Does anyone have any success in chatting to customers in China? Is there anything in particular you needed to configure or set up to deal with getting through the "Great wall" - any advice welcome

We have had very mixed results mainly with customers managing to start a conversation from within China (not via VPN) over 5G or Wifi but I got not conversation or notification my end (NZ) We also have loakise installed and got chat tranlsated so I assuem other customers may have customers in China too

Hey Connectors! Just to let you all know that a user was auto-blocked - Turquoise Bear 403 - for posting spammy content in the community. They were clearly not using it for the spirit in which it was intended! They're also our first user who was auto-blocked for hitting our rate limit 😅

What recommendations do you have for taking internal support notes for when people call into support?

We are moving from Zendesk to Intercom. In Zendesk, when someone calls in for support, we use Zendesk Macro's to pull up troubleshooting steps and take internal notes and do tagging. What is the best practice for taking internal notes in Intercom that the User/Customer doesn't see. I'd like to start a new conversation with the user, but not actually share the conversation with the user. Has anyone gone through a transition from Zendesk to Intercom that may have some insights on options that are comparable to how Zendesk work?
