Hello! I have created a series of emails with different rules triggered by events. One of these events is that when a user registers to our website they should be tagged with "registered". I have created the tag under that name. The series is created in a way that a first email is sent, then if the user registered there's a rule on the series triggered by this event, and should eventually tag the user automatically ( see the picture). However this does not happen. We have tried internally and the event triggers correctly on a user level, the problem is the tag. Is not working properly. Anyone can help me? I've been trying to get help from intercom for the past day but they have not answered me. Thanks, Iris

The initial entry rules didn't encompass our full audience so we need to increase it but we don't want those who already entered the series to be targeted again with the first emails. Will those already in the series remain where they are in the series or be re-entered as they will meet the edited requirements too.

I am looking to use the bot and our online articles to develop a workflow triggered when a new user logs in or a user who hasn't completed the articles logs back in. I'm relatively new to Intercom. Is there a guide to assist me with this?I'm also open to other ways of doing it so I welcome comments if you have suggestions!

Would be great to be able to build a few 'sets' of product tours, i.e., one set geared to each different 'user type', or 'skill level' etc, and present the grouped product tours in an App based on criteria. Is there any way to do this without custom code?

I had drafted an email in the editor and saved it every time I made changes. I switch to edit in HTML and all my content was lost except the subject. How do I retrieve my content ?

In other words, from planning what data to gather through asking the right questions (and selecting question types) through seeing reports and using the data. I'm also intrigued by user attributes and I'm looking for use case descriptions on those. I know this is a lot but the articles I've found are very superficial and seem focused on what to click to do something - that much I can usually figure out on my own :-) Can anyone help?Thanks

We have an NPS survey running and started receiving an uptick in our customers logging issues that the Intercom bubble blocking buttons in our app. We have the Intercom chat set up behind a small ? icon in the upper right of our app vs. the chat bubble. However, we discovered that with the new NPS survey, if someone dismisses the survey then the blue chat bubble appears in the bottom right and there's no way to get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Our company uses Intercom for Marketing, Sales, and Support. I am wanting to create some product tours for internal training purposes but don't want to risk going over a limit if there is one.

i’m creating series which has a path where user completes tour then a custom bot comes up. however, if the user cancels the tour, I want the bot to still come up after they cancel. i don’t see a rule that caters to this. is this simply 'when user viewed tour'?

I have many customers (corporates) that block links from the the domain intercom-clicks.com which means, all links in my newsletters and email, don't work :(  I need Intercom not to change the links in my newsletters. I know won't have the click tracking reports anymore, but that's not relevant.  Where can I do that? Hello Interconnected, I hope everyone is doing well! I am creating an onboarding flow thanks to Outbound and I was wondering if you can condition a specific email sent regarding a previous email received? For instance:IF I received this email before AND I am on the target audience THEN I receive this email. Thank you in advance!

Hi I need to do a product starting on a website A and during the tour I have to do the user clic on an item that show you a feature in an other wbesite B (websites A & B have two different urls). I did mention "navigate somewhere" to set up all my pointer, but when I test it on preview when I click on the item to show the new website it reload itself to and stay on the first website and the product tour closes.

We are adding a new product tour and want to show a custom Complete modal view (our app would be responsible for the code of the modals ) when the tour has been completed with some CTA buttons inside it. Is this possible?

Hi, I've set up a PT but all the pointer boxes are not aligning to the elements. Even if i narrow or widen the css selector fields. It always sits below the element.  Any ideas on why this would be happening? Thanks

Its so weird. Im trying to create an email with headers and footers but upon saving, the header and footer just goes away

The permission reminders are crucial for email marketing. How come there's no solution?

I have designed a multi page tour which guides users to different pages within the application to show them important features and what they can do. However, when a user traverses from one page to another page, the modal window (as part of the product) tour appears even before the actual page is loaded. For end users the tour appears as a very wonky experience as a modal window/tooltip appears even before the page is loaded. Any ideas why this may be happening or how this can be resolved?

Banners are a web app only feature, so how do accomplish somthing similar in the iOS app? I've seen the article that discusses dynamic custom bots for iOS which says to use and attribute that gets populated with iOS app current screen. That attribute is then used in the Rules to trigger a message. I am thinking if we can get an attribute like that then we could use a Post message in lieu of a banner. What do you all think?

Scenario:We are trying to get a banner to display on our website and user account to remind the client that they have an upcoming Calendly booked appointment with us. We therefore want to use the date and time of the call in the banner message. And display the Banner message continually until the appointment time. Problem:However, it doesn't appear as though a Banner can be triggered to appear from custom data. Is that correct? And if so, is there another way to achieve this objective?

I've tried to use getElementByClassName('intercom-post') but its not good enough selector. Is there an api like Intercom('onShow', f()) for posts (not the messenger)?
