How do I use Smart Replies?

Having to first search by External ID, then grab the correct Intercom-provided User ID and then calling DELETE seems like a lot of steps to be able to delete someone when you already know the External ID. Is there a better way? Can a better way be made? Doing one call to delete a contact's data instead of three would benefit Intercom too, right? 

I’ve been trying to log in on the intercom business app. After entering my credentials, It says it will send a code but I never receive it in my mail. I’ve tried 5 times today. 

Hi! I’m starting to explore using the API to serve help center articles is a way that gives me more control over design. Are there any examples of other sites who have done that -- or documentation?Context: The help center doesn’t really meet a few key needs -- most importantly being able to add a sitewide disclaimers/disclosures. Ideally, we’d put them in -- or just above -- the footer. And we’ll need to update them from time to time.At present, it seems the only way to add them is to do it article by article, but that approach pushes related content out of view, and creates some real headaches if we ever need to make updates.Is there a beaten path to follow when it comes to making help center design your own?Thanks! 

I had issues with IG integration - messages did not appear even though all the connection and permissions were correct. I decided to uninstall the app to install it again. Now it says that I need to buy a premium account. How is this normal when IG is a free app based on what Intercom says.

Hi TeamI have been testing the integration of Jira into Intercom.   I can see that the integration is for conversations, however not tickets?  Currently when a user reports a bug, we create a ticket tracker that can have multiple conversations associated.  We would love to see this ticket tracer then been linked to Jira, so the development team can work on it, and only have one touch point in JiraCurrently, if 5 customers report the same bug, it means 5 Jira Bug reports, when it is actually only one for the development team.How does everyone handle this? We’re just starting out with Intercom and are currently completing internal testing of our support chat workflow. One suggestion we’ve received from a tester was to label previous conversations so our customers can easily find a specific chat in their message history. Is it possible to label or tag conversations that will be displayed to the customer?

Trying to configure SAML with Google Workspace and faced some difficulties.According to the doc:You’ll need to include this to configure SAML SSO with your identity provider.....- Encryption- AES256_CBC with this certificate:It is not clear from the document which setting this encryption must be applied to, but I assume that Intercom is expecting to receive an encrypted response from the Google Workspace IdP.The problem is that the Google Workspace SAML IdP does not support such an option. It can sign the assertion with its own certificate if needed, but it cannot encrypt the response.I also experienced a bug in the SAML configuration validation flow. Hi,  I have set up a workflow that triggers when a teammate assigns a conversation to a team, it then sends a slack message.  but the slack message being sent shows the following:  Is it possible to change what is sent?  The Slack channel doesn't need to know the event, only that the conversation has been assigned.  Please help!

Hey all, I love using the events via the Intercom iOS SDK. For some actions, users might trigger large amount of events(~30 in 1 min). Should I batch these events myself or the Intercom SDK is already handling it?  Specifically, do I need to batch events myself before calling this method?Intercom.logEvent(withName: event, metaData: metadata) Thanks!

I have set up customer review requests after the convo is being closed by one of the specialists, but I would like to also set up an automated Slack notification for all the conversations, where the rating given would be below 3.Is that possible and what am I doing wrong here? I receive information about all the closed convos with a review, not only the ones below Great.Also I would like the notification from Intercom in Slack to be more informative, how do I do that? 

Hey everyone I am trying to setup a custom workflow that opens when users click on a button I added this class name to the button “workflow-trigger” and it works well when the button is directly visible in the page. My problem is that I want to display this button dynamically inside a modal. In this case the workflow doesn’t trigger and I suspect that it’s because the button is not available in the DOM immediately. Could this be the case? If yes is there another recommendation to trigger a workflow on a button click?
