Is it possible to turn off the email notifications in the in-app conversations? Let's say that I need to turn off all the replies in the email from a chat conversation. Or maybe it's possible to configure when the email notification will be sent?

Hey all! We are about to change our company name and branding and I’m going to be looking into what needs to happen in intercom. There will be changes to URL’s and email addresses etc, as well as branding the messenger etc, but in the hope that I make this as smooth as possible for our customers, I was wondering if anyone has been through this process and if there is any advice, gotchas, must do’s that you experienced?

Hello, Here is how our support currently operates: Conversations are routed to the appropriate team inbox, and teammates “pick up” the conversations as they come in. The team inbox is set to manually assign and we use the setting that auto-assigns a conversations to the teammate who sends a reply.When a teammate closes the conversation, it remains in their individual closed inbox. We would like any closed conversations to appear in the teams closed inbox instead. Is there a way to configure this? 

Hi support,I’m having a problem with my product tour, i design it and i can see it in the preview working fine but when i check it on the site i cannot find anyhting no matter what i do, the tour does not appear !By the way, i’m using an angular application, i installed intercom in my app and i’m calling its service.Inside the app component ngOnInit i call the boot method and i pass my intercom user ID    this.intercom.boot({      app_id: this.APP_ID    }); On the live production, i can see the messenger and i can interact with my help desk in my intercom account.I’ve created a product tour and it should appear when i login and i set the time for it to appear as “last seen” and i configured everything else but it still does not appear when i login and even when i wait for an amout of time nothing happens.Could someone help me !!!

I’ve set up a custom bot that opens a chat and provides a help article when a user clicks on an HTML element on the page. The article displays directly in the chat and describes the page they are on.The article has links to other articles. (The links provided at the top of each article).When I click the links from the article displayed in the chat, nothing happens. If I right click and load in a new tab from the chat, it loads the associated help center page for the article in a new tab. If I view the articles in the help center the links work between articles.How do I add links so that they work both in articles displayed IN CHAT, and articles displayed in the help center? Is there a special URL format that works for both?Optimally, a user should be able to navigate the articles directly in chat from the links and close the chat when they are done. Viewing the same articles in the Help Center, they should be able to navigate from the links in articles to other articles. 

Hi IntercomI installed @intercom/intercom-react-native with my expo sdk, working on iOS.I used expo prebuild to be able to add intercom following the installation instruction provided for iOS, and it’s working correctly using iOS simulator or a dev environment.But when we distributed the release using Testflight, the app crash while initializing Intercom. We are creating product tours for customers with different URLs. We are having an issue where we create the tour in one account, and it is not working for another account.Some of the tours won't even start on another account; some get stuck a couple of steps later. We created all of them the same way and see inconsistencies.Has anyone encountered this, and what solution did you find to the problem?

i am trying to delete contact with API and it keeps giving me error "errors":[{"code":"not_found","message":"User Not Found"}] , i double checked about the id i am passing and it is correct. i also check for this error code but didn't find anything in the documentation

Is there a resource that compares Series and Workflow? 

I have tried to find the answer to no avail, and haven’t quite figured out how to get this done with Zapier.  I’d like to have a way to post specific customer feedback onto a Slack channel. I tried the workflow by making a tag that triggers the message being posted to Slack, but I’d also want to have some more information (i.e. customer email or another identificator). I then went to Zapier to see if I could get a better quality message from there, but was not able to figure it out.  Is there anyone who has experience sharing specific customer messages onto Slack with some customer information? Hi. I am integrating the Intercom API in our application. Currently, I am unable to figure out how to perform a search for tickets with a specific custom attribute. As an example, we have created a custom attribute “Paying customer” based on whose value i need to filter and retrieve the tickets using the API search. Kindly advise on how best to proceed. Please see attached screenshot for further reference. 

Is it possible to make an outbound phone call to a contact from the ‘view contact’ page? Seems an odd feature to be missing, as currently it seems you can only call a customer if they’ve first messaged you?See the screen below - I feel there should be a ‘call’ button here somewhere?

The JS API call is not working for me → Intercom('showArticle', articleId) I am using some othe JSAPI calls on the same page which are wirking.Are there any known issues?  

Can I merge the ticket from the same user?
