception area. It may sound simple but it's so feature rich and flexible that there is a wide variety of companies that use us to help either with their employee time tracking or visitors coming into the building and checking in for whatever reason (especially now with COVID19 and uploading COVID questionnaires and NDA's). I'm really curious to learn about how I can use intercom to generate more leads. I have used intercom for about 2 months now and I know from so much of what I read that I can use it to generate more leads and reach out to people... I just need to learn how!

Hi guys and gals,

Hi guys and gals, I'm Jacques from Holland. I'm cofounder of GraagGoedOnline.nl, best translated from Dutch to English as "WannaBeGoodOnline.nl". We create sites and shops and use Intercom for years now but just the basics, mostly newsletters. BUT we're planning on becoming a superuser; series (AWESOME!!!), tours (AWESOME!), banners, etc. etc. and we're also pretty busy setting up Zapier to connect with all our other cloud software tools. THE GIF, was made when recording our Carnival videoclip (https://ikwil.graaggoedonline.nl/campagnes/2021/carnaval)... ...during lockdown to gives our customers "a good feeling" in lesser times and missing out a full blown beer party during normal Dutch Carnival. We've asked most of our questions and got all the answers but I know there will be new ones when starting the implementation process so we'll be speaking eachother 😊.
