I have an api that sends back a json object with keys that may change every time the call is made. It looks like custom objects require strict field declarations beforehand, so I’m not sure how to handle this data. Ideally I’d like to store both the keys and values, as I’ll need both of them. Hello. I’ve found this report, but didn’t find the answer, so I’ll write my own example.We are faced with similar problem, after updating to version 17.0.1 from the version 14.0.7 (video in attachment). I can’t downgrade the library to the lowest version, due to we updated it to avoid another issues, which have been fixed in 17.x.  This issue is not reproducible on versions below 16.x.x. All of a sudden when trying to log in last Monday, May 20, my colleague and I were surprised to find that 2FA had been activated on our account, even though we never activated it ourselves. Since we do not have teammates on this account we are unable to get a recovery code. We then tried to reach out to the Support team via Messenger that same day, but it’s been 3 days since and we have not gotten any response. We are now locked out of our account with no way of recovery. Hi everyone,I've recently upgraded from Intercom API version 2.3 to 2.11 and I'm encountering some issues. I understand that sections are now deprecated and are accessed via collections. I'm able to update the section names using the new path help_center/collections/{id}.However, when I try to use translated_content, I receive the following error:{ "type": "error.list", "request_id": "0001t87jrm46e5t3rtp0", "errors": [ { "code": "not_found", "message": "Resource Not Found" } ]} Has anyone else experienced this issue or can provide guidance on how to correctly use translated_content in version 2.11? Has anyone been able to do this successfully? If so how? I have a lot of screen shots in my articles that I am not able to copy over to the Intercom articles easily.

HeyOur app is multi region so we have eu.app.com and us.app.com.We are using the same intercom on all the domains.We would like the links in the Help Center articles to point to the correct region based on the invocation source.So if a user clicks on intercom eu.app.com all the links in the articles should point to the eu environment, same for US.Without this option when a user clicks a link in the documentation they are taken to the wrong environment. Is there a way to achieve that? Use some kind of magic tag in help center articles?Thanks!

Hi everyone,  We're currently using Elevio where our knowledge base is hoted (help.subbly.co). We'd like to migrate the existing KB over to Intercom for a more streamlined solution when handling regular day to day support.  Q's:  What is the painless way of transferring the entire KB over to Intercom? Is there a way of importing the articles in the form of CSV or any other method? I tried the scraping tool in the past and it worked on only a handful of articles...Does Intercom provides the stats about most common searches and, more specifically, empty searches within given time period? Is that information readily available (like suggestions which articles to add?). Are we able to add keywords to the Intercom articles? I read somewhere that images need to be hosted elsewhere, is there no way to simply upload pictures/screenshots directly to the article when writing one? Does related articles bot (suggestions) come with a regular Articles app with Intercom? I'm specifical

Trying to add a Vimeo iframe to my article by API.When it’s youtube, it works fine, but with Vimeo - no matter the URL I choose I always get “video src not supported”.The article creation works well and I am just trying to add a vimeo iframe to it.here is a fake video I created an uploaded This will not pass API validation “video src not supported” (but will work if I add it from the UI): <iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/956950834?h=adfcdc69e8"></iframe> This will pass API validation but the URL is missing the h parameter and Vimeo cannot read: <iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/956950834"></iframe>What can I do? We want to import hundreds of .htm URLs into their own respective Help Center Articles. I see it is possible to import help documentation articles with Zendesk, but is it possible to automate an import of hundreds of .htm URLs into their own respective articles as we are aiming to do? Just looking for some guidance on how to begin this process, rather than copying and pasting each article over to Intercom manually. Thank you.

How to migrate selected articles from Zendesk to Intercom

Hi, I am planning to migrate only some articles from Zendesk to Intercom. Is there an option to do it? The only guide I can see is to migrate all articles from Zendesk to Intercom by using sub domain. However when I tried to use the subdomain, it just migrated some articles which are not the ones that I was supposed to transfer.  So in case the only option is to migrate all articles, questions areCan we migrate guides and have them show unpublished in Intercom? Can we update the target audience for articles in bulk?Thank you.

Hey,We are using Intercom on our website. Everything works fine if a user clicks on an intercom link while already logged into our website. However, if they are not logged in when they try to click an intercom link, it shows a ‘you must be logged in’ error and a link back to our login page. Is there a way of configuring things so that instead, it automatically detects a user is not logged in and redirects to our login page, without the user having to click anything?
