I have allowed FIN to respond to some of my chats that are part of series and I would like to understand how many conversations are being resolved with it. How can I filter these conversations?

We’re just starting out with Intercom and are currently completing internal testing of our support chat workflow. One suggestion we’ve received from a tester was to label previous conversations so our customers can easily find a specific chat in their message history. Is it possible to label or tag conversations that will be displayed to the customer?

Trying to configure SAML with Google Workspace and faced some difficulties.According to the doc:You’ll need to include this to configure SAML SSO with your identity provider.....- Encryption- AES256_CBC with this certificate:It is not clear from the document which setting this encryption must be applied to, but I assume that Intercom is expecting to receive an encrypted response from the Google Workspace IdP.The problem is that the Google Workspace SAML IdP does not support such an option. It can sign the assertion with its own certificate if needed, but it cannot encrypt the response.I also experienced a bug in the SAML configuration validation flow. I was able to pass the test and save the configuration as valid, but authentication via SAML is not working.On the Google Workspace side, I can see events of successful logins in the logs labeled SamlLoginSucceeded.At the same time, Intercom returns `We couldn't log you in because your identity provider returned an error. Hi,  I have set up a workflow that triggers when a teammate assigns a conversation to a team, it then sends a slack message.  but the slack message being sent shows the following:  Is it possible to change what is sent?  The Slack channel doesn't need to know the event, only that the conversation has been assigned.  Please help!

Hi,When a conversation comes in, intercom assigns it to a ‘company’. I would like to a different company. How do I do that?(I’m focused on Users, not leads)

Hey all, I love using the events via the Intercom iOS SDK. For some actions, users might trigger large amount of events(~30 in 1 min). Should I batch these events myself or the Intercom SDK is already handling it?  Specifically, do I need to batch events myself before calling this method?Intercom.logEvent(withName: event, metaData: metadata) Thanks!

I have set up customer review requests after the convo is being closed by one of the specialists, but I would like to also set up an automated Slack notification for all the conversations, where the rating given would be below 3.Is that possible and what am I doing wrong here? I receive information about all the closed convos with a review, not only the ones below Great.Also I would like the notification from Intercom in Slack to be more informative, how do I do that? 

Hey everyone I am trying to setup a custom workflow that opens when users click on a button I added this class name to the button “workflow-trigger” and it works well when the button is directly visible in the page. My problem is that I want to display this button dynamically inside a modal. In this case the workflow doesn’t trigger and I suspect that it’s because the button is not available in the DOM immediately. Could this be the case? If yes is there another recommendation to trigger a workflow on a button click?

Hello brains trust! I am trying to find an easy solution to take a property from Hubspot and put it into a Company Custom Attribute in intercom.I’m using Zapier and everything is going well until I get to the “Company” in the action.My flow is this:Trigger: Property update hubspot.Only continue if: property matches what I want.Find company in Intercom.Action: Update company in intercom - for “Company (Required)”, I point it to the “Company Id” from my find.Then I get an error: Failed to create a company in IntercomThe app returned "missing 'company_id' parameter". This exact workflow works if I were to tag a company, so the ID definitely matches up.I’m at a loss - is this just not possible, or am I doing something wrong? My support team is cc’d on a notification email that is task-oriented for the recipient.  We have to check on the status of that task and sometimes there are additional internal steps our support team has to take. I’d like to automatically convert the email notification to a ticket so we can track it as a task-oriented function on our team.I do not want to use a Customer ticket type because the recipient does not need to be aware of ticket and I cannot find a way to turn off sharing to customer recipient. I’d prefer to use a back office ticket but it doesn’t seem like workflows will Convert to Ticket or Send Ticket from an email, only chat based messages.  Any suggestions on how I can make this process work automatically versus manually?

Is there a way to expire a HMAC hash for identity verification? How long does the hash last if the secrets are not rotated? Rotating a secret requires downtime so it is not ideal. If a HMAC signature is leaked, it can be use by anyone to impersonate a user. Unless I am misunderstanding..

We have the Salesforce app, and all our clients have accounts in Salesforce, but you can only sync data to salesforce accounts via companies. All our contacts in intercom are either leads or users. So how do convert users to companies in order to sync data?

I’m struggling to find a way to base a workflow on the brand in a multi-brand workspace. I can see the Conversation Attribute “Brand” differentiates but it’s not showing as an option to base a workflow on. Has anyone managed to do this without referencing URLs or am I missing something obvious here?
