Hi all!The workflow I’m trying to build (forgive me, new to Intercom) is essentially having the user respond to a chat bubble that pops up asking them if they’re interested in speaking with a member of our team, and then having them enter their Name and Email address, and then triaging them to a respective team member’s Calendly.When I build a workflow and make the structure something like:User Enters First Name/Last Name »Branch based on If [Custom Owner Property] is… A/B/C/D »Show Owner A/B/C/D’s Calendly Page Based on Above Branch It doesn’t pull from the Custom Owner property associated to the email entered. Can Workflows only deal with Leads? If a customer enters their email address and is associated to a customer, is it possible to cross reference that against their email address and then pull from that profile? How would I build that? Let me know if you need clarification from this ramble, thank you!

Hi!I want to show a banner for 24 hours using an API call. (Use case: inform customers about a specific event start and finish, for example, maintenance windows, and that even will happen frequently so we want to automate this process)I created a banner manually and added a rule to trigger it on an event I can create through the API.The problem is that I want to show the banner only for 24 hours and then, disable it.I did not find any API call that allows me to do so and the stop sending date does not cover a delay from creation.Is there any way to do this?Thanks!

Hi, I am build an app for messenger which will direct the user to a new url using url action button in the last step. In this case, I have no way to receive request in my submit flow after redirection. I wonder is anyway to circle back to the submit flow after redirection so that I can reset my canvas-kit UI?

I've been using the Intercom platform for managing my conversations, and I'm wondering if there's a way to disable replies in the chat if the conversation didn't originate within the Intercom platform.I have a specific endpoint configured for receiving replies, and I'd like to ensure that replies are only sent to this endpoint.E.g. This chat didn't start in the intercom platform, but once I replied, it sends in a new chat.  If anyone has experience with this or knows of a solution, I would greatly appreciate your insights and guidance. We have a dashboard with all our KPI:s in Mix Panel.Is there a way to send a response from an Intercom Survey as an event to Mix Panel?The goal is to be able to add show the survey results in our Mix Panel Dashboard together with our other data.I have looked into Zapier as a solution but the “Submitted Survey”-trigger for Intercom is not available in Zapier.Any work-around for this?

Hello there !We're in the process of implementing tickets and ticket portal system, and to achieve this, we need to import customer tickets from another provider into Intercom.While we've successfully created tickets using the API, we've encountered a challenge in linking a company to the ticket. Currently, an admin can manually link a company in the inbox, but I haven't discovered a way to make it a mandatory step.It's crucial to note that if a customer ticket lacks a linked company, the customer won't be able to access it through the ticket portal. Although the customer can still access their ticket via the messenger, we want to avoid any potential confusion.Additionally, we've faced difficulties in retrieving the company linked to a specific ticket using the GET /tickets/{id} endpoint.These challenges prompt a few important questions:Is there a way to link a company to a ticket through the API? Can we retrieve information about a company linked to a ticket via the API? Is there a wa

 Experiencing a white page after navigating back from an article might relate to how the Intercom widget or its associated scripts are initialized, especially if there's a conflict when the page is unloaded or when navigating between different routes or pages in your application. Please let me know if I missing anything.   

We need to be able to remove or at least change the text on the bot messenger that says ‘Ask a question’. Can anyone explain how to do this please? We’re only using intercom for outbound communications so people can’t ask us a question,  Also, how can I remove the typical reply time. I’ve turned off the ‘share your typical reply time’ in the bot settings.  Thank you!

Exactly what the title says - where I work we’re having a spate of conversations that aren’t meeting SLAs, but I’m not sure if they’re being assigned in a timely fashion so I would love to see WHEN something was assigned. I thought turning on ‘View Conversation Events’ would help, but that’s only showing when automations are running, not when the assignee was changed.  Thanks!

I am using the conversation API and sending a conversation reply as of type  'quick_reply' and setting reply_options with text and auto generated uuid for my buttons but when a user clicked on the button there is no metadata being sent with the related uuid inside the conversation_parts.How can I get the metadata from conversation_parts from user clicked button?

I was wondering, how exactly FIN using PDF files as a source of data. Is it the same as help portal where FIN reads, interpret the data and use it to compile answers or can it be used as Snippet? Example.Can I create a PDF file where I will list info in the following format If the customer asks “xxxx” question or its variationThen use this as a base for an answer - “yyy”I basically want to eliminate snippets with it. Use PDF file to gather all the snippets, then translate each PDF file to multiple languages and upload them altogether. Covering 2 points - managing multilingual content and uploading snippets-like instructions in a bulk. If Intercom team can take a look at it and let me know if it will work, that would be swell. And of course, if someone else tried this, plesae, let me know :)

how to create banner that will run for 3 days on the 10th day after they signed up intercom. So that I wont have to create banners for each day.

Since last 48 hours i am waiting for the reply from support team but no one is even bother to reply on chat.Intercom response is so bad that should we go ahead with your service or not even i have doubt in that.I have sign the document and share with you guys 48 hours ago but the account is still not activated as support pro. Please create something good in your website so that the user can themself atleast buy the service what they want even if we are ready to pay we dont have option to do anything. Your team not even reply and the service which we are using is now deactivated. Can you guys please activate the service.

I will be waiting 48 hours soon for a reply from support, trying to Intercom set up the service in my app, and no one is replying. Not one response.  This is really dissapointing,  Is it always like this?going on 2 days shortly,  and still nothing?It is a bit scarry as if there is an issue I wont be able to reach anyone 

Hello, Is anyone having trouble integrating Intercom with Squarespace?We’ve followed the instructions from the Help Center article, however, nothing is showing upon our website (www.growwithelm.io) . Web messenger is switched on and showing correctly from our customer platform. 

For my Zoom integration to work they require a URL for real-time support. Is there a way to get a URL that directs to our company’s intercom chat?

I’ve imported a csv file with a number of users on without realising some of these people were already leads, they should never have been leads in the first place but as they were I now have multiple email address and names. Is there a way of merging these leads and users in bulk?.

Hey Team, Quick question: “Is it possible to create an alert via Workflows or some other means to alert via Slack when a customer rates a conversation with a teammate as poor?” e.g. CSAT Score is 3 or less.Intercom has the ability to alert Slack Channels based on other workflow triggers like no response within X minutes or an unresponsive conversation, but for us to be able to manage DSATs as they happen with a live alert via Slack or some other modality would be super beneficial to our Support Managers and leaders to help coach and improve our teams. Please let me know if any of you have any ideas on how we can institute something like this or build something like this using Intercom and Slack. Thanks again! 

I want to search and load only new conversations/contacts.By “new” I mean newly created and updated ones.Can I do it only by updated_at field? For example, if the contact is created on 15.11.2023 18:00:00, will the updated_at field be the same? So I do not need to add the created_at field alsoSo if we assume the time boundaries are 06.11.2023 00:00:00 and 12.11.2023 00:00:00, then what I expect to see is:contacts that are created in this period AND contacts that are updated in this period (irrelevant of the fact when they were created)
