Hi everyone,I'm trying to set up a banner in Intercom that only shows for first-time visitors—specifically, those who haven't signed up or logged in yet. The goal is to show this banner to completely new users who are just landing on our site for the first time.I believe this is possible through Intercom's targeting logic, but I haven't been able to get it to display correctly. I’ve already created the banner and set some targeting rules, but it’s not showing up as expected.This is where I got stuck, I wanted to check here first in case anyone has done this successfully or has advice on setup?Has anyone managed to get this working? My issue : Our Intercom account, which we use for managing tickets and other tasks, has expired. This has made it difficult for us to create a video using the same account. Since this account is also linked to our developer account with the same email, we would like to explore possible solutions.Could you please let us know if there is an alternative option available or if we can downgrade our plan while still being able to create the video using the same account? We did implement the intercom Integration with our mobile app and everything works like a charm BUT we realised we are sending communications to our clients over the chat but they don't seem to realise messages are waiting for them since the app badge count is zero. I'd tried to increase the value over the AppDelegate methods but can't make it increase the count when the app is not running or in background. Also tried to create a Notification Extension for the app but the criteria for the modifications won't meet since the payload of the notifications has the value mutable content set to false (mutableContent: NO)  Another way to make this work would be to send notifications as silent ones but don't know if the payload from Intercom's notifications is customisable. Any help with this subject would be much appreciated. Bests.

How can conversation data, along with bulk attachments, be exported from the Help Desk?

We were able to setup Intercom using @intercom/intercom-react-native library on iOS and Android, but we’ve some questions for Android push notifications.We added the drawable icon and it’s being used but the icon used in the notification is different. Is there a way to change it? Do you know why Intercom’s notifications are not grouped with the notifications of my application? 

Presenting secondary-level collections doesn't work on iOS SDK (opens the root help center) but works fine on Android SDK.Presenting top-level collections works as expected on both platforms.

I am building an HTML email template to display a variety of statistics. The statistics are in different formats such as percents and currency values. Is it possible to format a decimal as a percent in an HTML Template? Decimal Example:Value: .9856Display Value (in template): 98.56% Currency Example: Value: 4578.19Display Value (in template): $4,578.19 Based on your provided documentation, the only way to format numbers appears to be as a decimal or integer. Are there other formats that are acceptable? 

We are experiencing an issue with manually booting the Intercom messenger in our React Single Page Application (SPA) using react-use-intercom.Goal: We need to initialize Intercom (using boot) only after a user successfully logs in, providing their userId and userHash (Identity Verification). I'm looking for a way to export conversations from Intercom. More specifically, I'd like to export emails, posts and chats and replies from customers as we are replacing Intercom. Does anyone know if that's possible somehow?

HiI know that I need to use the API to export articles, and I’ve looked at a couple of existing questions around this. The answer seems to be, you need to use the API and to look at the article Formatting and exporting your articles with the API for answers. That article doesn’t have any information about exporting articles using the API. It has one line of text right at the bottom, pointing you to the developer docs, but not guidelines as to how to start.  I looked at the data export section of the developer docs and gave that a try, and first of all found out that it will only pull data from a 90 day period, so pretty useless if you want to export docs that have been created over time. I tried the Export API endpoint with a shorter time period and still had issues. For anyone else trying, you first have to Create a Data export, the response from that request will give you a job number. I am looking to make our FAQ in Notion link to the Intercom Help Center. Would it be possible for Intercom to a. create a article and publish it when a new database entry is made and b. for Intercom to update that article when the database entry is updated in Notion?

What best practices/workarounds are out there for enforcing ticket tagging in Intercom before close? I saw the topic on 'Topics' but we are highly ingrained in Conversation Tags and need to require them before a conversation can be closed. It appears in Inbox rules that conversation tags aren't an option, only person or company tags which is not helpful for this problem.

Hi - We want our users to be able to interact with Fin but not give certain domains the option to “Talk to a person”. Is it possible to configure this? We are open to turning this off for all customers for now, if we can’t turn it off for specific customers

In a Series, I can tag all users who go through the Series based on messages they’ve received.What about in a post or product tour that is not in a Series? Focusing just on Posts, I know how to tag users who have received the Post, but how do I ensure that users who receive the Post in the future will also be tagged?

Why does intercom not allow level hierarchy in tagging conversations?

Hi all!We are trying to find a way to raise an event from an external application into a FIN workflow, in order for it to continue processing.Explanation:We have an action as part of an app, which can used in workflows to trigger our functionality. This action will call an API on our backend, which will in turn trigger a flow to start a client-component via our own websocket. This works as expected.At some point, this client-component (or our backend) are in a position to say that the job is done. We want to send this information into the ongoing conversation/workflow between the user and FIN, so that the workflow automatically continues.It looks like there is no way of doing this, except for the closed beta FIN Tasks (this is what FIN suggested to me when asking it).Is this true? Is there no way to send external messages in to a process to trigger events? Thanks for any help with this :-) -kristof

My company has three products. Each of them have their own knowledge center. Each customer conversation is tagged based on which app the user originated from. Fin doesn’t seem to be able to connect the dots that when a conversation is tagged with Product A, it should use the associated knowledge center. I have provided this instruction via the guidance section of the training system.Do you have suggestions about how I can get FIN to focus it’s answers based on a tag?

In case we have a custom launcher on a web app or site, will this https://developer.chrome.com/en/docs/privacy-sandbox/third-party-cookie-phase-out/ (From January Chrome will stop supporting third-party cookies) affect the proper functioning of the launcher and the utilization of the chat box?Thank you!

Essentially, Chrome is not allowing 3rd party cookies so I was wondering if there’s anything we need to take into account for Intercom as we’re a current Intercom customer.  Intercome’s error:> Chrome is moving towards a new experience that allows users to choose to browse without third-party cookies.

Hi Intercom friends - we have been using Macros with screenshots of our signatures when replying to emails from Intercom (so that we each have our own instead of sharing one for the domain), but what we are seeing is that if a thread begins to form, the images grow bigger and bigger in the thread and start to overtake the whole screen. Also - the article links get all garbled up. Any suggestions for these formatting issues? Yours truly.e the whole page and look super goofy. Any suggestions for this? 

In my workspace, we sometimes have some chats that go the Unassigned bin and we'd like the ability to have Round Robin apply to these chats we send over to another team for action.  Ideally, once it is assigned to the desired team (this team uses Round Robin), that inbox rule will apply to the previously Unassigned chat and assign it to someone who's online at that time. Has anyone ever had any luck in doing this?
