Hello, currently creating a Desktop Compose app to work as a always on top mini display. I’m running a Ktor http server with the application and generating the users OAuth with a Redirect URL of: localhost:8080/callback which lets me use the rest api.The issue I'm having is when trying to use Webhooks, I don’t see how I would be able to setup an endpoint URL for each user who runs the application. My understanding is I’d have to run a single server that accepts every single users notification and forward correct notifications to the individual users? Looking for solutions as the only option I can see is to poll conversations every few seconds.

We have two methods of intercom support ticket creation: emailing support@, and an in-app submission form using the intercom api.We want an identical confirmation email to be sent for both methods. Email is easy - workflow to assign incoming email to team and send the confirmation message. Our issue comes when we try to create a workflow to send the message for tickets created via API. Intercom support Fin recommended a "when a ticket is created" workflow + send message. We see the message in the API-created ticket within Intercom, but users are not receiving it via email (they only get the status update email). We have both conversation updates and status updates on in email settings, but we'd rather not have ticket status updates and instead control our own, branded response.Can you impart any guidance, here? I downloaded your mobile app (iOS) and attempted to login using Google. It said my business email is not associated with any Intercom user, which is weird, because on my Mac I can login to Intercom with my Google account, no problem. So I read your help article and then follow your instructions to create a new password, but I am still unable to login to your iOS mobile app. I have no problems logging in to Intercom on my computer, so why doesn’t your mobile app recognize my credentials? It is utterly useless!

Hello, everyone, is there a way to export detailed historical statistics of articles like the screenshot with the API? I found the Retrieve an Article endpoint, but it only returns the current cummulative statistics.  

Não consigo fazer comunicações há 3 semanas na Intercom! Desde que mudaram a cobrança dos acessos de equipe está com algum “bug” pois mesmo com acesso ilimitado, dando ok para a nova cobrança e limitando outros membros da equipe, estou com acesso total as funcionalidades, mas não consigo fazer nenhum tipo de comunicação!!Nossas ações e resultados estão sendo impactados por não estar conseguindo utilizar a ferramenta contradada justamente para essa finalidade.  Abri um chamado (16119309) e falaram que mais clientes estavam com esse problema, porém não deram um prazo ou se quer uma estimativa de um prazo para que a ferramenta volte a funcionar. Mais alguém está com esse problema? Alguém da equipe pode solucionar?

I’m the RN (react-native) developer and integrated your mobile SDK in my app for both platforms.  I used 8.6.0 version of this package RN-Intercom. I found a bug related to the launcher icon background color. This issue appears only in the current version. I tested the previous four versions, and the bug was not present in any of them. I double-checked the mobile SDK style configuration in the web settings, and everything looks correct to me.Important note:This issue occurs only on the first launch of Intercom in the app.I would be very grateful for a solution to this problem.

I conducted a site audit of my Help Centre and it returned a lot of redirects and 403s. The 403s I was able to fix. But the redirects and canonicals, I don’t know how to fix.Any help is appreciated. 

Hey everyone,I'm running into a frustrating issue with the Intercom SDK (iOS and Android) and wondering if anyone has seen this before. Ever since switching to the Intercom SDK, I've noticed way fewer support requests coming in. At first I thought maybe that was a good thing, but then users started emailing me directly saying they can't access support through the app.The error they're seeing is "something's gone wrong. Content could not be loaded" - both in the messenger and when trying to view help articles. I've attached a screenshot from one Android user. The weird thing is that if they sign out and back in, it starts working again temporarily.I initially suspected JWT validation issues, so I disabled that completely for both iOS and Android, but the problem persists. When I contacted support about this, they suggested it might be network issues, but that doesn't make sense to me since signing out/in fixes it for that specific user.The really annoying part is that the SDK doesn't se

Hi everyone,There haven’t been any recent changes made to our account, but we suddenly stopped receiving messages from Facebook and Instagram starting around July 1st. We tried disconnecting and reconnecting the channels, but encountered a strange bug, on one browser it shows as connected, while on another it doesn’t.Could anyone help us troubleshoot this issue so we can start receiving messages from those platforms again?Thanks in advance for your help!

Has anyone cracked the limitation of customers being unsnoozed in a workflow? I know that if the conversation is snoozed via the workflow, the reassignment to an agent is not possible. Has anyone come up with a workaround?

I wanna use the intercom widget only for knowledge base, with our articles, but I would like to turn off the option to talk or send a message to my inbox on my widget. According with setup customize doc there is a note that says:  Note: “Messages” is a permanent space in the Messenger and can’t be turned off. So, is there any other way that I can only show my articles without chat option? 

We're experiencing an issue where some users are unable to access the chat on mobile.We're using the Flutter SDK in our app. We've already verified that the affected users are correctly registered in our database, and the ID information is being passed properly. Interestingly, the chat is working fine for other users.How can we resolve this issue?

Hi, I just exported a few companies but there seems no way to reimport the company's, it's only possible to import leads and users. Is there a way to import the the same data?​sadly there are alot of features, that are not available for companies.

I want to create a smooth; engaging onboarding process that helps new users quickly understand how to use our features and get the most out of the product.What strategies or features within Intercom have you found most effective for onboarding users? I have been exploring things like automated messages and in app guidance but I want to hear about any other tools or tips that have worked for you. I have also been using uipath for some automation in our workflow, so any ideas on integrating that with Intercom would be awesome.Also, how do you balance automation with personalization in your onboarding flow?
