Hello, I would like to find an example of PHP or JS code to use Canvas with Intercom.We use Intercom for communication with visitors to our site and our LMS.We would like to be able to insert dynamic information at specific times.For example, when a student connects to our LMS and needs to follow a training course.We would like to be able to send him an automatic message indicating the link where to sign his attendance sheets and the link to join his virtual class on video.This information is personalized for each student, so we need to inject it at a specific time for a specific person, but without them necessarily being registered on Intercom. I went through the documentation and it seemed to me that the Canvas answered this request.But when I try to create an APP and use Canvas options I get stuck.I have well informed WebHooks to configuration pages in PHP on our site and nothing seems to work. Would you be kind enough to offer me an explanation and/or a small piece of code to start

Hello I am trying to Integrate the app SendInBlue. When I pull the app up in the app store it dosent give the option for install. After reading the community forum I was advised I need permission to access it. Could you help me with that ? Thank you .

Is it possible? Does anyone have something similar setup?  I don't want it to 'create new leads' i want it to leave a note or link on a deal every time a message is sent via intercom. I am being told by intercom this is possible and now being told it's not possible.

I have managed to follow the intercom documentation in terms of installing Google Tag Manager and Intercom for 'Logged Out Users'. However, I am having issues understanding installing it for 'Logged in users'. Every time I get someone on support, they disappear for hours at a time and it's getting very frustrating.  Can anyone help? More than happy to hire someone to walk me through it.

I have made a custom action that makes a GET request to one of our services. The form looks like this when filled in: However when providing test values, spaces are (imo incorrectly) mapped to +-signs. For example when i enter: I can see the request at my service is coming in with a value like "Collegekaart+&+gebouwen". Even when i provide the parameter as an URL-encoded value it does not work.Could someone help me?  Thank you in advance.

Is there a way of knowing which scope exactly should be ticked if we want to list data attributes and custom objects for a user account?

If I wanted to have the intercom aligned to my service environment (Prod, Stage, Dev, QA ..) can I have multiple instances because I want to keep the user data separate is there a way to keep the content(checklist, template ..) replicated from one instance to another

We use Hubspot as our CRM and we have integrated it with Intercom in order to sync our customer data. In Hubspot it appears that the sync is on, but our customers are not being synced into Intercom as users. Any tips for getting this set up? Thanks!

I'd like to show Mobile carousel to anyone who downloads and uses your app for the first time. (like onboarding screen - but only one time). And I followed this one to add mobile carousel in my app.And i can trigger mobile Carousel from button click action. However what i'd like to get is to trigger automatically and immediately after user launch very first time. But seems it's not working. I not sure did i miss something or something wrong with my configuration. Please help to suggest to archive this. Thanks. 

Being a multi tenant SaaS, we need to be able to ask the user for a piece of data, similar say to how the Google App asks for UA so that we can identify them at our handler. How can we specify/craft this settings form for our app? The docs don't seem to highlight this aspect. Thank you!

I want to send welcome​ emails to new users. I want use Amplitude event as a trigger to send the emails. I've set up an Amplitude <> Intercom data streaming via Amplitude's Destinations feature but I'm not sure what to do next. Can somebody who has done a similar setup please help me?

Hello Intercom. 👋🏻 We're in the midst of finalizing a Frame app integration, and are down to final UI details. One thing we'd like to understand, is if we can configure the width of inputs in the modal that appears. By default, it seems they are constrained to just slightly over 50%, and it looks rough. Lots of wasted space; surely there's a way? Here's what I mean (attached). Full horizontal real estate possible? 🙏🏼  Thanks!Alex

Atlassian Confluence integration as a knowledge base to intercom would be great.Search articles/documents in messenger etcI know there is a "Articles" app in intercom but Confluence has a better hand in my opinion so integration will be a perfect solution.Is there any other way that I can manage? Hiya, I'm trying to set up auto follow-up to unresponsive conversations, and when I felt that it's all done, I hit a brick wall. Created custom actionCreate inbox rulesAutomation workingNow the issue that I have is that the system sends out auto follow-up messages as per the rules at any time in the journey (ours takes 12 hours), and that means that customers can receive a notification/email from us at 2AM in the morning to let them know they've been responsive. I am trying to figure out a way to trigger the rule during office hours only (which I can do via inbox rules), but also re-trigger the rule when the office re-opens, so it applies the auto follow-up again to conversations due to receive a reply. Has anyone tried anything similar and can support? Hope it makes sense. Cheers

Hi there, We have implemented Intercom in our SaaS-platform. Our goal is to reliably track users and use the product tours feature. We don't currently use the messenger. The platform is a SPA with only signed in users and we did our installation in accordance with the docs. It's been succesful and we have seen users being tracked. However - we have been tracking our users' login actions using our backend as well, and this way we see that only a fraction of our users is being tracked. Differences vary but no more than 25% of real users seem to be tracked. We know that our original stat is correct because we have examples of users signing in and being tracked correctly by us, but not appearing within Intercom. We suspect that intercom may be blocked with our users somehow, but the fact that this happens to most of our users has us concerned. Does anyone have experience with this, and are there any known workarounds?

Is it possible to append user information to the Slack message when a new user is created ? We currently send a notification when a new user signs up. The info that is currently being sent is the user's Name e.g. "John Daniels". While this is great, it's not super informative. It would be great to be able to append info or even change the info (to an email address for example) so we can quickly see who they are linked to etc. Anyone do this already ? Thanks!

We are using the Salesforce app through the marketplace, Also we have mapped some Intercom attributes with Salesforce custom fields on the Intercom. We have a community site and in addition to showing Intercom Articles automatically in a chat session, we'd like to also display links to relevant community posts ​that match the customer's question.

A client of us would like us to add Identity Verification to their implementation with Intercom, which is done through Google Tag Manger. I've come across this page: https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/2631808-install-intercom-with-google-tag-manager.Which explains how to install intercom itself. It also notes you're able to add an user hash to the Install event. However, its not clear to me how this hash gets to the Install event in GTM, since this is generated in the backend of the application (.NET in this case), and we dont manually send anything to Intercom, since its all done through GTM. Are there any resources that explain how to make sure this hash is added during the Install event (with a backend in .NET and the installation of Intercom in GTM)?
