We are built on bubble. I have been trying to get our outbound messaging to  work for weeks with support not being able to pinpoint the issue. I am trying to set up an outbound message to pop up when user goes to a certain page and is on the page for at least 15 seconds. Any suggestions for rules maybe that I am missing to get this up and running? I have tested it a bunch where user meets all the criteria but the message is not sending to the user.

After I complete the information to start a free trial, and verifying my email account, it return a “403 Forbidden: Workspace Suspended” tips, and after that, every time I click the “Start free trial” button, it return this.How could I start a new free trial?The Screenshot of the tips 

Our chatbot widget is linked to our company's website and knowledge base. We set up a workflow for the chats to route to a chat inbox, but they are routing to our General team inbox. How do I fix this routing issue?

Hey all. Curious if there are any solutions or recommendations for a small team to use Intercom. Currently we’re seeing $29/mo per seat which is SUPER pricy and already extremely limited as it is as we’re very small and in the beginner stages. It makes no sense to spend $60 or more a month just for 2 reps when we only have maybe 1 chat per week coming in. I’m wondering if anyone uses a shared email/account or have any recommendations. We can’t even take advantage of all of the features of Intercom because it’s gated behind a $85/seat/month cost which is almost 3x the cost of the entry level plan. We love Intercom but feel super restricted despite paying for it.

Zipline International drone delivery service uses intercom to tag customers when they request notification that our delivery service is back up following a period of downtime. To do this, a workflow tags the customer with a notification tag. This is how we find those needing notification in outbound message filtering. However, we must manually untag all users. As we continue to scale, this will become unscalable.  We urgently need an untag or remove a tag action that can be applied to the outbound messaging to clean up the tags post message delivery.  Thanks!Ronald Hill, Customer Support AgentZipline International 855-947-5163

Without any prior warning, Intercom is showing this message “You have reached your SMS sending limit, please reach out to our support team to increase it.”I reached out to support via messenger and haven’t heard back in over an hour. This is a major disruption for us since SMS is the primary communication channel for our users. I wasn’t even aware there is a sending limit on SMS - doesn’t seem to be documented anywhere. Has anyone faced this before? Is there another way to reach Intercom’s Support other than wait for a “Person” to respond in Messenger?

Does anyone know a way to get Intercom survey data pushed to Domo on a daily basis (potentially using the json connector)?

I have a product tour which encourages users to click 'Create a Tag'. Once the user clicks 'Create a Tag' a Bootstrap modal pops us with the next step. After the user creates a tag, a second tour tells the user how to delete or edit the tag.  If a user goes to the page and immediately clicks 'Create a Tag', before the tour appeared, then the tour appears with popup modal, which looks weird. If a user creates a tag and then quickly creates a second tag, the second tour appears when the modal is open. This is very confusing for the user.  And idea how to prevent the tour from appearing if the user clicks on a modal or scrolls pass the location of the tour? See the screenshots.

Is there some way to upload a CSV of user IDs instead of having to manually enter each one into the 'who will receive this' bit? I want to send an email to 50 or so people.

We've created an intercom flow to collect our client's NPS feedback every month, and we create monthly reports with these NPS values.  The problem is that the monthly values change over time. Example: At the end of January we analyze the responses given by users and there are 10 responses, the following month February we consult the Intercom dashboards and export the raw intercom files from January and we already have 15 responses. This is happening because responses given later assume the date of submission to the user in the “received_at” field, and we can't use the “completed_at” field because most users don't submit the form, they just close it. Practical example in the attached image 17 responses in total7 were assigned to January7 assigned to December2 in June1 in August  Only 4 were “completed” and we see that the responses were submitted in February, but with the “received at” date in another month, meaning that the NPS values for those months have been altered. Could you revie

Hi all,After years of using Intercom to reliably email ~650 members in our organisation on a ~monthly basis, today we’ve run into a hiccup. Only ~270 members now show in the “Users” preview with no filters applied. There appears to be a new automatic filter of “Last seen less than 90 days ago” which does show in the Rules list when previewing the email, however when editing the email it doesn’t show, and therefore I can’t deselect it.FinAI support advises:“I apologize for the confusion, but the "last seen less than 90 days ago" filter is an automatic feature that can't be disabled for email messages. It's applied to ensure better engagement rates.However, if you need to include users who were last seen more than 90 days ago, you can create a specific filter for "Last seen more than 90 days ago" in your audience rules. This will allow you to target less active users if that's your goal.”I tried Fin’s suggestion of adding a filter for “more than 90 days ago” however this produces a list

Is it possible to have a date range picker on the Outbound pages so that all statistics shown in the table below are for the specific periods ? Regularly, I want to check if my product tours recently had issues. The problem is that the data shown in the column “Issues” are from the creation of each product tour. So I have to click on each of them and then go to the issues tab to see if the issues is recent or not. It’s quite a waste of time as most of these issues have been fixed. It would be really cool just to have a simple ways to see for all my product tours which one had recent issues.Bonus: being able to “clear” these data in case the issues have been fixed

I set up a tour and when it’s live, the entire site is greyed out and the user can’t click anything, including the tour. The Next button will react when clicked, but doesn't actually go to the next page of the tour.Something that may be relevant:We recently updated to install the messenger securely. (Maybe that wasn’t done properly?)Also, can you do a product tour and other messages if the Messenger button is not visible?  Thank you

When using the ‘Insert image’ option into the ‘welcome’ product tour step and then selecting an image locally into the step, no image shows, only paragraph blank space. I’m trying to upload images/giffs into the product tour so users can see the interaction I’m highlighting.  Why is not working as it should be and can someone please advise me on a resolution? Thanks!

We'd like to have NPS attributed to user/contact records in Hubspot, and I'm not seeing how it can be done. I am wondering if the NPS score is or can be attributed to an Intercom user so that we an maybe sync it to Hubspot with the Hubspot Data Sync plugin. Any thoughts, input or help here is much appreciated. 

I’ve looked at help articles and other questions like this, but can’t find a solution. Every image that I upload into a product tour post comes up with an error (see attached image).I tried reducing the file size to 281px minus the line height of my text (per this article) and that didn’t help either. Any solutions for this yet? Is anyone else out there experiencing or not experiencing this? Would love your help/feedback!

Hi Intercom team,we at Center just doing our initial integration with your product and running into some problems with iOS SDK. In the documentation we found the following:“Surveys don't currently support real-time mobile events, meaning your app users won't receive the survey immediately after the event happens. The survey will only send when a user update is triggered: A user launches your app, A user closes your app and then opens it after a few moments, or By updating the user via our mobile SDK methods. ”So in our app we are trying to present Intercom survey at a specific point in time when a user performs a specific action. We did create and registered a specific event for this. According to the documentation above, a user update should force the survey to be presented. However, no matter what we tried, it did not work for us on iOS. It does work on Android though. Can you please clarify if this functionality is supported on iOS? Maybe there is an existing bug or a specific w

Hi there! I have created a product tour and I’m struggling as it won’t get any impressions from external users.  I created a product tour with a similar configuration as many other times before (in which I had no issues). The triggers used are:When to send: (empty)  Where to send: contains “keyword”. Using one keyword included in the URL of interest.  Audienc: UsersAfter this I get an estimated 85k users that can see the product tour. However, after 2 weeks I got only 11 views from just internal emails in the company. So I’m not entirely sure on what’s going on. I have deactivated all other tours in case there could be any conflicts. And using this same sonfiguration before I got thousands of views in just hours.  Can you please help me with this? I’d supper appreciate the help 🙏

I want to send email with attachment to customer. Conversation should be created, when email is sent.I am using REST Api Message endpoint with flag create_conversation_without_contact_reply: true.Everything works fine except I can’t add an attachment.Is there any way how to add an attachment to message?

Folks who use mass email sending via Intercom, do you have any tips?I’ve checked out the best practice articles, but since this will be my first time doing it, I’d appreciate any recommendations for an app from the Intercom App Store to help filter out suspicious email lists. Thanks!

I want to exclude users from a series who are currently in a certain other series. Is 'has entered' the other series adequate or do I also need to specify 'have not completed/disengaged/exited' the series?

Hello everyone! Is it possible for an outbound message be sent and assigned to a team inbox, allowing them to be notified when it’s triggered?We have developed a custom event for when a customer (traveler in our case) attempts to submit their booking but encounters a failure that prevents submission. Once this occurs, an outbound message is sent to them stating that we noticed the failure and that one of our agents will reach out immediately for assistance.I noticed that if this message is sent, our inbox is not triggered until the customer replies to the outbound message. We want to notify out agents immediately to help customers proactively. 

I'm playing around with the new Survey feature - which is very cool to have in Intercom, but I'm missing the option to spread sending the surveys over time to a big group of people. For example, if I have 10,000 users who login each month, I don't want to send it to 10,000 right away. I want to send the survey to 2,500 random people each month for the next 4 months. Ideas?
