Hello! We have successfully implemented Intercom as part of our Qt for Android application. All integrations were done on the Android side and it is working fine. One issue is that our app is running in complete fullscreen (transient action bar and status bar - WindowInsetsControllerCompat.BEHAVIOR_SHOW_TRANSIENT_BARS_BY_SWIPE ). However tapping on the Intercom launcher, calling Intercom.client().present() brings us into home view with both action and status bars visible. Is there any way how to pass a parameter to intercom so that it loads in fullscreen with the same options as the app?We do have some limitations on native Views and Activity management in Android when doing things through Qt.

I’ve been trying to log in on the intercom business app. After entering my credentials, It says it will send a code but I never receive it in my mail. I’ve tried 5 times today. 

I had issues with IG integration - messages did not appear even though all the connection and permissions were correct. I decided to uninstall the app to install it again. Now it says that I need to buy a premium account. How is this normal when IG is a free app based on what Intercom says.  

Hi TeamI have been testing the integration of Jira into Intercom.   I can see that the integration is for conversations, however not tickets?  Currently when a user reports a bug, we create a ticket tracker that can have multiple conversations associated.  We would love to see this ticket tracer then been linked to Jira, so the development team can work on it, and only have one touch point in JiraCurrently, if 5 customers report the same bug, it means 5 Jira Bug reports, when it is actually only one for the development team.How does everyone handle this? In the past, we used to send interactive PDF documents to customers when we required their signature to perform actions in their account. These documents allowed customers to fill in their details and sign electronically via chat or email, without needing to download any additional software. We are now seeking suggestions for an app that has an integration with Intercom and can perform the same function. Do you have any recommendations?

Help please. I tried all the troubleshooting steps to make the messenger appear on our website’s contact page. But I always get the error: “The App ID in your code snippet has not been set. Launcher is disabled in settings or current page does not match display conditions.”It’s weird because the App ID is already in the script. Any way how to solve this?This is for website visitors without logins. I copied the code snippet for “website visitors without logins” from this page: https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/pkf1yel7/settings/installation-new over to the Webflow page before the </body> tag. Now I don’t know what else to do.

I am trying to integrate with an external API (ExtAPI) so that an agent can use an Inbox app to create data in it when in a conversation.The agent has a login (username/password) in the ExtAPI. There is a login endpoint in the ExtAPI that returns a token and id for them. The agent may occasionally need to re-login.I can’t work out how to allow the agent to be able to login into the ExtAPI and store the token and id in their session so that it will be passed in conversation details to the Inbox App. I presume I’ll need to create a login form but don’t know where to set/call this in Intercom.Any advice would be appreciated. 

Hello, I vaguely remember an Intercom connector being available for Microsoft Teams, but this no longer seems to be case. We have created an intercom Oauth app (Statuspal.io) and is working well so far, but we have now introduced a new region of servers (EU) which have a different domain statuspal.eu instead of statuspal.io, however in the Intercom app settings (Canvas Kit > Messenger) it only allows for one flow of URLs, where we already have statuspal.io. Is there a way to add a new flow of URLs (statuspal.eu)? or perhaps make the domain dynamic so to write the URLs like "{host}/api/v1/intercom/initialize"? Or should we just create a new Intercom app altogether, this one seems weird to me, as we'd have multiple apps listed in the store differing only on which region they are for.

I previously used the Calendly integration in my website’s automation but it has not been working for several weeks now, when someone visits the site and tries to book a meeting with a member of our team it just displays a block with an error message. Is the integration broken and does Intercom plan on fixing it?

Hi, we want to translate the incoming messages (manually or automatically) with our custom API. We already have a translations API on our system, and we want to use it. I don’t know which is the right approach. Should be using Custom Actions? should we create a Custom Intercom App? The initial idea is to translate a selected incoming message to English calling our API and generating (if it’s possible) a new message that is only visible the atender (no customer visibility). I know we can use the auto-detect language from Intercom to get the source language.Could you give me some guidance of how we can do that?
