Hi everyone,We’re currently facing an issue where the Intercom Messenger is not loading as expected in our application. This seems to affect desktop , and we haven’t been able to identify a consistent cause yet. We’ve already checked for any custom CSS or JS conflicts, but the problem persists. Tried installing using multiple methods .We came across a few older threads with similar concerns, but no concrete solutions were shared. If anyone has faced this recently or has any insights on possible fixes or workarounds, we’d truly appreciate your input.Thanks in advance for your help and support!Best,Hitesh

We use unique, one-time use invite links for our service. Can we pass these links to a triggered email in Intercom via API?

We create a outbound message-tour, and it doesn’t work as expected. The state is live, no error at all, everything seems goodBut when we test it, it’s not there.

Has anyone leveraged Intercom features or workflows that allow you to QA a conversation? For me the usecase is around doing an automated 360 degree audit of a conversation that essentially captures empathy and policy adherence.  

I understand that I can change article access to only Users. This is great, but users can’t view the articles unless they search for the article via the messenger in-app. I’d like to be able to keep our knowledge base private, but be able to send a link to a user. Am i misunderstanding how this works? If not, is it possible to add a SAML app or something to authenticate users via Google Workspace?Thanks!

My customer has changed their email address but I can’t seem to update it in my Intercom platform. How do I do this?

I`m using the FIN Messenger in a test website. The frontend always call to call to  Intercom('shutdown') and Intercom('boot’) on page load. Before that, we get the JWT form our backend an send that to the messenger throught the API. Hi Intercom Team / Community,I am developing a multitenant app that integrates with Intercom using the OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow. If yes, does it mean the access token is long-lived (officially valid up to 60 days)? After expiry, is the only way to obtain a new token by making the user go through the OAuth authorization flow again? Hello! We frequently use conversations assigned as a daily/monthly metric for reporting purposes. When we remove a teammate and reassign conversations to another Teammate (usually myself), all those conversations appear in the daily reporting. To resolve this, I have to filter myself out of the reporting. This has a significant impact on a lot of our reports that are filtered by teammate and conversations assigned. Is there a way to remove a teammate from Intercom without having conversations reassigned appearing in the reporting? 

We have separate articles for our website and our mobile app. Each mobile app article includes "mobile app" in the title. We want Fin to select the appropriate article based on the channel from which the customer is reaching out—whether it's iOS/ Android, or Web Messenger.We have attempted to use guidance, but it hasn't been effective. Additionally, we tried implementing audiences based on the "current channel" filter, but when testing on our website, Fin only utilizes the web articles if they are open to everyone and not restricted by an audience.Is anyone else using Fin with different articles based on the channel? If so, how did you overcome this challenge? I would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi!We are not using Fin anywhere in our product and are not currently interested in implementing it. It’s never been integrated into a workflow and I have never manually turned it on. From our customer’s help chat perspective, they are seeing the following header on the chatbox: It happens when the agent they are speaking to goes idle or if the user clicks on a conversation that was previously closed. Why does this show up? I need to remove this. Our product’s customers have no idea what “Fin” is. I also don’t know what “The team can also help” means.Any help would be so appreciated! Thanks

In desktop screen, the intercom looks good but in mobile screen, it blocks the important button like button, text…How can I fix it? 

I’ve creating a reusable workflow that has “wait” 15 minutes as the first command. Whenever I try to add to sequence on my workflow, it takes priority before the items in that sequence which I did not intend. I want the reusable workflow to kick in after 15 mins. How can I make this work? Thanks!

Hello,I have set up Intercom on my main domain (e.g. https://www.example.com) and I’ve also set it up on my sub domain (e.g. https://sub.example.com). These are two completely separate applications that use the same Intercom workspace for customer support (because they are related to each other in some way). A user can create an account on either one of these two subdomains, however these accounts are not “shared”, in the sense that if an account on www.example.com has the same email address with an account on sub.example.com, these accounts have nothing in common; they are stored in different databases and are treated as completely separate entities, which makes sense considering that they are used in different applications.Here is my issue: On www.example.com and sub.example.com Intercom stores some cookies that I presume are used in the identification of the user. These cookies however have ‘.example.com’ as their domain. The consequences of this are that if a user logs in to their
