A teammate has not received her invitation email, but I can't resend the invite or delete the invite sent by our boss in order to resend it. Is there a way to fix this?

Here is what she told me specifically regarding this: "I still have not received an invitation from Intercom. ------ tried sending it again yesterday (several times) and nothing. I've tried signing in (using the work email that the invite was sent to) and it says the account doesn't exist."

Hello, I have created the following subdomain help.emvo-medicines.eu under our SSL Wildcard (Combell), but for some reason, it is not HTTPS certified.

After communication with our provider, this was their answer: I see that the DNS-records help.emvo-medicines.eu aren't referring to the servers of Combell, but are referring to the servers of Amazon.You should download the certificate and install it on the servers of the web hosting of help.emvo-medicines.eu. So what steps must i do in order to have the help.emvo-medicines.eu HTTPS certified?

Image/Attachment URL are not secured in our instance.

Hi, when customers add images or attachments to a conversation, the URL is publicly open. Anyone can open them at any time.How come we don't have the 'expires' and the 'signature' parameters in the URL as I see with other Intercom accounts?

How do we use different email addresses for support?

We need some urgent help - one of my associates asked for help a few weeks ago and hasn't had a response.We are using Intercom to interact with our customers, however, part of our business model is changing and we will soon be responding to our customers, customers.We currently use an @intercom email address, as cloud commerce group. We cannot have this address used by us when we respond as our customer to their customer.We have tried to change the settings to use our email address, but this changes everyone to use @ccg. What we need is a way to change the response email address for just a few people in the teams.

Is there any way to assign conversations to teammates based on percentages?

I would like to set up conversation assignment based on an uneven split and not a round-robin style rotation. Are there any integrations that allow this? Or could this be a feature that can be added in the future?

How to ask for cookie acceptance after declining to use the messenger?

Hi! I don´t know if this is only a Finnish problem (😅 ) but after the customer has declined the cookies, chat cannot be available. Hubspot has created a solution where after the cookie declines messenger stays visible, you can open the messenger but nothing works inside (you cannot click any button in the messenger). However, there is a notification to accept the cookies to use the messenger and a button with you can do so. Does anyone have an idea how this could be solved with Intercom?

Happy Tuesday everyone! Anybody is having issues with the Intercom service related to CORS? After updating google chrome to the latest version (Version 91.0.4472.101 (Official Build) (x86_64)) I'm seeing this persisting.

Example Error: Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://api-iam.intercom.io/messenger/web/ping' from origin 'https://not-my-real-domain.com#39; has been blocked by CORS policy: The value of the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response must not be the wildcard '*' when the request's credentials mode is 'include'. The credentials mode of requests initiated by the XMLHttpRequest is controlled by the withCredentials attribute.
